Great

Great location within the old town, responsive, helpful, professional and friendly host. The interior looks new; very clean and spacious. The kitchenette with dishwasher and kettle is well thought out and useful. Best accommodation on this trip!

Great location in the heart of Kotor old town.

Lovely and spacious, great location in the centre of the old town. Has all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. Very clean and a very pleasant and helpful host.

As there are restaurants surrounding it’s very lively so can be quite noisy but just keeping the windows shut helps. Wasn’t an issue for us thought.

We loved Kotor and the location of the apartment was a big part of that.

Location was great, and very easy to get to. Loved Kotor, 2 nights was enough. It was was a very wet few night so being in the town made it easy to dodge the showers and come back to the apartment.

A few of the restaurants like to play quite loud music so it can be a noisy. However it didn't impact our sleep. We visited Hvar a few days later and they have had banned loud music which gave Hvar towns a much more atmospheric feel to it. In some the squares in Kotor that just had live music - Guitar/Piano it was really magical.

Fantastic host and location

Fantastic location! The noise wasn't loud considering you were right in the old town. The host was super helpful and met us to guide us to the location in the maze of old town. We also had access to be able to store our bags in a secure location after we checked out. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was fantastic! Personally I would like a safe but that would be the only thing I would say was missing

Great location, near the north gate! The host is very welcoming and really accommodating!

The only downside of this apartment is there’s no parking, but this is the same for every apartment within the old town. There are free parking nearby though if you look hard and is lucky!

great stay. nothing really to fault

Excellent location Host kept in touch before arriving to arrange to collect the keys Place was modern with kitchen facility and utensils Host answered questions i had about Kotor Aircon was good As i landed early the host prepared my room early, and allowed me to put my bags in the apartment whislt it was being cleaned, and then messaged me when it was ready She had a card machine so i could pay there and then, and showed me receipted documents through whatsapp I have seen reviews saying google map location doesn't match actual location, for context if you search up the restaurant 'Bokun' its about 2 properties next to it, with a green door labelled '475' at the top

i guess the only thing is there is no lift, but as I was staying on second floor it wasn't a problem, but can see this being an issue for others There isn't a 'reception' but there maybe other options to leave luggage elsewhere (as far as I'm told)

Lovely stay

The apartment is located in the old town, the restaurants and bars are just a few meters away. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy! We used the kitchen :) Great stay

Great stay in the middle of the old town

Great location right in the middle of the old town, comfy bed, good aircon and lovely host.

The loft room is up four flights of stairs but the host did warn of this up front. The main issue we had was with the front door to the building - the lock was broken and we were told we should just always leave it unlocked. Unfortunately someone else in the building locked it one night and then we got stuck inside the building the next morning. The host came very quickly to let us out but this is a huge safety hazard - if there had been a fire we would have been stuck in the building. This needs fixing asap.

The location was excellent. In the old town but at the top away from the crowds but close to everything. The apartment was stunning. Had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and were there to meet us and show us around etc. The wifi was great. Had everything we needed. Very secure too.

Nothing but there are some steps to get to the gate (which is common in Kotor) and then steps to get in the property. Wasn't an issue for us but if you have mobility issues, then it probably isn't for you.

Lovely Place in Old Town

Very clean, spacious apartment in the centre of Kotor old town. Our host met us at the gate and took us to the apartment, she was very informative, friendly and kind. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Kotor Old Town

Only negative was the really bad drain smells during our stay and also there are some loud bars downstairs which you can hear but the noise usually stops around 12pm

Great central stay in Kotor

Everything was great from start to finish. Miljana met me at the agreed location to hand over the keys and kindly walked me to the apartment. The place was spotlessly clean, smelled fresh, and had a cosy, welcoming vibe. The building is quiet (you won't hear the neighbours) but you will hear the distant sounds of music from the Old Town in the evening. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, perfect for solo travel. I was also able to arrange a late check-out, which made my departure much smoother. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Studio Apartment We stayed in a lovely modern studio apartment in a new building, featuring excellent shower pressure, double-glazed windows, and air conditioning. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and the decor matched the photos perfectly. It’s just a 2-3 minute walk from North Bridge, and we were on the third floor, enjoying a stunning view of St. Juraj Church perched on the hill of the Ladder of Kotor. Our host, Mijana, was outstanding—friendly and professional. She provided great restaurant recommendations and checked in on us to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. Superb and great service.

Location is superb. The loft room is quite spacious for 2 people. We had no problem with space. Beds were comfy, flat was very clean. Nice view from the window. We had no trouble with noise at night once we closed the windows. We did take ear plugs but not did not use them. We traveled in May, so may be if you are traveling in peak season, take ear plugs. For us the 4 flights of stairs was not a problem as we can compromise this for a quiet room on the fourth floor.

We initially had problem with low water pressure and no hot water for shower on arrival. Also there was muddy water coming out of the shower tap for few minutes. Host Miljana was quickly responsive to it. Notified us that it was expected no water supply for 1hr in the apartment, however it was over that time. But when we arrived in the evening we had no issues at all.

Lovely option if you prefer to stay in the middle of all the action.

Definitely a case for location location location as the property is inside the old town making for easy walking access to all. Still, no noticeable noise nuisance for me. The space was bright and nicely furnished and checking in and out was a breeze. WiFi was adequate.

Cleaning and refreshing of towels, etc takes place every 5 days but no where was it mentioned on the booking.

Exceptional

The appartment is modern, comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a great location, right in the heart of Kotor, the private terrace is amazing and calm even in the evening, the bathroom is superb as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it 100%. The communication with the host was easy, he is very responsive and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The internet speed was not always great but we found this to be the case overall in Montenegro.

One of the highlights of our stay in Kotor

The room is newly renovated, very clean and quite spacious for 2 guests. Facilities (bathroom and kitchen) are in great condition. The location is amazing - right in the middle of the old town of Kotor.

No complaints. Some things to consider: it is only accessible by stairs which was not a problem for us; during our stay the town hosted a festival and we could hear the noise through the night (which is unsurprising as it is located in the very center of the city).

The flat was great, has clearly been recently refurbished and the investment shows.

The stairs!!! I have a hip problem and going up the 8 flights of stairs was AWFUL! The internet wasn't working for my sister so that was an ear full... And finally there was a 5€ disparity between what was displayed by booking and what he had, as we had already struggled with the payment not working through booking I didn't even complain...
