A cozy place in a perfect location

A cozy place in a perfect location: the old town is right nearby, yet its noise and tourist crowds don’t reach here. Real turtles live in the courtyard, there’s a medieval church close by, and the nearest cafés are just a half-minute walk away. I definitely recommend it for a one- or two-week stay!

Pleasant central accomodation but lots of steps outside.

This accomodation was very near town centre and very quiet. There was a shopping centre and supermarkets and a bakery nearby. Petar was helpful with our luggage as there were lots of steps.

Unfortunately there were over 20 steps to arrive at the accomodation so not suitable for disabled people. In the description it says there's a sofa bed in the living room but there is only one room with double bed or separated twin beds plus sofa bed. There is also a kitchenette and tiny bathroom. The room was pleasant and nicely decorated.

Nice and spacious, close to old town.

We stayed in a very spacious apartment within walking distance of the old city of Kotor. The location is excellent, and it was very convenient to have private parking, an absolute must for Kotor The price was affordable, and the host was very kind and helpful—he even helped us find the apartment late at night.

The only real downside was the Wi-Fi, which unfortunately was very poor. Most of the time only WhatsApp worked, and I couldn’t download emails. Because I needed to access a few important ones, I had to use my mobile data at a high roaming cost (€2.50 per MB), which ended up being a €60 bill. Of course, this is not the owner’s fault, but with reliable Wi-Fi this problem could easily be avoided. My advice: for anyone visiting Montenegro, since it’s not part of the EU roaming zone, I highly recommend arranging an international data package with your provider beforehand or buying a local SIM card. Overall, I would still recommend this apartment for its space, location, price, and the great host—just hope the Wi-Fi gets improved soon!

A pleasant and convenient stay (hot water mishap notwithstanding).

It was conveniently located, though Waze navigated us to the wrong street initially.

We had only cold showers on our second night because we had inadvertently turned off the hot water when trying to find the light switch for the kitchen. We would strongly recommend that the hot water switch (which is right next to the bathroom light switch) be clearly labeled to avoid future mishaps.

Fantastic place to stay in Kotor

Location was the best- 2 minutes walk to old town, supermarket nearby but also very quiet and peaceful. Absolutely spotless, very smart, comfortable and cosy. Nice fresh decor. Very well equipped kitchen which was very useful. Seating area outside was lovely. Helpful staff and easy to communicate with via message.

Only two minor things: it would be good to provide some tea bags, and also there should be a curtain across the front door as you could see in from outside if the light was on. I still loved my stay here though!

Great location, private parking

Really great location! Well equipped flat, with a beautiful view of mountains above the old town. It has a nice seating outside, we enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners there. You are literally 3 minutes from the gates to the old town, also nearby is a bakery and supermarket. And it has private parking! So almost all you need :)

One thing we didn't like was the mattress. I think it was one the least quality beds we had on booking. Also - not a fault of the accommodation, but something to be ready for - the area is flooded with mosquitoes, so be prepared.

The location was excellent. Just 1 minute to the old town of Kotor and 5 minutes walk to Kotor Beach. Parking was included, which was important to us. There are a few steps to the appartment, so was a little difficult for taking the baby stroller up and down every time.

Apartment is very nice decorated, equipped with everything you need for normal life, locaction is perfect in quiet backstage of the street, very close to the old town (3-4 minutes by walk). Hosts are very friendly and easy to chat with. Would return here again.

This is not dislike but rather useful tip, accommodation description is a bit confusing because it says 1 livingroom and 1 bedroom, basically this is 1 (living) room apartment with 3 beds. I would recommend hosts to update this information in order to avoid misconfusions to next guests.

Ubicación perfecta y apartamento ideal

Es un apartamento perfecto, con su patio privado en el que relajarse, comer o cenar. Tiene todo lo necesario para poder cocinar y alojarse cómodamente durante días. La ubicación es perfecta: a 2 minutos caminando de una de las puertas de las murrallas y está rodeado de un montón de tiendas y restaurantes, aunque donde está ubicado, está alejado del bullicio es muy tranquilo.

Hébergement confortable, joli, chaleureux, pratique et extrêmement bien situé (3 min du centre historique à pieds). Nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux. Notre hôte a été très agréable et a pris le temps de nous renseigner sur ce qu’il y avait à faire à Kotor. C’est un hébergement que je recommande !!

Parfait pour un séjour près de la vieille ville

L appartement de Sandra est très bien placé, à deux pas de la vieille ville, très agréable et confortable. La décoration est soignée. Le parking est un plus . Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Séjour parfait à Kotor

- spacieux - propreté des lieux - localisation: proche du vieux centre, de la plage, de la randonnée menant au fort de Kotor, des commodités - petite terrasse - Excellent rapport qualité/prix Nous n'avons pas voulu conduire dans les bouchons de Kotor et avons préféré nous garer gratuitement devant la plage, à Dobrota, à 5min à pied de l'appartement. Sinon, une solution de stationnement est proposée par l'hôte pour 10eu la nuit.

Comme souvent au Montenegro, la salle de bain est assez étroite.
