Big apartment. Great location.

Perfect location hotel

Very central location, it is in the Old Town. You can walk anywhere. The owner helped us about airport transfer. We took a taxi and it was comfortable. Kitchen is enough, you can cook. Bed is comfy and there is a window to the street which has nice view.

There was lots of hair in the shower tube. It is a big minus for us. Because of its central location, there are lots of bars and it is kind of noisy.

Lovely apt in great area

Lovely apartment with all those requirements we needed. Communicative host. Warm room and shower. I liked it that the floor was not cold. Little noise from bar outside but if we close windows its not bothering. I just had to carrry auitcases few steps to the room but that is simailar to old town apts. I had the same in Dubronvik. I recommend this place.

Very nice apartment in the heart of old town Kotor

Great location and comfortable apartment. Petar made the check-in and check-out process very easy.

The main thing we didn't like was being told that the cleaning person was coming at 10AM without being asked what time we planned to leave and a posted check-out time of "before 11AM". We arrived to a broken toilet seat and a bed sheet that was too small for the bed, but the proprietor resolved these both within hours of our notification of such. The street outside is quite noisy, but with the windows closed and the AC on, this was not a problem and certainly not the fault of the proprietor.

Good Location but dirty house

good location

There is bad smell. There were cobwebs and the floors were very dirty. It was written that there is free parking, but I had to walk for 20 minutes with my 1 year old baby and 2 suitcases. I paid an extra 30 euros for the parking lot. Not suitable for families with babies and couples with large luggage.

Clean and well maintained. AC was working well. Spacious enough for family of 3. All ammenites required were available.location is good, not too far from river gate.

Bath towels were not enough. Kitchen counter is very small. There are 2 flights of steps to the appartment.

the killer feature was surely the heated floor! ...in addition to the excellent location and kind hosts. stayed there for 3 nights with a toddler, and everything was fine! there is a pub under your window playing music till 1am or so. however, this was fine and we slept well, thanks to closed windows that reduced the noise level to minimum. if you take a stroller for your child in the trip, you will need to carry it to the 2nd level and back. however, there is enough room next to your door under the stairs outside. when you return from the mountain trip to the fortress, you go almost directly to this appointment for having a rest. :) overall, everything was smooth and pleasant!

The apartment is brand new and modern, very well furnished and in the great location. Everything was well organized, the host considered every single detail and was very professional and gentile. If you have any hesitation please don’t as you will love the appartment and location.

Authentic and Pleasurable stay in the city of Kotor

Above and beyond! The Apartment was very clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful at any point the time. The location Is perfect, very close to everything, with plenty of restaurants and shops, and the beach is a walking distance. Amazing! highly recommended and would come back

Appartement en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Kotor. Ville animée jour et nuit.

Situé au dessus d’un bar pub, Impossible de dormir jusqu’à 1h du matin malgré des fenêtres en triple vitrages. Plusieurs marches à monter pour atteindre l’appartement, ne pas prévoir de valises.
