Classy new self catering apartment

Classy and thoughtfully furnished/equipped apartment in Kotor Old Town that's close to the main bus station and nearby Dobrota. Everything is nice and new. Basic but essential cooking facilities including fridge, 2 hotplate stove and a microwave. Plenty of the necessary condiments. complimentary washing machine and drier available for guests. Very comfortable bed and peaceful/quiet during our stay in December. The host is particularly helpful and communicates appropriately throughout the stay. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay.

There are no exhaust fans in the apartment so cooking should be kept to the basics. There are however I windows that can be opened as necessary to ventilate the apartment. Pay close attention to the hosts instructions on the apartment location as there is no signage at the property itself. There are some fairly steep steps up to the apartment from the street which didn't bother us, but our host was immediately on the spot to assist with carrying luggage up to the apartment.

Property is located in old town but very quiet area. Apartment has all you need for your stay, it is extremely clean and bed is very comfortable. Host Jovan was very helpful, although you can do self check in, he came to give all details about the property and was available for all needs during my stay. Jovan thank you for everything.

In a great location to explore the city with fabulous facilities. We were late for getting to the residence and the team so kindly waited to greet us late in the evening and offered us some excellent things to do/ eat while in Kotor.

A comfortable, clean, and perfectly located stay in the heart of Kotor.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well-equipped. The bed and sofa were both comfortable, and the room layout made the space feel relaxing and cozy. The location in the Old Town was perfect—quiet, yet only a short walk from everything. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in was easy.

There’s nothing major to complain about—everything met or exceeded expectations. The only minor thing is that parking in the area can be a bit tricky, but that’s normal for the Old Town.

Beautiful new rooms in the perfect location

Location is perfect - right in Old Town, very easy to walk to all main sites and to catch the bus for day trips. Plenty of restaurants, shops and groceries nearby. The suite is brand new and modern, with all the comforts you require and details thought through. The host really went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help with the daily tourist tax. I had to switch rooms during my stay because my original room was not available for the full duration of my trip, and he made it so seamless while I was out exploring. There are only 3 rooms in this boutique residence, so it feels really safe and quiet.

A modern apartment with the best host in the heart of Kotor!

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was brand new, had plenty of space to store belongings and spread out comfortably. Our host was extremely attentive. He met us at the gate and helped us with our luggage and to locate the property. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay-even going above and beyond to introduce us to Kotor and explain everything we needed to know before settling in. His customer service skills are 10+.

Nothing! We loved everything about the property. Next time, I might stay outside of the city walls-somewhere closer to the water with parking on site, but that is a personal preference after being inside the walls and realizing you can do that in half of a day.

Location within Old Town was very convenient. The apartment was modern, spacious and very clean. Our host was very helpful: met us at the gate to Old Town, carried our luggage, gave us an overview of the apartment and a welcome drink, arranged for a transfer to our next destination.

Clean modern room in charming old town

Our stay at Avenza Residences was absolutely perfect! From the very start, Jovan made us feel welcome—he personally met us at the Old Town gate and helped with everything. He was incredibly responsive to our messages on WhatsApp, and even customized our door code to something easy to remember. The location of the residence couldn’t be better—just steps away from the main town square—yet it still felt peaceful and private. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, and completely brand new, which made our stay so comfortable. Jovan went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our luggage on the property before catching our ferry to Dubrovnik, which was such a thoughtful touch. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This is the best residence I’ve stayed at in a long time definitely the best in kotor. The location is perfect bang in the centre of everywhere you need to be, the room was very clean modern and fit for purpose. You even have access to washing facilities and drinks. The host Jovan was the highlight of the stay he was always keen to help and has impressive knowledge of the area he went the extra mile to help us with parking and had good recommendations. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone.

We really were Lucky to choose this place!

We loved the location, although we had to walk several minutes with our luggage, it was definitely worth it because the location was excellent! The host Johan was fantastic and he was so helpful and informative. The flat was so modern with everything working on a digital system. There was a mini bar and a quiet room with comfy beds. The room was very spacious too.

Comfortable, accessible, will stay here again!

The property is accessible to bus station, right in the Old Town of Kotor. The property is very modern, good airconditioning especially for the hot weather. Place seems to be new, if not, it’s well maintained. Modern setup, security codes for doors, good wifi connection, good lighting, and ventilation, bidet in the bathroom is a plus! Complete amenities with toiletries, few equipments and stuff for cooking, hot drinks etc, even the cutleries seems posh. Use of washing machine and dryer and even flat iron were very helpful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and responds very quickly, helpful with anything.

Excellent Room, Perfect Location, Outstanding Host From the moment we reserved the room until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. Jovan contacted me shortly after booking with detailed information about the accommodation, our stay, and the location. Upon arrival, he met us in the parking lot and personally walked us to the apartment. The accommodation has been recently renovated, tastefully decorated, and was exceptionally clean—located right in the heart of Kotor. Jovan went above and beyond to provide us with helpful tips about the town. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have the best experience possible—not just in the accommodation, but in Kotor as a whole. At departure, he even came by to help us with our luggage. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.
