Avenza Residences Kotor Old Town

Amazing location! Staff was very accommodating and available at all times to answer questions, etc. Arranged parking in advance at a discounted rate. We were met outside the Old Town and were escorted to our unit (carried our luggage) and upon our departure. The unit was beautifully decorated, brand new, comfortable, high quality towels, lots of storage and counter space available, plus the slippers were a nice touch. Best air conditioner ever (efficient, accurate, quiet).

This is the best place and if I could give it 20 stars I would. The property was amazing and the host was top notch going above and beyond for everything. Was met at the property for the introduction and tour. Was assisted immediately with a minor issue and just amazed with the lengths that were made to fix the issue and make sure I was happy. For me it was about the effort not the actual "gift" when the issue was reported (another guest wasnt following house rules about after hour noise). The host went above and beyond. Just amazing! I would definitely recommend this property for the host, the cleanliness and size of the rooms. Easy walk to everywhere: bus station, restaurants, city walls entry point, etc). The best...no hills or stairs within the city walls (unlike some other old towns in the area) I will definitely be staying here again when returning to the area.

We was met and everything was explained and they were very helpful. The room was of exceptional standard that surpassed my expectations.

The stone steps were quite steep and thin to the entrance. A sign on the wall would help with locating the apartment, however the map link was very accurate.
