Location

We waited for the property owner for one hour to show up. Interiror walls were moldy. The place was very cold and smelled like mold. It wasn’t very pleasant to be inside.

Owners was not honest !

Olny location. It is in the heart of Old Town!

I did not like because owners if i can say they were owners never gave us a key from this apartment what we booked.They put us at another apartment(which is not bad) but they said funny reason when we met. The thing is they could tell us earlier before we came at the meet point. The reason was "hot water" . They did not have hot water in apartment. But what I think is that they had somebody there already and they just wanted to put us somewhere else and take a money. Apartment "Sara" was huge but not that clean and it was so smelly. Glasses were very dirty...

It could have been better

Very nice location of the propert right in the old Town. Also a well sized apartment

I didnt like the hygiene that much. I love me some good, clean bed sheets but there it looked like someone had slept on my sheets. The bathroom was small and not so clean.

Good accommodation spoiled by hidden charges.

Great location.

Booked room through booking.com. Price came up as €44 for one night. Arrived at property, price was €70? Asked why?€25 cleaning charge… I could understand if they added a couple of extra euros but €25? on a room that cost €44 Stayed at countless hotels, several in the area over the last week. Never hear anything like it…

Perfect location

Excellent location in centre of old town. Small studio but adequate for our needs for a 3 day stay. Clean and communication with owners was excellent - they even arranged a driver to pick us Up from budva and bring us to kotor

The city is amazing, the location needs improvement.

The location was good. The cleanliness was fair.

The staff does not speak English and did not understand my request to change the checkin time from 10 to 11, had to wait outside until 12:15. The walls are thin, you could hear the other guests loudly speaking and moving things from 5:30 in the morning. The drain was very smelly.

Appreciated the quiet apartment and central location.

There was no internet, shower didn't drain, and there were too many air fresheners. Overall fine for our one-night stay, but if we had booked longer it would have been a problem.

Good value for money

The location! In central old town Kotor

Way too noisy! There's a pub within a street from the apartment and the noise was unbearable at night especially on the weekend. I expected some noise as it's expected when staying in the centre of old town however this was full house music up until 1am in the morning that not even noise plugs can remove. The check in and check out process is also super confusing - no proper assistance or contact numbers. No room cleaning is done during your stay

Wonderful Experience

We stayed here as a family during our balkan trip. My family have high expectations for accommodation, but they impressed with this place. The host upgraded our room with a better option, i am truly appreciated. The location was excellent in the heart of the old town, within walking distance to everywhere. The apartment was equipped with everything, including washing machine, iron.. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Cute apartment in the middle of old town.

Nice small apartment with living room area and dining table. Very good location. In the middle of Old town and a short walk to Kotor beach.

The shower is very small and a bit difficult to move around in. The water collected a little as it didn’t go down the drain quickly. No rack for shampoo etc. The ceiling is low in some parts of the building and no rail to the stairs in the apartment so maybe it is not appropriate for children and elderly to live here.

Grim. Bedbugs and no water!

Good location and price. However I could not stay here.

Clear signs of bedbugs on the mattress (I routinely check) see photos. No running water in bathroom, shower or kitchen. I had to book another property and contacted Booking and the host immediately. Excellent response from Booking, but zero response from the host after three days... Do not book this property!

Make sure you pick the right apartment. Small one not worth the money.

Good location in the old town. Host was incredibly helpful and nice to deal with - always available via WhatsApp if needed. The kitchen has a decent sized fridge and a good cooktop if needed.

The apartment was tiny! I should’ve looked at the photos better. You couldn’t even get to the kitchen because the table is blocking it. The AC is basically just a fan. It wasn’t strong or cold. The place was incredibly dark. Only 1 of 6 lights were working.

Room is in a great location in the old town. Staff was friendly and checked in on us regularly.

Apartment was a little small. Noisy - the apartment is right above 2 restaurants that open late. We were woken by noise in the early hours of the morning. Wifi didn't work well

It’s located exactly in the center of the old town. Within a few steps you will find all attractions. We stayed at the 20m2 room. The room is a bit small but you will find everything more than you need. We didn’t spend much time in the room, left early in the morning and came back to sleep. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning is a plus. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs.The breakfast was delicious.The vegetable omelette was yummy and the cheese plate is spectacular. Thanks a lot to Stephan from the restaurant. He was very polite and helpful. He gave us a lot of advice about the town. P.S. There’s a church next to the apartment. Make sure you close the window properly otherwise you will wake at 6 am)

Nothing to complain about. There was no toilet paper and shampoo/hair conditioner. (but it’s ok, we always take precautions before). The shower corner is a bit narrow. It could be difficult to use it for the ones who have overweight problems.

Very cute studio apartment right in the city center. The hosts are super nice, especially Milena who was really helpful and funny! They even accommodated for our late checkout. I would definitely recommend this!

very bad Wi-Fi signal. dangerous staircase with no railing. AC very weak. smell from bathroom and shower saturates the entire bathroom floor. Also, 2 towels left for a group of 4 adults. We asked for more towels but never received them. No bed sheets for the sofa bed. Apartment not well equipped.

Great experience!

The place is in the heart of the old town. The hosts were helpful, helped with luggage and acommodation, also with parking. Welcome drink was offered to us which was very kind from their side. If you arrive by car, negotiate a free parking spot with the host in advance, otherwise you need to pay solid parking fees.

The perfect place to enjoy Kotor

The best place to stay and to enjoy Kotor, especially the old town. The place was perfect in the heart of Kotor old town, so you can easily feel the old town atmosphere through your room window. The breakfast they provide are the best. Egg omelette with grilled salmon was my favorite to start a day. No wonder they served tasty food as they also have good restaurant. I and my wife extended our stay for one night because we really enjoy Kotor and the owner gave us the upgraded room with the same price. Don’t worry if you need anything during your stay, Milena and Stefan will be there to help you in seconds. Both of them are the best. They served us nicely and very kind. Stefan and Milena made us feels like home during our stay.

Veoma neprijatno iskustvo.

Odmah nakon rezervacije preko bookinga sa domaćinom sam ostvarila kontakt i putem Whats App-a kada mi je obećao da će mi obezbediti čak i besplatan parking. Međutim, kada smo stigli na lokaciju apartmana, domaćin nam je rekao da je booking napravio grešku i da je izdao apartman koji sam ja rezervisala zauzet. Hteo je da nas smesti u svoju porodičnu kuću koja je veoma udaljena od centra grada, što smo mi naravno odbili. Pokazivala sam mu našu prepisku i pitala ga o kakvoj greški bookinga govori kad sam ga kontaktirala i lično ali on je samo ponavljao da je booking napravio problem. Inače, domaćin govori samo turski jezik pa smo sve vreme razgovor prevodili pomoću mobilnog telefona.

Nije nam se dopalo to što nismo ni bili u smeštaju. Kada smo došli na lokaciju, čovek nam je rekao kako je došlo do greške i da su njemu svi apartmani zauzeti. Rekao je da može da nas smesti u njegovoj kući, što smo mi odbili, jer to nije apartman koji smo mi rezervisali. Nakon toga je tražio od nas da otkažemo rezervaciju, što smo odbili jer je on taj koji je nama otkazao rezervaciju i koji je rekao da nema smeštaja. Morali smo da idemo u drugi grad da rezervišemo drugi smeštaj jer nismo imali gde da prespavamo.
