Recommend it if you want to walk and enjoy the city without having to travel by car.

Perfect location for exploring Old Town and surrounding Kotor. Close to supermarkets, in the Centre of Old Town, walking distance from many attractions, shops & restaurants. The hosts helpful, kind and looking for ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Amazing views of the square and the mountain. We loved staying here, it was clean, modern interior and finish in an historic building.

Loved our stay. Lovely big apartment in the perfect location.

Lovely apartment in an historic building, right in the heart of the old town and overlooking one of the squares. Nice big dining and lounge area, well appointed kitchen, and good sized bedrooms. Loved the little counter at the kitchen window overlooking the square, a perfect breakfast spot. Communication from host was prompt, clear and helpful, and very friendly :) Spotlessly clean. Loved our stay.

It wasn’t an issue for us, but be aware it’s a decent climb up a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Might be a struggle for some with their luggage. The pay-off is the great view over the town 😃

An absolute MUST.

We loved the location, easy walking distance from restaurants and cafes. Close to taxi pick ups and boat tours. Dijana was always reachable and accommodating. Very clean and nicely equipped like your own apartment. A very comfortable stay.

Beautiful home, great location and all the amenities!

Location location location! It was in the center of old town. You can watch old town from the kitchen window. The decor was beautiful and all the appliances were new and in working order. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, all the cutlery necessary for cooking at home. What a wonderful

Location and host great, apartment a bit tired.

Location is great and the apartment was a good size, Dijana was very good host and very helpful and informative.

No microwave, the bathroom was a bit dated with paint peeling off the door. The apartment is up three sets of big stair in an outdoor courtyard and not great for older people also the Bala stray wasn’t in good condition.

Fabulous apartment in prime position

The apartment is in a superb position, very close to the (main) Sea Gate.. It is spacious and well equipped, with interesting views in all directions. Dijana, who manages it was wonderful to deal with, so helpful and anxious for us to enjoy our stay. First access to the apartment was made so easy, due to a detailed video she sent us.

The apartment was beautiful and in an amazing location, it was walking distance from everything. There was lots of space and all amenities within the unit that you would need. The views every morning were stunning! Dijana was wonderful, gave us lots of restaurant and tour recommendations for our stay. They were very responsive and kind, and even offered to bring us on tours. Everything about the experience was perfect and I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!

The location within the Old Town of Kotor couldn't be better. The views from the apartment were fabulous. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you could want for your stay.

Very comfortable, very spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean and well maintained, great location on lovely square. No balcony but window seats have great views of lovely square.

Location is 10/10. It is a beautiful apartment, can easily fit 4 people no issue. There was only two of us but an extra bedroom, along with a big, beautiful lounge and kitchen area. If you want to be in the heart of Kotor, then you need to stay here!

Общение с Дияной, её внимание и забота просто восхищают! Дияна прислала подробную инструкцию как попасть в квартиру, проблем не возникло. Для этого нужно преодолеть три лестницы, имейте это ввиду. Если у вас тяжёлый багаж сделать это будет проблематично. Апартаменты находятся на одной из самых красивых улиц Котора, имеют уютный внутренний двор. Вид из окна кухни просто великолепен, а колокольный звон добавляет атмосферы. Под окнами расположен ресторан, в котором приятно проводить время. Вечерами там играет прекрасная музыка, исполнитель с прекрасным голосом может довести вас до слёз. Музыка звучит до 12 ночи, но мне это никогда не мешало. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для проживания, спиральная машина, кофемашина, тостер, посуда и т.д.

Это не минус, а моё восприятие. Возможно кто-то вообще не обращает внимание на интерьер. Но только не я. Я много путешествую и видела разный уровень сервиса. Апартаменты очень устаревшие, интерьер не имеет единого стиля, освещение и тёплое, и холодное, мебель старая и не современная, чёрные кожаные диваны очень депрессивны. Апартаменты большие, но нет уюта, постельное белье разного цвета, полотенца не новые. Не хватает вешалки при входе или хотя бы крючков. Великолепное расположение и вид из окна , прекрасная хозяйка, но хотелось бы современный ремонт.

Лучшее впечатление от старого города

Местоположение - это самый центр старого города. Центрее уже некуда. Это действительно перестроенный старинный дворец. Туда во двор каждый день водят экскурсии. А из окна со старинными ставнями видно горы и старый город.

Может кому-то это будет важно, но нам это не мешало - музыка допоздна и запахи из ресторана. Я бы поменял лампочки. Во-первых, они не все работают. Во-вторых, именно теплый свет ламп, а не холодный, создает лучшую атмосферу старого дворца (особенно в гостинной). Нет посудомоечной машины

daire çok soğuktu. ısıtıcı yeterli değildi klimalar da ısıtmıyordu. ve rutubet kokuyordu taş bir bina olduğu için. ayrıca baya merdiven çıkmak gerekiyor. ev sahibi bizden ücreti nakit istedi, direkt ilk gün vermemiz için baskı yaptı atm ye gidip otobüsümüzü kaçırdık en sahibi yüzünden çok rahatsız ediciydi.
