Convenient location in the old town

Well located, right in the middle of the old town but not so close to be disturbed by the noise. Beautifully decorated. Nice owner who gave us recommendations of what to do around

There is no curtain in the room, so it makes it difficult to sleep as soon as the sun rises. Also the bathroom could use some improvement: the shower box door cannot be fully closed so it spills water and flods the bathroom floor

Do not miss this place if you’re in Kotor!

Amazing value, beautiful decor, best location, caring and accommodating staff, comfortable and cozy. The location is in the heart of the old city, and it doesn’t get better than this. The apartment is beautifully renovated, and even had a small kitchen and eating area.

This apartment was located in the absolute city center of the old town of Kotor but also just a short walk from the bus station. The host gave us a lot of helpful information at the arrival (restaurants, hiking paths etc) which I highly recommend to follow to avoid the worst tourist traps. I would recommend this apartment for any couple visiting Kotor.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location

In three words: book this apartment! The location is amazing, the inside very nice and modern and the hosts are truly wonderful people. The apartment itself is relatively small but spacious enough for 2 people and in the end you mostly just sleep there. Besides the apartment itself the host is very accommodating and accessible for any questions about Kotor and the area. For us it made our stay excellent. We will definitely come back.

Lovely stay in the historic center of Kotor

The apartament is located a little off the main walking streets, so it feels calm while still being just a few steps from restaurants and sightseeing spots. It is clean and very well equipped, with all you need and more :). The bed is large and comfortable. Really great accomodation for very reasonable price!

Be ready to be woken up by church bells at 6 AM :) We did not mind it as it is just part of staying in the historic center of the city, but people who would find it annoying should probably book something in less central location. Also note that the flat is on street level - so if you open the window blinds in the living room/kitchen area to let in natural light, you will have an occasional group of passers-by watch you drink your morning coffee. That said, the way the flat is laid out is making the best possible use of light and space and limiting this inconvenience.

its close to everything- INSIDE the old town which is one of main spot in Montenegro. (steps away close)

Really cozy and nice flat in the heart of the old town. The furnishings and décor are tasteful and pretty, the air con is powerful and everything is in working order, inclusive of the WiFi system. The owners are fabulous people, truly good at their job, providing all the info you might need for your stay.

The tea kettle gave up the ghost on the last day but it's a minor inconvenience.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay

Well renovated apartment in the heart of Old Town.

The main disappointment was caused from outside. The apartment is on the ground floor and, although bedroom windows are matted, there are no curtains. I went to bed around 10pm (as I planned a hike early in the morning) and almost fell asleep, but suddenly there was a very bright white light in the room everywhere. It turned out that there is an IR-controlled bright street lamp outside, and when the neighbors pass by, it switches on and its light comes through windows, reflects from white walls and I literally felt like under a spotlight on my bed. I fixed this problem with blankets from the wardrobe, and it was OK then, but the room obviously needs a light-blocking curtains. There are a few other small issues: apartment description mentions a Washing machine, but its place was empty in the bathroom (although I remember this was a reason I choose this place among competing options), loud crowds pass next to the apartment on the way to the fortress and with open windows (for ventilation) it is quite disturbing.

Cosy apartments in the center of Stari Grad

Perfect location in the center of Stari Grad. Excellent host, always ready to communicate and assist. Stylish and clean.

No washing mashine, but since there is a laundry just 50 meters to the left, it wasn't a problem.

It is great for many reasons: 1.Location is really great and you can listen to different street musicians every evening. 2.Many restaurants are located in 5-10 minutes from your home. 3.It is really clean, has all what you need for a living. 4.Host is good, explained all the details about Kotor and suggested several great places to visit.

Only one thing we've noticed - clothes will take a long time to dry if you are going to wash them at home. But I've seen a special laundry several days later, so it might be your choice.

Hidden gem in old town

The place is really chic and cosy, everything is new and the apartment is super clean. There's no noise from the local cafes or restaurants which is a rare advantage here in Kotor's Old Town. The hosts are very kind and helpful local people, they greeted us and suggested places to visit, where to eat and gave us useful info. Also, they were available for everything we needed. We highly recommend this apartment.

A nighmare

Everything basically is alright. Cute and well placed. Just impossible to stay inside.

I have spent 9 hours in this place and it was horrible. The whole range of awful smell, the living room, the bathroom, the bed. I was out as soon as I could. The host told me that if I don't like the smell of cat urine I should not stay in the Old Town. Like, the whole town stinks, not the apartment.

La ubicación en el casco histórico de Kotor es inmejorable. La anfitriona muy amable nos esperó para indicarnos cual era el apartamento. Al estar en esa ubicación bares, negocios e historia ahí mismo

Las escaleras, si bien sabíamos cuando lo contratamos, con las valijas se nos hizo complicado, sobretodo el día de nuestra retirada pues la noche anterior llovió muchísimo y al ser un casco histórico y estar ubicado en el 3er. piso el suelo era peligroso para bajar. Pero al día siguiente cuando nos fuimos había parado de llover y despacito y con cuidado logramos salir

Очень красивая квартира в самом центре старого города, из нее не выходя за ворота можно подняться наверх. Хозяева сделали все чтобы вы чувствовали себя комфортно! Наличие всей необходимой посуды, микроволновая печь, плита, чайник, холодильник все в рабочем состоянии, чай, печенье, конфеты, все гигиенические принадлежности до мелочей. Отлично работал вай фай, кондиционер на обогрев, мягкая кровать в отдельной комнате. Очень рекомендую! Спасибо хозяину за безупречный сервис!
