Perfect apartment for a couple in the old city

Definitely enjoyed Kotor and our apartment

Modern, clean, roomy, kitchen, well appointed, location

There was music and street noise at the restaurants at night, even with the double pane windows we could hear it. It wasn’t super loud, but it was there. We still both slept well at night!

Right in the Middle of the Action

Great location for exploring the old town. Host was super friendly. Enjoyed listening to the street music from the apartment!

Difficult to locate - no sign indicating the name of the residence- watch for the number of the building on the wall to the right of the entrance instead.

Great fully-renovated apartment in Kotor Old Town

The apartment is beautifully renovated, very comfortable and spacious - and located within the old town, but just on the perimeter which is good vs. noise. The rooms are spacious, the bed quite big and comfortable, and the kitchen/living room is plenty big enough for several people. Nice bathroom too. Overall it was quiet except for the first night (see the negatives). Keep in mind: they don't ask you for a pre-payment, but they expect to be paid in cash upon arrival. Also, plenty of good restaurants as well as "mini-markets" nearby.

Before I arrived, I was contacted by the person responsible to let me in - she asked that I notify her via "text on WhatsApp". Which I did when I got off the bus and when I was standing by the door of the building, but I did not hear back. After waiting for some 15-20 minutes, I decided to call her directly, and then she arrived within about 10 minutes, saying that "she had not received my messages." Also, when I came back from dinner on the first night (it was a Saturday), there was very loud music being played in the building right next to where I was staying - it sounded like an open-air nightclub. This was the only night that was noisy, otherwise it was very quiet.

Perfect apartment

The apartment was right in the city center, still the room was super quiet and good to sleep. Spotless clean, with everything needed, super comfy bed, so many details and very easy to communicate. They gave all facilities to make our stay comfortable and nice. I would really recommend and stay here again!

Location perfect. Apartment was stunning. Host was excellent and caring, even helped us with sorting the tourist tax out. Knowledgeable and friendly. Was way above my expectation. Old on the outside, modern on the inside. Outstanding stay. We thank you again!!

Fabulous location, beautifully designed modern clean apartment

The location was amazing right in the centre of the old town but off on a side street. The double glazed windows worked well to keep out the chatter from the streets. Well laid out and deigned apartment.

If you struggle with stairs then this may not be the apartment for you as it is on the third floor with no lift.

I had an exceptionally great experience staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. The attention to detail really stood out—there were sweets and biscuits left out for guests, along with cotton buds and other hygiene essentials that made the stay feel just that little bit more special. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and clearly looked after with care. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Прекраснейшие аппартаменты. Квартира сама по себе очень красивая + высокий этаж, поэтому из окна видно и небо и горы. Местоположение, наверное, одно из самых выгодных внутри Старого города, т.к. далеко от по-настоящему шумных баров, это важно, т.к. если поселиться рядом с каким-нибудь Old Town Pub, то никакие окна ночью не спасут от шума. Здесь рядом таких шумных мест нет (клуб у ворот работает нечасто), а обычный ночной шум с улицы от громких разговоров полностью блокируется при закрывании окон, окна очень хорошие. Вся техника работает идеально. Очень и очень чисто. Комплектация квартиры отлично продумана - с большой заботой и не только заботой, но и добротой к гостям :-) Здесь очень удобно жить. С хозяйкой общаться легко и приятно, она отзывчивый, гостеприимный и очень позитивный человек. Рады будем приехать ещё!

Kotor Old Town içerisinde konaklamak için mükemmel bir tercihti. Evin büyüklüğü ideal. 3 kişi rahat bir şekilde konaklayabildik. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Otelden daha konforluydu. Mutfakta temel ihtiyaçlarınızın hepsi mevcut. Türk kahvesini bile düşünüp koymaları bizi ayrıca sevindirdi. Tarihi yerlere ve yeme içme mekanlarına oldukça yakın. Çok keyifli bir deneyimdi. Kotor’a gelirseniz mutlaka old Town içerisinde konaklamanızı öneririm. Bir daha gelirsem yine bu evde konaklarım.

Herşey harikaydı ev sahibimiz çok misafirperverdi. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ona bayılacaksınız 🤍 Evde yumuşak yastık ve sert yastık detayı bile düşünülmüştü. Ütü, ekstra havlular, meyve, yağ, tuz aklınıza gelebilecek bütün detaylar çok ince düşünülmüştü. Yine gelsem yine burda kalırım. 🙏🏻
