Lovely stay at Apt Leo!

Excellent location in Kotor, they kindly upgraded our room for a lighter , brighter, slightly larger room- comfortable bed. Nicely decorated, very pleasant stay.

Cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door to the apt, but that is not to do with the apartment itself.

The apartment was in the best location in town, spacious and charming, with reserved

The apartment was in an excellent location – probably the best in town! We had a reserved parking spot that we asked for in advance, which was very helpful and made our stay much easier. The apartment is spacious and very well located. It does look a bit old-fashioned and the furniture is somewhat dated, but personally I liked the charm of it. One thing to note is that you collect the keys from the hotel and then get accompanied to the apartment. I would recommend leaving your luggage in the car or somewhere else before heading there, so you don’t have to carry it around – that worked very well for us. Thank you very much to the hosts!

Clean apartment right in the heart of the old town, with parking nearby.

We had a really good stay here. The room and bathroom were clean, and the parking was just outside the old city walls, which made everything very convenient. The staff were friendly and even walked us to the apartment on arrival. After checkout, we could leave the car for a few more hours to enjoy the old town — a huge bonus, as all other parking nearby was full and incredibly busy. Great experience overall!

The only thing to note is that it can be a bit noisy at times (you can hear doors closing and footsteps from the neighboring apartment), but it was only brief and didn’t affect our stay. Overall, a very good experience!

Amazing location and parking

Amazing location in the middle of the old city! The apartment was big and clean. It was super helpful to be offered parking outside, the instructions were great and the parking was only a few minute walk outside of the city. The receptionist was very helpful.

Definitely recommend staying here

It was close to everything I loved it. Last minute booking and they took me in right away. Every question I had was answered promptly. Picking up the keys and parking the car was very self explanatory. The staff was helpful she walked me to the apartment showed me around. I stood one night. Parking was 5min walking distance to the apartment. Keys must be picked up at Monte Carlo- it was a beautiful walk.

Huge apartment and Terrace

Huge apartment located inside castle grounds. The place reminded us of a little Venice. Wonderful terrace. Wonderful bed. Easy steps. Reserved Place to park outside the grounds. Not too far but definitely a walk with luggage. Just keep it in mind.

Great apartment in the heart of the old town

The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the middle of the old town. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very clean and spacious. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive when needed. The instructions to finding the room and parking were also very clear. Overall, we had a really lovely stay.

We would have liked to have additional blankets. When we asked for additional ones, they were brought to us, but it was only the next day, and would have been better to have them in the apartment in the first place. There were also some Wifi issues in the first day, which were only fixed in the next day.

Historic building with beautiful attention to detail, great location in the middle of Old Town

Spacious room right in the middle of Old Town Kotor, beautiful interiors with attention to detail and a welcoming, historical feel that matches the atmosphere of the city. It was easy to get to, though you do have to walk down winding roads in the Old Town, but the girl at the reception led us there herself. Free parking is made available just over the bridge about a five-minute walk away.

Wi-fi was spotty and slow.

Beautiful property with a couple of issues.

The Appartment is two massive rooms a tiny bathroom and a huge terrace. The ceilings are high with double doors leading between the rooms. We loved the central location and sitting on the terrace in the evening listening to the sounds from the street and admiring the view from the terrace. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in.

It was let down slightly by the under- equipped kitchen - no fry pan or oven (micro only) and the doors were literally hanging off. We had a couple of issues with the shower not draining snd the terrace lights not working - these were resolved quickly but shouldn’t have been there in the 1st instance. Plus the drain from upstairs AC was blocked and dripped on the terrace- not a huge problem but again shouldn’t have been there. Our biggest concern was the cleanliness of the floor in the appt which clearly hadn’t been mopped in some time and left our feet or socks dirty.

Great apartment and location in old town !

Great location in old town ( no car allowed parking available) very spacious, clean and pleasant terrasse. The communication was smooth prior our stay, safe parking spot booked after request with code delivered in time with pictures and clear explanations. Staff very reactive and kind. We arrived late at night and check in was smooth. Koror old town was a very lively place. The apartment is in a quiet section. We’ll happily come back.

The location can’t be any better. The hotel it’s managed by is wonderful and very responsive. I am shocked by how spacious the property is for being in Old Town. We loved Kotor and I would absolutely book this place again on my next visit

I can say only that I regret spending just one night there… the place is so great and worth the price. The apartament captured the spirit of the town. Staff is very helpful, but be careful…do not trust your google maps… when it comes to find your parking place😉. Read carefully info from staff, so you avoid troubles. Many thanks!

Huge apartment, lovely old deco feel with a massive balcony. Appreciate the shampoo and conditioner.

Overall pleasant stay despite some issues.

The location was fantastic. So convenient and fun to be inside the old town walls, but the property is on a quiet side street so it was peaceful. Best of both worlds. When I explained some unfortunate issues to the desk clerk upon check out, a small discount was provided. It was a token amount, but still appreciated.

The room was not as described when booked. It is labeled as an apartment with a garden view, but there is no view. (Apartment 2) From one small window you see the wall of a building and an old air condition unit. From the other window you see a wall of another building and restaurant tables. Toiletries were also lacking. Only an open bottle of shampoo was provided. However, we were given conditioner and shower gel upon request. On the first day we had no internet access. When I asked the gentleman working the night shift about this, he stated it was "too bad" there was nothing he could do about it and that I needed to tell the morning manager. When I told the morning manager the next day, someone was able to fix the issue quickly and easily; however, the television did not work either night.

Exceptional

I spent three days in Kotor with kids(3 and 6) and the aparment was amazing. The check in was very fast, the lady met us on our arrival and gave us a tour thru the appartment, the check out also went smooth. It was well equiped and the bed was comfy. The view from the window is amazing. The TV, AirCondition, kitchen equipment all was well working. The option for private parking is amazing, it's just 5min easy walk to the appartment. I'd come here again!

We were there in the winter period, so the floor was a little cold. Some sort of extra carpet for winter period would be more convenient that tiles.

Convenient location in heart of old city Kotor. Beautifully, tastefully furnished. Spacious and bright. A huge upgrade from place we originally stayed, for little more money. Affiliated hotel had a delicious buffet breakfast at discounted rate.

Hard to find, even after being in Kotor a couple days. First receptionist wasn't particularly friendly or patient orienting us. No breakfast. Lock on exterior gate or door would have improved security.
