Owner was very responsive and helpful. Clean and great location in the middle of old town. Washing machine facility and very beautiful terrace to sit outside.

Very loud in the bedroom when going to sleep because right opposite a bar in the old town (people singing loudly sometimes until early in the morning). The curtains in the bedroom are also see through so all the light comes in when the sunrises, would be better with opaque curtains of if the shutters worked.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful Kotor.

Perfect location in the old town, well-equipped and beautifully appointed apartment. Host was very responsive and accommodating - she even transported us from the bus station, even though the apartment is an easy walk. Apartment exhibited great attention to detail.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The apartment was a great size in a really good location in the old city. Livia the owner was delightful, helpful and very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended place to stay.

Just a word of warning, we were there in Carnival Week and the music outside of our apartment was extremely loud until the early hours of the morning. This was something that was completely outside of Livia’s control.

Ideally located in old town. Lovely courtyard. Nicely decorated.

Dirty rug in living area with black hairs. Air con only in living area not in bedroom. Extremely loud music. Funny smell coming from bathroom. Small bedroom so we couldn’t shut the door with the travel cot!

Great stay

Beautiful property in an amazing location. Super spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was really responsive, gave us lots of information and allowed us to check in early. Also liked the fact we had access to a laundry room after a few weeks of travelling!

The noise from the bar is unavoidable but we were aware of this before booking. It would not stop us from staying again. The host also provided ear plugs which was helpful.

Lovely apartment and spotlessly clean. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions.

We couldn’t keep windows open at night due to noise from the bar, so bedroom was a bit stuffy by morning.

Right in the heart of the old city Beautifully clean and modern Comfortable/Had everything we needed. Lovely Terrace Area Livia was an excellent host and on hand to answer any queries. We would stay again

Fantastic stay, would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Sindiki. The apartment is in an excellent location and looked exactly like in the pictures.Livia is a gracious host and sent me pictures to help me find the apartment easily, communicated well with me throughout, made sure I had everything I needed for my stay, and even allowed me to check in 2 hours early after my flight landed before time. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Kotor old town.

I must say the house itself was great.

I must say the house itself was great. The landlord was lovely and very helpful; they promptly responded to my messages, which made our stay much more comfortable. Additionally, I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere of the house. The amenities provided were enough, and the location was great for exploring the area. Plus, being nestled within the historic Kotor Old Town added an extra layer of charm to our stay. The fact that the building is a historical family house added to the authenticity and unique experience of staying in such a location. Overall, despite the slight chill, our experience at the house was delightful.

The inside of the house was a bit cold. The landlord had put in an air conditioner and an additional heater, but despite both, the temperature inside the house was still slightly low. I believe the house would be more suitable for summer stays.

Good find in Kotor

The apartment was clean and well-designed, and host was extremely courteous with check-in. Place was spacious and well designed and centrally located in Old Town.

Note the bedroom had no ac and was a bit noisy in the evening considering that it is above a bar. Host only accepts payment in cash which was a bit inconvenient. Note the parking is public and the apartment is a moderate walk from parking, especially with bags
