Her odada klima vardı. Isıtma performansı başarılı. Bir tane çift kişilik , iki tane tek kişilik yatak vardı. Yataklar kaliteli ve ortopedik. Çarşaflar ve yorganlar temizdi dolaplarda yedek çarşaf takımı ve yastık mevcuttu. Her yatağın baş ucunda elektrik prizleri bulunuyordu. Tüm yatak odalarında 55’ Lg akıllı tv bulunuyor. Sevimli bir balkonu vardı sigara içmek isteyen veya manzara görmek isteyen için süper. Mutfağında buzdolabı , mikrodalga fırın , bulaşık makinesi , kahve makinesi , su ısıtıcı ,tabak , bardak vb her şey vardı. Sıcak Su mutfakta ve banyoda bulunuyordu. Salon kısmında geniş bir kanepe , tekli koltuk ve dört kişilik yemek masası bulunuyordu. 55’ Lg Tv vardı. Tv de Netflix , Youtube vb uygulamalar aktifti. Merkezin en konforlu mekanı diyebilirim. Şehir kapısına uzaklığınız ve saat kulesine 50 adım.
Tesis ile ilgili tek problem arabası olanlar ile ilgili. Tesisin kendine ait veya anlaşmalı otoparkı yok. Tam karşısında denizin kenarında park yeri var saati 3 euro gibi bir tutar. Uzun süreli parklarda fatura biraz yükselebilir. Ayrıca kışın bile park yeri büyük problem. Önemli bilgilendirme; eğer sürücü kabiliyetinize güvenmiyorsanız Podgoritsa dan Kotor a dağ yolunu kullanarak gelmeyin! Dar şerit, sis, viraj ve buz sizleri bekliyor. Onur yerine Budva üzerinden Kotor a gidin süre maksimum 10 dk uzar.
