Beautiful location

The location was ideal in the heart of the old town of Kotor. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our visit. The host communicated well and answered our questions promptly. The view was amazing and made all of the steps to the loft worth while.

We got bedbugs. I'm sure with a thorough cleaning this issue will be taken care of. I know it is difficult for a host, but it is the first time I have had bed bugs and it is pretty awful.

Disappointing that loft room has no terrace.

We got off to a bad start as I thought I’d booked the apartment in the main pictures with the beautiful terrace. Ours was the loft room. This needs to be made clearer in the listing. The apartment was otherwise clean & well equipped. The pictures didn’t show that the beds were both in the same room. There isn’t a door between the bedroom & kitchen areas so it was hard to get our youngest child to sleep before we wanted to. The location is great & if you open a window you can hear the buzz of the old town below which was nice. Checkout time of midday allowed us to have a leisurely final look around the old town. Apartment was a little hard to find - GPS gets confused. It’s easier from the sea gate!

The listing needs to make clearer which apartment is which. A door between the bedroom & kitchen area would be helpful for families.

We loved the balcony, the location and the large space. The space was very clean and had all the amenities including a washing machine.

The hot water system didn’t last very long and we were in a group of 7. There was lots is stairs and multiple doors and keys required to get to the apartment.

Noise level at night was a bit much, with dueling live music and DJ coming from both directions. Ear plugs helped.

Magical!

You get the best of both worlds, the view on one side is Kotor bay while the view on the other side is the old town complete with old church and the fortress! I mean, for the whole experience what more can you ask for right??

We had a wonderful 3-night stay.

What a wonderful place in a super location! It was large, well-appointed, very clean, and of course the terrace with a view of the bay cannot be beat. We stayed for 3 nights and would absolutely return. Also, David's directions to the apartment and how to get in (which included photos) were perfect. Thank you!

Very quaint and central apartment....

Very comfortable apartment with lovely outlook right inside the old town. Very convenient to everything. Owner is very good communicator and very helpful. Kitchenette has all utilities and washing machine was a bonus.

Parking arrangement was a little tricky but this is always the case when staying inside old walled cities. 4 sets of stairs up to unit was difficult after a long day but this was explained beforehand.

the offer was a room with a balcony but there was no balcony,actually and it was so frustrating. 65 steps for my age was so hard to climb up. Than the bed was very uncomfortable. The both edge of the bed was so slippery we have to be very careful not to fall of.

Fantastic location and space in old town, but don’t forget to bring cash.

Unbeatable view out our window towards the water, also the location in town was extremely close to restaurants and shops and just a short walk from the bus terminal. Also quite large considering how central it was.

Had to pay cash (no card option) to a lady who knocked on our door there was no reception etc, if this was warned on the listing I didn’t notice it. Hot water in the shower was temperamental, also the tv had a huge number of channels but overwhelmingly said it had bad connection. Maybe just a bad weather day but that was also the reason we were inside not out in the rain.

We stayed at the Loft and absolutely loved it. The view was perfect, everything was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better. Being right in the heart of the Old Town made our stay truly special. It felt amazing to be surrounded by so much charm and history. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Maintenance Issues: The bathroom drain was clogged with hair and dirt, and there was only one heater for two rooms, leading to health issues due to cold weather. Technical Problems: The main AC was ineffective, the TV couldn't connect to Netflix, and there was an electricity outage during dinner. Service Issues: Water was off for 1.5 hours upon arrival, and you were overcharged for transportation. Communication Issues: Despite Booking confirming a complimentary fruit plate and wine, the owner added it to your bill. Overall, the experience was marred by poor maintenance, technical failures, and communication breakdowns with the owner. Spasibo Mr.Visible David...

The location is perfect, its in the middle of kotor old town with a great balcony with perfecg view of the bay, its amazing to have breakfast wifh the amazing view. Totally recommended. Little bit pricey because its peak season but its worth it, they have the play station which is very amusing, the whole family enjoy playing.

Bit warm maybe because of the weather, but david gave us extra fan.

Wonderful authenticity with comfort and ease

Fabulous spacious loft apartment (note, no terrace) with every amenity available - the washing machine is a bonus! Perfect location in the old town with magnificent views of both the mountain and the sea. An abundance of restaurants, shops and the fruit, cheese market within steps. Hearing the church bells is uplifting and really provides an authentic experience. Be sure to contact Dave via text prior to organise entry and obtain exact location information as the address can be tricky.

the anounce is a tourist trap : they describe as a loft with a terrasse, also the pics show this nice terrasse and when you arrive it s a small studio with a small window very low ceiling and the pics AND the rating are from an other appartment of the owner, never pay the price that is asking..... i don t know how booking let presenting this way and they are responsable too !!!

Lovely, clean and bright apartment with wonderful view on Boka bay. The location was perfect, in the heart of the old town of Kotor. We enjoyed it so much.

It was a bit noisy because of the club nearby. There is a parking nearby, it's not expensive, but there aren't many parking places.

Superb

Location and view from the terrace is excellent. Apartment is equipped with full kitchen. Ideal for 6 persons or 8 if you reserve another room in the attic. I am strongly recommend this apartment and we will come back. Raisa and David are great hosts.

Apartment is on the second floor, and there are a lot of stairs, even when you entering in the apartment. So, it is not suitable for people with mobility problems, or if you have small babies and you have to carry them and stoller.
