Fantastic spot to explore Kotor!

Really spacious and clean. Great facilities including washing machine and drying rack. Fully stocked kitchen. Great location. Lovely host who helped us when we arrived early to leave our luggage.

Was noisy at night with restaurants and live music until midnight. Difficult to find initially.

Great place in old Kotor

It was a wonderful trip to Kotor! The apartment is just as it looks in like the photos, it's small but cozy. It has everything you need (really!!) and wifi is good. The host responded quickly and helped us arrange an airport transfer. The apartment is located right in the old town of Kotor, inside the fortress walls. Although there are restaurants and churches near the building, it was quiet because of the thick walls and windows facing the courtyard. Everything (sights, shops) is close by because the old town is small. We really enjoyed our visit!

It's not about the apartment. The building's ground floor hall smelled of cats at first day only, but then smell went away. You have to take the rubbish outside the wall, but it's only a 3-minute walk to the Northern Fortress Gate. After all, you're in a medieval town and Kotor really is the city of history and cats.

The location was perfect and close to everything. The owner responded to messages really fast and was really helpful. It's a good choice for the families.

The level of cleanliness wasn't so good. The rug in the main room was extra and dusty, so we had to remove it during our stay. There was a crib, but it had some issues.

Amazing host and location

Amazing host! Aneta was so helpful with every request or question we had. We got all the information needed for the check in on time and also the description how to find the place made it very easy. Top location within the old town is amazing (but it’s still quite during the night). The appartement is so cosy and so beautifully renovated/decorated. Kitchen is very well equipped and coffee was provided. There is also a washing machine. If we ever come back to Kotor, we would love to stay here again. Thank you Aneta!

We would highly recommend this area for visiting and La Rocca apartments as a base to do this!

The location could not be better for visiting the area as it right in Kotor old town and a stones throw from the main hiking routes up into the mountains. The medieval walled town itself is jaw-droppingly beautiful and a hike up Kotor ladder and back down through the fort and old town walls is a must. A side visit to the cheese shop for refreshments on top of the mountain with a spectacular view was one of the highlights of our visit. The lake is close by, within easy reach for a quick swim any time of day or night. The main Kotor beach is overcrowded, but we found Kotor Natural Beach at the south end of the bay which is used by locals and those in the know. It is slightly further away, but much quieter, better situated and with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The town of Perast (30 minutes by bus) is an absolute must for a visit with many historical buildings and top quality lakeside dining establishments.

The town fills up during the day with cruise ship tourists which makes moving around, shopping and dining more difficult. However, we occupied ourselves with hiking, swimming and visiting other excellent local towns during the hours of 10 and 4 and saved the mornings and evenings for discovering the old town when it is quieter. Buses to other towns are frequent but don't really follow the schedule so be prepared to wait in the heat.

The room was neat, clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortable. It was also very well located in the heart of the city.

Localização perfeita, central e ao mesmo tempo perto de um dos gates de acesso à parte externa da Old Town, onde ficam os estacionamentos. As anfitriãs deixaram um livro de excelentes recomendações.

O unico 'defeito' foi não ter ar condicionado no quarto...tinhamos que ligar o da sala e deixar a porta aberta para resfriar o quarto. Como estavamos só eu e meu noivo não tivemos muito problema com isso, mas se for um grupo de mais pessoas isso pode comprometer a privacidade do quarto.
