Good base in Kotor

Great location near the old town, beaches, supermarkets etc. Nice and clean apartment with full kitchen facilities and a washing machine. Very friendly host, good communication via WhatsApp

Overall the apartment was very good. It was in an excellent location both to the old town and the beach.

Great place to stay

It was in a great location close to the old town but not in the old town, so slightly quieter and easier to park one's car. I also really appreciated the laundry facilities so I could wash all my clothes. The owner is so kind, the apartment is nicely decorated. Parking was available, stressful but possible to park for free which was very nice. There were some good restaurants very close.

Only little complaint was one of the bedroom shutters was partly broken and wouldn't stay shut so always let the light in.

Kotor splendor

Wonderful apartment. It was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Location is very good. 2 pastry shops nearby. Grocery store .nearby as well. Owner so very helpful.

Good apartment in fantastic location with parking

This apartment is all about comfortable living in the perfect location for Kotor. We also found the free parking invaluable as parking is a nightmare in this area. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you would normally need whilst the bathroom is compact but functional. The host Damira is exceptionally helpful and goes out of her way for you. .

Great location very good apartment

Location , very close to old city (200 meters)and center. The apartment is big and has everything you need for your vacation. The host Damira is very friendly and helpfull. It does not have private parking but Damira the host always save a parking for her guests . We did not have any parking issue .

Fabulous location, close to everything

Location is excellent being next to the city walls and supermarkets. Short walk to start the Ladder of Kotor. Host very friendly and welcoming!

Accommodation is compact and there is nowhere to put aside large suitcases. Instructions for using appliances might be helpful.

Location, Location and Great Price

Perfect location, literally seconds from the bridge to the old town. Damira was a most welcoming host. She made sure we had a very valuable parking spot each day. Excellent value.

I'm sure you won't find anything better.

The flat is perfect for a couple. We've got a lot of space, it would be ok to live there whole year. The bed and sofas are comfortable. Properly working air conditioning. The coffee machine pleased us. But for me the most important thing to feel good is cleanliness and there I have nothing to complain. Great location, 2 minutes to the bay and the same old town on foot! The host of very kind.

Exceptional

I don't know what first to compliment the apartment, the location or the host. It's 10/10 all around, truly from the location which has the old city, bakery, shopping mall, supermarket all in the two minutes around you. And the beach is the farthest from you all 5 to 10 minutes! =) The host Damira is welcoming and helpful. And the whole apartment actually looks even better than in the pictures! The whole stay there is for perfect for a couple to explore everything Kotor has to offer while staying somewhere that feels just like home.

Warm heated stay in the old town

The host Damira is very nice. She prepared wine, coffee and chocolate when I checked in. The apartment is very close to the center and old town. A big supermarket is about 2 minute walk away. I really like the apartment. I will definitely stay there again if I visit next time.

Very good

Really clean apartment. Damira was a lovely, welcoming host who was really helpful with recommendations. The apartment is just outside the Old Town but the right side to the beach, so it was perfectly situated. Just an FYI, the air con is in the main living area, not the bedroom.

Wonderful stay in Kotor. Best location

The host Damira was so friendly and generous she welcomed us with a bottle of wine and local cookies. The apartment is in an excellent location close to the old town, a shopping mall, a supermarket and to the water. We cooked in the apartment and everything was available. Damira even took us to the PCR test facility. It was an unforgettable stay thank you so much

Kotor's best stay and host.

Great location, everything you might need was within walking distance. The apartment is really well designed. Very clean and everything you need is available. We felt comfortable and peaceful as if we were at home. The host Damira is truly an excellent lady. We were very lucky to meet Damira. Thank you Damira and Apartment Kiki.

Perfect stay in the city center

The location is amazing - 2min walking and you are in the old town. Also there are some restaurants, markets on the same street. Really quiet at night. The flat is spacious, all kitchen tools, air conditioning, even washing and dishwasher machines. We felt like at home. The host is wonderful - welcomed us with a bottle of wine :) Also the entrance is a big terrace, where possible to eat/drink and chat.

There was nothing we didn't like :)

We absolutely loved the place. The location is just great, a few steps from the old town and everything you need is nearby including restaurants and the Shopping Center. The beach is also just e few minutes away. Damira (the cheerful owner) will save you a parking space near the entrance. In case I return to Kotor, i know what place to book !

We had amazing stay in Kotor. Staying in Kiki Apartment significantly contributed to this great experience. All about this Apartment is great... location, comfort, wifi. Apartment is located 3 minutes from old city of Kotor. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom is spacious and bed is very comfortable. Apartment is very tastefully decorated. But was was the absolutely best was our host Damira. She made sure that we felt in her apartment like at home. She even saved us parking space. I definitely recommend Apartment Kiki.

Excellent location approx 50m from the old walled city in Kotor. Parking space next to the apartment was very convenient. Kitchen was great with everything we needed including dishwasher which was a bonus! Host was excellent and very kindly provided us with a bottle of local wine and chocolates for our stay.

Konum olarak harika bir yerde. Oldtown’a yürüyerek 5 dk uzaklıkta, yakınında marketler, restoranlar mevcut. Evin içinde her türlü ihtiyacımız düşünülerek hazırlanmış birçok imkan mevcut. Çamaşır makinasından tirbüşona kadar ihtiyaç olabilecek her şey incelikle düşünülmüş. Konaklama deneyimimiz ile ilgili negatif hiçbir durum yaşamadık. Harika ev sahipliği için Damira’ya teşekkür ederiz. Eğer bir gün Kotor’a yolumuz tekrar düşerse ilk tercihimiz yine Apartment Kiki olacak.

Wspaniały apartament w samym sercu Kotoru! Niezwykle miła gospodyni przekazała nam klucze do mieszkania i na powitanie otrzymaliśmy butelkę wina oraz czekoladki! Mieszkanie czyściutkie, pachnące, wyposażone we wszystkie udogodnienia. Kuchnia wyposażona tak by móc swobodnie gotować. Mimo, że w centrum miasta to cisza i spokój. Był taras ze stolikiem i krzesełkami gdzie spożywaliśmy posiłki i obserwowaliśmy duże statki wycieczkowe zacumowane w porcie. Gospodyni pomocna, uśmiechnięta, zawsze zagwarantowane miejsce parkingowe, bezproblemowy kontakt osobisty(pracuje na dole budynku) lub poprzez WhatsApp. Bardzo polecamy!
