Lovely clean apartment in beautiful old town

Very convenient, at the heart of the old city <

Located in the heart of the old city , very convenient. If you have a car , you have to park outside the walls, but the gte was very close . Convenient appartment, with all necessary equipment.

Centrally located.

The apartment was clean, very big and perfectly situated in the centre of Kotor. Communication with the host was exceptional and he sent a map of the location before arrival. Drazen was there to meet us upon arrival and was very helpful.

Nice stay, but the host should provide ear plugs or advise people about the loud music.

If you are sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs! There is a resto-bar playing loud music until midnight (on a Monday night, in October...) right in front of the property. It was impossible to sleep before they turned it down...

We were there only for one night amd the experience was very good. We had to catch a flight at 06.00 any it took 5 min.

A nice and spacious apartment in the very heart of the old town.

The apartment was large and pleasant. The location is right in the old town, next to all the restaurants, cafés, and shops. The host was very friendly—he met us at the entrance to the apartment and answered every question we had. We wanted to cancel one night due to a change of plans, and even though that night was non-refundable, the host agreed to refund us, which we really appreciated.

There are two downsides: 1. It is very difficult to find parking in the area. 2. There is very loud noise from the street until 01:00. The host told us that the municipal law has changed, and starting from October 1st (a few days after we left), restaurants are only allowed to play loud music until 22:00.

The best location and a helpful and response host.

Draizen was extremely responsive. He was always available and helpful. (by phone or text) The location is excellent right in Old Town and a 5 minute walk from the North Gate where my taxi driver dropped me off. Even though the apartment is one flight of steps from the street to the front door and another 2 flights to my room which was sufficent. Its right in the middle of Old Town and close to restaurants, coffee, any place is 5 minutes away from anywhere. Another positive was I could leave my backpack at the location for 5 hours after 11am check out.

The only negative is starting at 10pm - the bars and streets get noisy and play music but I was so exhausted that I slept right through it.

Great central location but could be noisy

Very central location in the old town. Beds were comfortable however only sheets were provided, not blankets and it got cold.

No blankets. Lots of stairs to climb. The staff abruptly came to the apartment when we were cooking. The location is right on top of a nightclub that kept us awake 2 of our 3 nights there.

A great apartment that is very centrally located!

The location in the old town is fabulous, near all the restaurants and bars. The host was helpful and everything was very clean and well maintained. We were there 5 days and the cleaners came in and changed towels etc. I would definitely recommend.

Less about not liking and more for info. The old town has lots of uneven surfaces and steps and the apartment is up two flights of stairs. The building is above two bars that play music until 1 - they stop then and after that the street is very quiet well into the morning (probably everyone still in bed after singing until 1!!😁)

Perfect stay

The location was perfect. Our host was there waiting for us when we arrived with water and juice for us. He gave us information about Kotor and sorted a taxi for us going back to the airport. Aircon worked well. Towels were changed during our stay-the owner asked us for permission to enter to swap them for us and stock up toilet rolls.

The shower needs a curtain so it doesn't flood the bathroom. I'd have liked a full length mirror.

Great location from a great host, in a great city with great vibes!!!

Location was perfect. So many restaurants and bars all around. Aircon in both bedrooms was brilliant. Very clean and modern accommodation. Easy contactless check-in and check-out process. Despite all the bars and restaurants, no noise could be heard in the apartment at all. Host was very amenable.

No parking - but that’s not the fault of the host or property. Cars cannot enter Kotor Old Town.

Right in the middle of Old Town, very close to everything and the apartment was fabulously decorated. Very cleas place. We really enjoyed our stay. Also our host was very friendly and helped us organize a boat tour as well.

The Wi-Fi not having a password is a big mistake, everyone around the building using it, people sit on entrance stairs at night and use it so it was very very slow.

Fantasy Property, Amazing locations, great host!

Property is amazing and the host is also super helpful. Yes there’s a bar outside which on the weekend was playing music until around 00:30 but neither of my kids or wife said this was a problem. Parking can be tricky and IMO it’s best to just wait in line for the car park near the property which is 20 euros a day. The compromise of parking and music is well worth it to stay in this great location with a property finished to a high standard.

Parking is tricky and you’ll have to carry your cases through the cobbles, maybe 200 meters but well worth it if you’re able.

Great apartment in a very central location with a very lively bar underneath

Excellent location and lovely period interiors

Notification before booking that there is a VERY noisy bar right beneath the apartment with loud music, singing and general noise running through to at least 1 am. No problem for a town centre location if warned about it, but we were not told until check in.

Very pleasant accommodation in a very good location!

The accommodation is very well located in the old town. Clean, clean, comfortable. We had two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen-dining room. We had a great time, thank you for your hospitality!

I was looking for accommodation with parking. The advertisement mentioned free parking, so we assumed that the accommodation had its own parking. On the spot, we found out that the free parking spaces are available to anyone (there are 4 in total), otherwise parking is paid. There is a large car park close to the accommodation, which is easily accessible from the apartment, but obviously the daily fee for this has to be calculated, so it is worth making a reservation for this.

Charming stay in Kotor!

We traveled with two adult sons and one daughter-in-law. The apartment was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location inside the city gates. Each of the 2 bedrooms had a great view of historic Kotor. The host was friendly and available for any questions.He warned us ahead of time of the nightlife noise (music and people) but that everything would quiet down at 1:00. We slept comfortably and soundly with the aid of sound machine apps on our phones. The entry door was accessed by a key fob. Parking nearby was $20 per day, but we felt it was worth being able to stay in the walled city.

Great except for loud music.

The apartment is great the facilities are lovely. There is only 1 problem the bar downstairs play’s very loud music till midnight every night even now. Everything else is good would stay again if not for the bar.

Perfect

The location was great. The rooms were very clean. The owner of the hotel explained what to do in the area on a map. We had a very enjoyable two days. I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic stay in the heart of the old town

Beautifully renovated apartment in a historical building with perfect location in the old town Kotor. Two big double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other with bathroom opposite corridor, small kitchen/dining area (note there’s no lounge). Very nice and helpful host with good advice on things to do.

Very noisy until late into the night due to a bar but we expected this after seeing other reviews. Trade-off for the location. Take ear plugs.
