The host was really kind and helpful. The apartment is at a perfect location. Everything is within 2-10 minutes radius. It was neat and clean and we had a great stay!

The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from Kotor Bus Station (Autobuska stanica Kotor), depending on your walking pace. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen and shared laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer. I really appreciated the soundproof windows, as the nearby bars could get quite noisy at night.
The pavement is cobblestoned, and there are steps leading up to the apartment, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs.

We had a great three nights stay at Avenza. Perfect location to cover all locations in Old town, Kotor. The Residence was well kept with all necessary amenities. The host, Yohan was nice, approachable and well connected at all times
