Sehr Modern und schön eingerichtet. Ausserdem liegt es direkt neben der altstadt somit kommt man locker überall zufuss hin.

Leider wurde mir mit meinem Zimmer Schlüssel auch ein schlüssel gegeben für ein anderes Zimmer somit bin ich in dem falschen Zimmer gelandet. Die Frau war sichtlich genervt davon und hat mir die ganze Schuld in die schuhe geschoben dabei hat sie erwähnt das für alle schlösser das passwort das gleiche ist somit hätte ich unmöglich wissen können welches mein Zimmer ist. Achtung bucht keinen Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft sie verlangen 40 Euro pro Tag abwohl ihr 5 meter neben der Unterkunft einen Grossen Öffentlichen Parkplatz habt der nur 30 Euro pro Tag kostet. Das Zimmer war mir persönlich für denn Preis zu Klein und uncomfortabel wenn ihr grosse Koffer habt werded ihr keinen platz haben sie aufzumachen. Die Fernbedienungen zu denn klimas funktionierten auch nicht. Zuguterletzt sind die türen sehr dünn somit hört man alles und jeden und wird dadurch immer wieder aufgeweckt.

A great location close to Kotor Old Town but also to the beaches in Dobrota, a responsive host, and a well-designed, ergonomic property - a real pleasure to stay in. Thank you

The crockery and kitchen utensils in the apartment could do with an upgrade - better plates and bowls etc. Also some instructions on how to use the ice machine.

This apartment was right by the main entrance to the old town and overlooking the waterfront. The facilities were great even having a great sauna accessed from a spa like bathroom. The apartment was very modern inside and was tastefully decorated with a wonderful lighting everywhere! Having a private car parking space was a great bonus. A lovely apartment for our stay in Kotor.

The entrance and communal areas in the appartment block are very tired and unwelcoming, a stark contrast to the apartment itself. Somebody parked a huge cruise liner in our sea view for two days of our visit which was rather a shame.

Overall, our first impression of the accommodation was a bit disappointing. It was somewhat difficult to find the exact location, and the room we received was smaller (28 m²) than the 40 m² room we had originally booked. Fortunately, we were able to get a discount after discussing it with the host, but it was still a bit inconvenient for us since we had specifically wanted a larger room. That said, the location was excellent, and the room condition was very good. In particular, the sauna in the room was a great feature that helped relieve our fatigue after traveling. Additionally, the host’s kindness and friendliness left us with a very positive impression of Kotor. If we visit again, we would consider booking this accommodation once more.
