Great welcome and help. Very good facilities. A better Wi-Fi would have topped the bill.

The hosts were super friendly and went out of their way to help us find and organize activities while we were in Montenegro. Unfortunately, the weather (heavy snow) limited our possibilities.

The Wi-Fi was not secured and regularly fell out. Also bedlights would have been handy.

Everything, kitchen works fine, TV has netflix, a table right next to the comfy bed. And the owner was very friendly

Awesome place to visit and stay

verything was just perfect! Even if any issues came up, manager Sasha handled everything and was very flexible. The reception administrators were beyond praise—I truly felt at home, and I’m very grateful for that. If I visit Kotor again, I will definitely choose this place

Unprofessional and hostile staff, uncomfortable room

It’s a great central location and AC works really well

This hotel is cash only (I missed it when booking). When I couldn’t transfer money due to no reception on a boat, the staff screamed at me in the phone and threatened to throw my belongings out. A complete failure of hospitality 101. They also refused to send a Wise payment link, claiming it doesn’t exist (which cannot be not true as they send a Wise account for bank details ). The room has no curtains (you’re forced awake at sunrise), the shower has no curtain so the whole bathroom soaks, and check-out is an unreasonably early 10am. The overall attitude is hostile. One of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. In case you don’t mind unprofessional staff, you need to know this apartment is on a 3rd floor walk-up and by Old Town Pub, where you hear the bar and street noise until 1am. (Didn’t bother me but it may not be the case for everyone)

Todo fue increíble, la habitación lo tenía todo ! Hasta utensilios paga cocinar, vista linda , lugar tranquilo , cama comida , todo estaba muy limpio , a pesar de la lluvia y que no podíamos salir mucho, tuvimos una desconexión increíble , buena televisión.

La tina estaba tapada y se llenaba de agua , pero creo que lo pueden solucionar, de resto genial , el baño muy limpio !

Мне нужно было заселиться немного раньше, чем обычно, и это удалось без проблем — милейшие девушки на ресепшене быстро помогли мне с размещением и были очень дружелюбны. Номер находился в невероятно красивом и атмосферном месте, рядом с площадью с котами, что добавляло особого уюта. Апртаменты более чем оправдали мои ожидания, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания было, а любые вопросы оперативно решались с помощью персонала. Босс Саша проявил себя как очень отзывчивый и гибкий человек: он помогал с бронированием, шёл навстречу в различных вопросах и даже организовал для меня трансфер в аэропорт рано утром, чтобы я не опоздал на рейс. Особенно хочу отметить администраторов ресепшена — Джорджицу и Тиану. Они всегда были профессиональны, трудолюбивы и невероятно доброжелательны. Общение с ними подарило мне массу приятных эмоций. Милейшие создания! Я с нетерпением жду момента, когда смогу снова вернуться в это прекрасное место с такой приятной атмосферой. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Существенных недостатков не заметил, весь период проживания персонал был всегда готов помочь и оперативно реагировал на любые просьбы или возникающие вопросы. Благодаря этому пребывание прошло очень комфортно и приятно
