The interior of the house and its location were both excellent. The apartment was much cleaner than we expected.

We enjoyed this accommodation as it was easy to accesss and it was a comfortable stay.

It was very roomy and the kitchen facilities were good. We like that it was very central.

No complaints about this property; however, we couldn’t find a coffee machine…. This would be a good addition.

Clean and Comfortable

The property is located in Kotor Old Town. It's spotlessly clean and has plenty of amenities. Filip is in constant communication, providing accurate information and assistance. The kitchen is very nice and functional. There's even an iron! All the amenities in the house are wonderful.

The building doesn't have its own parking lot. Paid parking is very close by, and Filip was helpful in that regard. There's no toilet brush, but if we'd mentioned it, they would have provided one. Other than that, there's nothing really bothersome.

Great stay in Kotor

The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The AC worked great and we slept well. Andrija was super helpful with recommendations and directions.

A little shelf in the shower to put the soap and shampoo on would be helpful.

Clean and comfortable apartment in the old town

Inside the old town. Quite close to the bus station. Spacious and clean. Bed & pillows are comfortable.

Located on the 2nd floor, had to carry our luggages to the apartment since there is no elevator. However, it's understandable since most old buildings are not equipped with elevator. Hence, not a big problem to our group.

Location of the apartment is perfect, it was very clean, the host was very nice, instructions were clear so we didn't have problems finding the place. Loved that there were more towels than usual, also all appliances work perfectly. The shower is amazing. .

very central location in the middle of the old town. the apartment is spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. the host was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to book at Filip if you plan to visit Kotor.

everything was in line with our expectations. the only suggestion would be to provide toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo.

Prekrasan vikend u Kotoru

Odličan smještaj u centru starog dijela grada. Jednostavan ulazak u apartman i komunikacija sa Filipom. Vrlo lijepo uređen apartman i opremljen sa svime što vam je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Čistoća je za 10. Hvala na svemu i nadam se da ćemo se opet vratit.

דירה נקיה ונעימה במיקום מושלם! ממש בתוך הסמטאות של העיר העתיקה, אין מיקום טוב מזה, צמוד לכל המסעדות. מקלחת מעולה, מיטה נוחה, מזגן, בקיצור אחלה דירה. המארח היה מאוד קשוב וזמין, נתן לנו שמות וכתובות של חניות לרכב שהכי קרובות לדירה, הגיע לדירה לפנינו לפתוח לנו ואפשר לנו לעשות צ׳ק אאוט קצת באיחור כדי להספיק לחזור מהשייט של הבוקר. ממש מומלץ🤞🏼

Konumu tam old town merkezde bu sebeple biraz pahalı fakar rahat ve güzel bir konaklama oldu. Oda fotograftaki gibiydi. Sadece gece biraz eğlence mekanlarından müzik sesi gelebiliyor ve banyoda şampuan eksikti onun harici sorunsuz...
