location was great, it was close to the old town and also was quiet at night. we booked 2 room and one (at the first floor) was great the other was decent.

- the room was not quite clean. there were lots of dust and long hairs. - our second room was not cosy enough when you compare with the first one - we were 2 and booked 2 room for each but they registered only one of us with our passport but they demand total 4 euros (2+2) for the name of regiseration. but as I said they just registered one of us

Comfortable base in Kotor

Ground floor apartment with terrace with great view of the water and mountains behind. Located easy walking to old town, supermarkets and restaurants. Good lighting throughout and kitted out with necessities for self catering. Good to have access to a laundry. Agent supplied lots of information and was always available on WhatsApp.

Bring your earplugs as noise of the upstairs tenants moving furniture and clomping around is evident. It is a bit of a walk over rough footpaths to the main bus station if you are wheeling cases. There is a car bay for the apt.

In my 30 years of travel, this was one of my all time worst experiences ive ever had ...

Not much really ... horrible stay ... host was aggressive, threatening and abusive

Everything ... got woken and disrupted with banging on door from 7:30am ... got verbally attacked by host ... threatened by host .... host was aggressive and irrational ... asking for payment again even though payment had gone thru booking.com (and I showed proof of this to the host) ... then host stole my telephone from my hand and forced me to pay, feeling like I had no choice ... then directly after I paid host directly, the host then cancelled my stay on the booking.com site and told booking.com that I was a no show at the property. Horrible lady. Complete lunatic. I had to ring booking.com to explain my unfortunate experience and to inform booking.com that in fact I did stay and I wasn't a no show and to not charge me a cancellation fee for a no show - or any other additional fee (and for booking.com to collect their commission) ... booking.com also confirmed with me on the telephone that they had already processed the payment on their site with my card and said that I should not have been asked to pay again ... other staff from host organisation looked ashamed and embarrassed from the incident ... like it wasn't their 1st time they had seen this lady act so terribly. Take warning about this unethical organisation and think twice about reserving an apartment from them.

Good apartment but too many rules

20 minutes walk to the town. Comfy bed and clean apartment.

Lots of rules around bedsheets and towels. Walls have a chalky residue so had be careful with clothes. Hot water didn’t last too long so short showers. Parking was hard to find near the apartment.

New refurbishment, well organized

Lights outside always on, pillows are not great, drying rack is too small, parking and traffic is a total disaster but it’s hardly applicable for the property :)

Location was perfect, easy to walk sea-side restaurants and old town. There are always dree parking place close to apartment. Host was very helpful and made everything easier for us.

Sahil kenarında olması, yürüyerek eski şehire gidilebilecek konumda olmasını sevdik.

Yatak odasındaki yatak sünger, çok rahatsız edici, sanki yataktan düşeceksin hissiyatı veriyor, ayrıca yastıklar çok sert ve yüksek, bu tip yastık sevmeyenler için ayrıca alternatif yumşak yastık bulunması gerek.

Olağanüstü temiz ve konforluydu. Bulunduğu konum itibari ile heryere yürüme mesafesi aynı zamanda sakinliğini koruyan bir yerde. Tesisin hemen önünde sıralı restorantların olması ekstra avantaj. Dobrota Karadağ’da kaldığım en iyi yerdi. Ev sahibinin iletişimi mükemmel ve çok yardımsever 😍

Fantastische plaats om Kotor te verkennen

De communicatie met de eigenaar is perfect gelopen . Alles was tiptop in orde , heel comfortabel bed en de jacuzzi was opgewarmd . De locatie is perfect ... alles wat je nodig hebt op 5 min stappen Maw , een perfect verblijf om Kotor en omgeving te ontdekken

Er waren bouwwerken aan de gang bij de buren , Dus om 7h gebonk en lawaai v slijp- en boormachienen Dit is natuurlijk maar tijdelijk , dus wij hadden pech
