Very nice and modern condo with all equipment you need (or don’t need). Comfortable in city center.

You cannot darken enough bigger bedroom and it’s very sunny early in the morning. Also it was very difficult to open and close toilet door because it stucks somewhere. Also there are some spots of mold probably cause od cold stone walls and high temperature inside.

Lovely apartment, but beware the noise!

This lovely apartment is in the very heart of Kotor, right on one of the main squares, so perfect for exploring the town. It's very comfortable and spacious, and is very clean.

Although the location was great for exploring, and we expected some noise being right in the city centre, what we didn't expect was that the apartment was right above the loudest club in Kotor, which plays very loud music (outside) until 1am every night. The apartment owners have tried to take steps to mitigate the noise by installing double glazing but the noise inside is still excessive (you could almost be inside the club). As we were 4 adults it wasn't a massive problem (though on the day we had an early start, not being to be able to get to sleep until after 1am wasn't ideal), but we really wouln't recommend this apartment for anyone with children.

some details: like broken door handle of bathroom (risk of locking yourself up), no towel for drying dishes, broken couch, bed sheets did not fit matress, duvet not really good quality. location great, very loud nightclub with music until 2am

Very poor

Booked this for the washing machine and the door wouldn’t open with our clothes stuck inside and they tried to blame it on us as guests even though the owner sent her dad and not a repairman to fix it and he ripped the door open to get the clothes out. Most of our day was wasted dealing with that and the owner Marija was super rude about it and couldn’t be bothered to call us and fix the issue because she was at a concert. The apartment was also flighty (there was olive oil all over the kitchen floor, hair in the beds, the rugs were disgusting, the shower has mold everywhere and won’t drain so it floods all over the bathroom floor) and the apartment is extremely loud so we couldn’t sleep. There was a dj playing downstairs all night which you can hear in the very loudly even with all of the windows closed and ear plugs in. Upon arrival I messaged well in advance like they requested and still no one was waiting for us. Ivan took us to the apartment, didn’t help with bags, and didn’t show us a single thing about the apartment - not even where the keys were. He was more interested in booking us lunch reservations at one certain place. It made us very uncomfortable.

Когда въехали была сломана кровать (однако мы обратились к персоналу и к вечеру её починили). В первый вечер в ресторане под окном громко играла музыка до часу ночи, закрытые окна не спасали. Не было стиральной машины. В последние два дня отключили воду и персонал не смог сказать когда её включат обратно.
