Fantastic modern appartement in Kotor center

We were so very impressed with how welcome we were made. The owner met us at the car park and walked us to the flat. It’s in such a lovely part of the old town. This flat is really snazzy. It’s modern and huge. Beds very comfortable. The owner was available at any time ( if needs be) for us which was very kind. I really liked how relaxed the flat was compared to the chaos of outside. The colors are really calming too. Two bathrooms are a plus. Really good AC system. She bought my kids 2 juices and a book which was so lovely and wine for us adults. Great internet connection.

Not the owner’s fault - very very noisy at night from 2 bedrooms. Again not the owner’s fault but no running water on one night - we said right we will use bottled water and shower in morning, but in morning we still had no water until check out (the owner kindly offered the flat check out later but we had to leave for our taxi). When it’s 40c + outside then a shower is a must.

Perfect location right in the centre of Kotor. Near to shops, bars, restaurants and cultural sights. Could not have been better.

Clean, stylish property. Brilliant hosts with great communication from the start. Fantastic location for all the sights, restaurants and shops. This had everything we needed including lots of space for four adults.

High end flat just in the centre of Kotor

Wonderful place in the center of Kotor. High end appartment, large clean rooms, perfectly equipped (better than your own apparement at home ;-) ), two bathrooms, big TV-set with Netflix/Prime pre-paid, kitchen with all the equipment for self-cooking, all the pubs/shops just minutes away. Calm at nights, as the pubs are round the corner, so good sleeping even for the kids.

At weekdays, the nearby music scool gets noisy with students training various musical instruments. This is however no problem on weekends/nights.

Perfect apartment in a perfect place for a perfect price. Spacious rooms, nice design, full kitchen. Friendly owners. We are glad that we chose an apartment specifically in the old town as it has a great atmosphere, especially on the weekend evenings. Would come back again.

We arrived very late but our host received us with a large smile and a bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge. The appartment "Sasha di Cattaro" is very central in Kotor "Old town". It is incredibly spacious and confortable ! It has a lot of facilities that are really significant and make you really feel like home. The kitchen is amazingly functionnal ! And there is more tools that you'll ever need for your stay. I found it so helpful to do our own laundry during our stay and to come back home with clean clothes !

We had a few troubles with the first gate entrance keylock, but we figure it out ...the day we left ! ;-) We found the rooms a bit dark but since it's the main architecture of the flat we got used to switch of the lights when needed (and there's all kind of lights, even where it's not expected ! ). We could hear the bells of the castles around but once we knew it, it wasn't such a trouble (part the rich history of Kotor).

Exceptional

I like the location. The property is located inside Kotor old town. Close to restaurants, shops, banks, pubs/bars, and public transportation. Close proximity as well to the Ladder of Kotor or to the main entrance to St. Giovanni Fortress. I like the modern touches of the apartment, yet old classical architecture in the outside of the building. Very clean and spacious living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Kitchen and laundry room is well equipped. Although restaurant/pub nuisance and and by-passers are a regular scene in the area, you won't be disturbed by them form the inside if all windows are closed. Vanja, the host, was of great help. She has helped us with the tourist registration, PCR test appointment, car & bike rentals, even provided us a private parking. She assisted us with all our needs and answered all our queries all through out our stay in Montenegro. Shout out to Vanja! :) Thank you so much! You are an amazing woman!

The place that stole our hearts!

This apartment was beyond perfect! It was located in the cutest part of Old Town Kotor, so we really felt part of the community. I can’t even describe how clean, cozy and fully equipped the apartment was, it was a true ‘home away from home’ experience! Kotor has some of the nicest and warmest people, but Vanja (the host) was simply angelic. She was so helpful & generous, we will forever cherish her! Me & my family are already recommending this apartment to our dearest friends, and we recommend it to you too! :)

Fantastiskt boende i en underbart fin stad.

Måste säga att allt var bra! Det enda vi saknade var kanske lite mer belysning (vi var osäkra på om man fick öppna fönsterluckorna mot gatan?). Sköna sängar, fullt utrustat med allt man kunde önska sig!
