I am writing this to offer a serious counter-perspective to the positive reviews here. While the location in the Old Town is central, do not assume this guarantees a professional or comfortable experience. Our stay was defined by unprovoked aggression from the host and a lack of basic utilities. 1. Unacceptable Host Conduct: The property’s reputation relies on 'host helpfulness,' but our experience was the opposite. Upon arrival, we encountered a jammed main door—a significant access and safety concern. When I called the host ('D') to resolve this, instead of assistance, I was yelled at and berated over the phone. Being shouted at by a proprietor while stranded at check-in is professionally inexcusable. It set a distressing tone for the entire trip. 2. Micromanagement of Utilities: Do not expect a comfortable long shower here. Hot water availability was severely limited. What makes this worse is the host’s controlling attitude toward the amenities; we were explicitly instructed not to touch the water heating geyser and forced to leave it on 'Eco mode.' You are effectively paying for a cold shower so the host can save a few cents on electricity. 3. Non-Functional WiFi: If you need to work, check emails, or plan your itinerary, look elsewhere. The WiFi signal was dismal and practically unusable throughout our stay. In 2025, reliable internet is a basic requirement, not a luxury. The issue was thick stone walls but surely there are WiFi boosters out there ?

Right in Old Town Kotor, within the walls. Access and access controls were great. Sound insulation was great. Excellent amenities and to stay right in the town was wonderful. The only downside which is not a reflection of the owner was parking. I came at the tail end of tourist season and they (the whole country) jack up all costs 300% or more, shame on them, so public parking which is usually €0.80/hr becomes €3.20/hr. Find free parking if you can (come before 8 am or after 8 pm). Would stay here again!

We never actually met our host Drazen in person, but nonetheless he was friendly, very helpful and gave clear instructions and advice. The apartment itself is lovely, was very clean and had everything we needed. It was inexpensive and spacious, with a very central location that made it easy to explore Kotor on foot. The only issue would be that it's not the easiest to find, and as it's in the old town there are quite a few stairs and no lift. It can sometimes be noisy in the evenings.

Right in the heart of the Kotor Walls (inside!) this place was a surprise. Unbelievably beautiful and modern designed accommodations within walking distance to all the main areas/bay happenings. Couldn't ask for anything more, and the price is right.

Loved it! Perfect location inside old town walls (close to the North gate). Very nice and responsive host. Modern, comfortable and clean apartment. Be prepared to walk up a few stairs, as would be normal in the old town. Host indicated to us where we could find parking close by, which was super helpful. We had a great time! Highly recommended!

PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. The listing mentions that parking is included but its in hopes of 12 free spots next to a bakery. I stead we had to park in a lot at .83 euro an hour. Otherwise this apartment was everything you would want within the old town of Kotor. Would recommend this apartment to any traveler, just expect to pay for parking.

We got apartment number 2 (2 bedrooms). It's a really nice apartment with spacious bedrooms and rhe place was clean. The host was friendly and helpful too. Loved having some wine in the balcony and enjoying the music from all the bars! Ir does go dead quiet at 1.00am so sleep was good too

The Apartment looks pretty good, the beds are comfortable and it's well located. The only issue is that if you are coming on car the public parking is pretty impossible to get. There is not many spots and the ones few are took from the locals. One guy was threatening me for one spot. If you are coming in car this place is not for you unless you wanna pay extra for the parking (keep that in mind) besides that the place and staying were stunning. Thank you for let us enjoy our vacation in your place.

If you want to be right in the center of the old town of Kotor where everything is happening this is the place for you. Fantastic location just opposite a lovely wine bar with live music. The apartment was nice and spacious and the bed really comfortable. The owner was also great meeting up when we arrived. Helped us carry our cases up the stairs and gave us some good recommendations. Can only highly recommend this place.

The building is located in the heart of old town which is a plus. My apartment was in the attic which was okay, but I would have preferred not to. There are other apartments not in the attic and they seemed much better. The reasons I gave it a 4 rating for comfort and not a 5 is because the bed base is an old fashioned decor and it squicks when you sit in it. Also, a microwave would had been great, and the wifi was poor. I would stay at this apartahotel but not in the attic apartment. Location could have not been better.

Brilliant location in Kotor. We managed to find parking nearby for free. The apartment had everything we needed. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. It was quiet when we were there so was perfect.

Lovely apartment located within the old city of Kotor. It was clean and spacious, with adequate kitchen. The only negative is that it is above a pub which plays loud music until late but with window shut it did not disturb us. The owner was very easygoing, he let us check in early and organised speedboat trip for us.
