A happy stay

The room is located in historical building with quite modern renovation and everything works well. The room is very clean.

But the hotel is still a little difficult to find in the old town even I ask local shop owner. Nearby pubs are very noisy at night.

It would have been almost perfect if not the hot water tank seems to be not enough. I have to wash my long hair really quick before the hot water runs out. Did not bother me but there are stairs to rooms.

Old town Wine House

Location: Just steps from the Old Town walls, beside narrow cobbled lanes, immersed in the medieval vibe. Character: Staying in a building originally from the 12th century (used as a wine & olive oil warehouse) gave an extra layer of charm. Staff/Host: Very helpful and friendly, adding to the comfort of the stay.

Some things to note: Because you’re right in Old Town and close to bars/restaurants, it can get noisy at night. Bathrooms and some rooms are compact — it’s an old-town building, so space is limited. If you prefer large modern bathrooms, it may feel tight.

Great locations but bring ear plugs!

Mert was great upon check in. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was nicely furnished. Location was right in town, easy to find and close to everything.

The noise levels are too high to sleep. Earplugs should be provided in the rooms. The bar next door plays loud music until 1am and it literally feels like your bed is inside a club, and that is with the windows shut! I’m 5 foot 4 and my legs touched the wall when I sat on the loo which was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was absolutely stunning. Could not have been more perfect with it's location. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning was excellent. The kitchenette was great. The staff were excellent.

The bathroom was very strange. Had to climb over the toilet to get into the shower. The shower flooded the bathroom floor badly

It does say in the information about wine house that as it is a central location it can be noise at night. This is true as music played into the early hours, however the location and the stunning accommodation made up for this so do not regret staying. Cafe below a real bonus.

Lovely room with great location in the heart of Kotor

Lovely location - within a few minutes walk from everything in Kotor. The staff was wonderful and very welcoming, the room lovely and has an authentic/vintage vibe about it. Would definitely stay here again

It is located near two very loud and very popular bars - the volume does get reduced at midnight as this is a city-wide ordinance, but just keep that in mind. Room 11 has a very tight bathroom.

Apartment right in the center of Old Kotor

The location of the apartmmet is central. That was a 10 for me. Mert, the host, was very helpful. I arrived late due to bus delays and he was there waiting for me. Anything I needed I could text him and that was a great plus. There was another guy in reception who was very helpful too. He helped me with my luggage storage after I checked out the last day.

The noise. My room was on the first floor right above a very busy wine/food shop with Dj music until late. The TV /WiFi wasn't working for a couple days. The techs were in my room fixing it but I wasn't informed. I arrived to find the door wide open and them inside. All was good in the end they managed to fix it but they could have told me they were accessing my room while I wasn't there. That's what I didn't like.

Couldn’t be more central

Right in the heart of old town. The host (Mert) is so kind and did his best to let us check in early.

Being the centre of it all, be warned of all noises coming from cafe during the day and bar at night till 1 am. Missing a saucepan / frying pan in the kitchenette. The shower drainage is blocked so water doesn’t drain properly.

Amazing, gorgeous building with so much character. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and understanding. Very easy to contact and go above and beyond. Great location right within the old town. This does mean noise late at night but this is not the fault of the property. We would stay here again.

Superb stay in old town

In the old town, very accessible, lovely patisserie underneath. Quiet air con. Huge variety of brilliant restaurants and wine bars. Street music.

It’s not that there’re things we didn’t like; just quirky things. Shower room tiny and the kitchennette too small to want to cook anything but food in all the restaurants too good to miss anyway. Be aware that for a few nights each week there’s very loud music from venue next door till 1am.

Most amazing location you could ask for in Kotor - a perfect location to explore this old town. The property had character of exposed brick and the breakfast in the place downstairs was lovely.

You're right in the centre of everything, which obviously means a bit of noise until 1am - but the windows were well soundproofed.

Pro's: - Very centrally located in Kotor - Host was great and responsive and waited up for us when we arrived late. - Very cute looking and old world. Loved the vibe

Con's: - The beds (mattress) were springy, old and very uncomfortable, we unfortunately had a hard time sleeping all 3 nights - It's right next to the two loudest bars in the city, so it's loud until 1am. Best to stay out and drink till everything closes :)

Perfect location to stay if you want to be in a lively area of the tow

The location cannot be surpassed- right in the middle of Old Town, and the staff were very helpful. Nice view of the streets from the room. Bring earplugs if you go to bed early as the wine bar (hence the name) is right below. Our windows faced the street and the wine bar so lovely views. That does mean though there’s a very lively atmosphere in the area outside, so if you want to join in each evening it’s a fabulous vibe and you’ll be all set!

Bathroom in our room was a little on the smaller side so if you’re a taller or larger person, be aware. Maybe ask or look at photos carefully for the other rooms.

Friendly apartments in great location

Great location in the centre of the old town. Friendly vibe. Room had everything we needed. The cafe downstairs was great for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening.

There is quite a noisy bar next door with loud music - it stops promptly at 1:00am. With the windows shut it is not intrusive - and didn't actually bother us. Part of the charm of being so central.

Having to climb very steep narrow, winding stairway to 3rd floor which meant for us, staying out all day to avoid the climb. A young man helped carry our bags up the stairs. We are seniors and would have had to find another place if left to carry them up ourselves.Toilet is positioned right in front of the shower, very awkward to sit on and climb around WHY????tv didn't work. Same guy tried to run updates didn't work. We were promised someone would help bring luggage down for checkout, nobody came. Cleanliness: looks good at first glance. Mouldy tiles in shower.

It was right inside the Old Town and easy to get around. Mert was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and requests. Fantastic host!!

The Winery Bar was right next door and they were very loud until 1 am so that was a bit of a challenge. Closing the windows helped but we enjoy fresh air at night.

Good fit if you want to enjoy Kotor nightlife at a very reasonable cost and don’t expect too much comfort.

Nicely located in the heart of the old town. Charming old building with reasonable space, including relevant features and a balcony. Friendly and helpful staff.

Above a club that plays loud music until 01:00am every night. Kitchen equipment very basic, interior partly broken (several doors didn’t shut, window blinds broken, etc.). Very limited capacity to store things. Not really suitable for people larger than 1.80m.

We all loved Kotor and had a great time.

I liked the room and being located in the Old Town. Despite being early, Mert looked after us and allowed us to store our luggage until our rooms were ready.l, and was very welcoming.

Nearby bars were very loud until 1am. After the first night my friend gave me some very good ear plugs and I was so tired I slept better after that.
