New renovated Old Town Martiva Apartment

Nenad was an exceptional host from start to finish. He went above and beyond by helping us book a boat tour, and he was incredibly attentive, responsive, and flexible with both our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip so much easier. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a couple. Its central location made it easy to explore Kotor on foot, with everything just a short walk away. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kotor. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I return!

The space is enough for two people and maybe a small kid. If your party is more than 2 people, this is not the place for you.

Everything basically is alright. Cute and well placed. Just impossible to stay inside.

I have spent 9 hours in this place and it was horrible. The whole range of awful smell, the living room, the bathroom, the bed. I was out as soon as I could. The host told me that if I don't like the smell of cat urine I should not stay in the Old Town. Like, the whole town stinks, not the apartment.
