Central stay in old kotor

Very beautiful place, very central in old kotor, good amenities and nice terrasse.

The arrival description omits the real number of steps to reach the property (more than double what is shown in picture) and the address in google is wrong so the time to walk from the parking was quite under estimated as well - not super suitable for small children.

Very good location in the old town with comprehensive view of it. Within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. Very friendly owner. Don’t forget to register and pay the tourist tax!

Amazing location just in the hart of the old town. For those who fancy a drink or two late evening, there is one of the best bars in Kotor just around the corner. Very spacious apartment with the whole kitchen equipment to make teas/ coffees and some meals. A little garden provides with an amazing view to the oldtown where you can have breakfast and enjoy the view. Very safe & comfortable place located very close to the blue hiking path and any other sightseeing points.

As the apartment is located in the Old Town of Kotor, you need to climb steep stairs in order to reach the apartment. There is no elevator, nor any other way, how to get in. Please check the location on Google maps to decide if this is suitable for you. No wheel chair access! Also, some evenings you may hear music from the nearby bar/nightclub, so, if you sleep light, I suggest to take earplugs not to disturb your nightsleep.

the view from the private terrace is amazing, the atmosphere inside is very authentic, the owner is very nice and friendly. perfect place to spend a weekend or more

The host was very helpful. Answered all our queries with speed and helped us with a parking space. The apartment was very spacious, in a great spot, and does have a great view, the terrace is definitely a bonus.

It was more 'rustic' than I imagined it would be, but charming all the same. The bedding wasn't great. Not having a drying rack for wet clothes/towels. The terrace area could have been cleared of all the blocks/bricks/bits of wood etc in certain areas. It could have been cleaner. Mop bucket and brush etc were kept in the entrance. It felt a bit like a Air BnB. These are just little things, and I guess I'm being picky. It was still a pleasant apartment and we really enjoyed our time there.

apartment was exactly as advertised. Terrace is lovely and spacious. Lidija is an excellent host, tracked us down in town and brought us to the place. The stairs are steep, but that is everywhere in Old Town.

not worth the money.

the kitchen was newly fitted. Lidyia who met us was super helpful super nice and friendly.

our bed was very uncomfortable. we were two adults and two children and it was absolutely not designed for that many people and so the lady who owns it should only rent it to two people. the bed they made up for the children was totally inadequate… thin mattress on the floor. only 3 chairs. not enough cutlery. we arrived to flies inside and realized it was because of a huge amount of cat poop just at the door… surely in cleaning the apartment a quick clean up of stinking cat poop would have been considered. There were a lot of huge centipedes and we could hear dust falling from the exposed walls all night. it was also very cold. All of this would have been met with some patience had we not been paying such an extortionate amount of money. Absolutely not worth so much money. we have been traveling across Croatia and Montenegro and stayed at larger more equipped and nicer places and have not paid so much… even in the heart of Dubrovnik old town. very very disappointed.

The room was so comfortable, neat and everything you need was there. It really feels you own a studio apartment. But it would be great if there was a comforter ready to use.

It's a bit noisy from the neighbor's door, it kept closing and opening especially early in the morning, it woke us up and foot steps from above room.

Perfectly situated place with very polite and helpful owner. The location is just great, the terrace is beautiful to spend a night after a day out in the city or at excursion. Just a couple of minutes away from downtown music bars and restaurants. The room is fully equipped - from AC and boiler to candles to make up your evening :)

An Absolute Dream!

Easily one of the best guesthouses we've ever stayed in. A beautiful old home converted into the most stylish of spaces — with everything you could want and a gorgeous little garden to see the town from. Lidija is a perfect host, incredibly friendly and informative (even helped us fine wine on Sundays!) and is quick to respond to all questions and needs. Book this place immediately, and for a few days longer than planned. We were so sad to leave it.

Kotor ist eine reizende kleine Stadt aber mit der Festung und den Bergen auch reissvoll zum wandern

10 Punkte: das Apartment ist stylisch und eine Terrasse mit Garten habe ich in Kotor bisher noch nicht gehabt. Das nächste Mal komme ich mit meiner Frau, hier liegt Romantik in der Luft. Hoffentlich bei besserem Wetter um den Garten noch mehr zu genießen. P.S. Festes Schuhwerk ist Pflicht wegen Treppen, Kopfsteinpflaster und dem Wandern in Kotor!

Der Urlaub in Kotor, Montenegro war einfach wunderschön und unvergesslich.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – direkt im Herzen der Altstadt und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Es war wirklich sehr, sehr schön dort und absolut empfehlenswert!

Viele Treppenstufen zum Apartment – aber das gehört für mich dazu und ist überhaupt nicht schlimm. Oben angekommen erwartet einen eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage.
