It was super clean and cozy. You are in the middle of the old town which is really great!

There is a pub right in front of it where they play music extremly loud. Besides that there is NO free parking space (its mentioned otherwise on booking)

Our friendly host was Radonja who owns the business. He greeted us on arrival and showed us to our apartment in the heart of Old Town which is buzzing day and night with a large choice of good restaurants. Free parking is also available. He also gave us plenty of information and options for our time in Kotor and organised a boat tour to the famous landmarks. Would thoroughly recommend to book with Studios Belvi in Kotor, Montenegro. A Wonderful Stay at Studios Belvi – Thank You, Radonja!

I stayed at Studios Belvi for 3 nights (July 23–26) and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Kotor Old Town, making it easy to explore everything on foot. What really made my stay special was the hospitality of the owner, Radonja. He welcomed me with a drink upon arrival and personally took the time to sit down and show me the best itineraries around Kotor. His friendliness, kindness, and genuine care made me feel right at home. I truly appreciated not having to worry about planning or finding tours, as everything was thoughtfully laid out by Radonja. It made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. I honestly have no suggestions for improvement—just a big thank you for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend Studios Belvi to anyone visiting Kotor!

The owner!! Cannot spell his name but he goes over and above. He met us and led us to our parking space, brought our luggage. And us back in his car. The same when we left after treating us to coffee

The apartment is located just above a coffee/bar that may be a bit noisy at night. But the coffee is excellent :)

The location was ideal and the host was quite friendly. We were only there for one day and this room was perfect for our needs. The host gave us a great recommendation for a breakfast spot on the morning of our departure.

The room is directly over a bar/restaurant that has music until late. It was no problem at all for us but a light sleeper could have issues.

Great location right in the heart of the walled city in Mostar. A short walk to the bus station.

It wasn’t a big issue for me as I can sleep through noise however there is a bar downstairs. If you are sensitive to noise and can’t sleep this might be an issue for you.

Gorgeous, comfortable place with superb location in the middle of the old town. R was the perfect host and went out of his way, even dropping something we had forgotten off at the airport. Cannot rate highly enough. Noise not a problem on the top floor.

Noise from bar below. No sheets on the bed, neither bottom or top sheets!!! In dark kitchen, very slow hotplate. Only lid for pans had broken handle. Owner SPEAKS good English but his English comprehension and/or his willingness to listen is BAD. He never asked how my stay was even though I saw him twice after I checked in. So I never asked him why no sheets or said how noisy it was at night. When I try to explain to him how I burned a dish towel due to the only pan lid having a broken handle and how a lid was necessary to boil water because his hot plate is otherwise so slow, he doesn't listen - just keeps saying "No problem" over and over. So don't expect improvements if you stay there. Oh yeah, wi-fi only intermittent. Very problematic.

A great place to stay in old town Kotor

The appartment is located close to the eastern entrace of the old town. It is a small but cozy place close to all the historic sights. There are tons of great restaurants within a few minutes from it. The best of our stay, however, was our host. From day 1, Radonja made us feel part of his family. He not only answered all of our questions but he went out of his way to make sure we always felt at home. His kindness, knowledge and love for Montenegro make us want to come back to this beautiful place ...

We really liked our apartment. However, for someone who likes to go to bed early this place may not be the best choice. There is a popular restaurant/bar just below the appartment and it can get pretty noisy at night. But if you join the locals in their fun ... like we did ... this isn't a problem ....

Comfortable, clean and good value for money

The Apartment is very central in Old Town and yet in the beginning of Town so less people there. Easy access to everything. The apartment is small but all you really need during your stay. Me and my wife can be picky with beds, but it was a very comfortable bed. So this is as good as any hotelroom you can get and Cafe & Restaurants is within a few minutes reach

There is a Cafe/Pub on the street below. If you can accept not to go to bed before after 10pm it will be no disturbance. But then again this will be a issue everywhere in Old Town since there is Cafe's and Restaurants on almost every corner ;-)

Exceptional

Our host was very welcoming. He had prepared a city map for us and told us about the old town, places to visit, food and wine to try. This significantly improved our experience in Kotor. The location is very good, although a bit loud at night due to the bar downstairs (but this is the case in most places in the old city.) The music stops at 1am. The apartment is small but charming and comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

The most charming flat u will find in Kotor! The apartment is awesome, two floors, the bed extremely comfortable, the place is spacious. Location couldn’t be better! A dream to be inside the old town and near the best rock bar of Montenegro! The host was super nice, helpful and kind.

Make sure to get the coordinates for the public parking beforehand, so u can park straight away and just relax. If u need good internet, my advise is to double check with the host cause maybe it was just a bad luck: unfortunately it suddenly stopped working :(

Perfect location just inside the city walls, five minutes from the bus station. Strong wifi. Places to eat and drink nearby, market a few minutes walk away. Super-helpful and friendly owner.

kotor old town merkezinde tam. gerçekten memnun kaldık. ayakkabıyla girilmiyor içerisi tertemiz. yalnız biraz merkezde olduğundan gece hala biraz gürültü var ama biz rahatsız olmadık. gayet güzeldi sonuç olarak.

Tavsiye ediyorum

Old Town'ın içinde her yere çok yakındı.İşletme sahibi çok nazik idi. Türkçe Kotor haritası verdi , gideceğimiz yerleri ve restaurantları işaretli. Son günümüzde de bize Türk kahvesi ikram etti. Şehrin tam göbeğinde olan bu işletmeyi tavsiye ederim.

Tuvalet ve duş kısmı ufak biraz ama idare etti .
