Great location, small apartment which is fine for a short stay

Location was amazing. Ideally located in the centre of Kotor. The apartment was easy to find, as was the lock box. You are provided with lots of recommendations from the host which is of great value. Hosts were very good and staying in touch.

No iron or ironing board, which isn't ideal after travelling with clothes in your bag. The apartment is a little small for the money you pay for it. It's fine for a night or two, but that's about it. The shower is also not ideal, it drains across the bathroom floor to a drain under the sink which means the bathroom is always wet.

Excellent location in old town Kotor! Super easy to find with detailed instructions from the owner. Comfy space, great bed and pillows. Owner is a great help sending lots of recommendations and always on hand to answer any questions and help with problems. Thanks for a great stay!

Shower has a leak - don’t leave anything on the floor of the bathroom. Very loud A/C.

The room is located in city center. It is nice and spacious but as for Montenegro quite expensive.

We had strange situation with a host. She sent us long message about how to get to apartment and what to see in Kotor, but when we arrived I realize we have no code- password to apartment. When we called her it took me like 5 minutes to explain what we need because person i talked to wasn’t very good at English. For me it’s strange not to send a code to apartment.

Great location, everything else was awful

The location is amazing and so central in the old town.

The owner never sent us the code to enter the lock box nor instructions of how to find it as promised on the booking. We were stuck aimlessly trying to get into the apartment for an hour (the number provided on booking.com is not the valid number to call) until the guests in the other apartment let us in and showed us the number that they used, which thankfully worked, as they also hadn’t been sent an entry code!! The curtains were broken and there was no sheet to sleep under on the bed only a blanket that hadn’t been washed.

Great location, clean, perfect for the stay . Communication with Petrica was very efficient , prompt , with clear directions and very informative.

This is not about the property but I guess is just the environment it is. I loved my stay . Only thing I’d say to anyone is be aware of the night life music which plays till 2am . You’ll need ear plugs ( 🤪) or stay awake 😅.

Central, flexible hosts and great value

Very centrally located apartment - excellent for a stay of a few nights. Hosts were incredibly flexible and let me check in early as the apartment was available. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful stay in Kotors old town! We only stayed for the night but the women running it was super helpful, gave great tips and advise and made sure we had a wonderful time during Kotor‘s carnival. Room is well equipped with everything we needed.

Kika is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The location is great right in the old town, and the place is quiet. Bus stop a few minutes away. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to Kotor.

A perfectly located apartment in the heart of beautiful Kotor. It had everything I needed for a 4 nights stay. Jelena was particularly helpful.

Nice place in the Old Town

The place is located in the heart of the Kotor Old Town just few blocks from the Main Gate. The apartment is comfortable and has everything necessary for a stay, including a hair dryer and tableware. Jelena was very welcoming and the check-in - smooth.

Due to appartment's central location, there's very loud music in the evening coming from the outside. The windows do not seem to isolate the sound that well. So it might be difficult to sleep until the music is turned off at 1-2 AM.

The location is fantastic. The apartment was well equipped, clean, large size, ... I couldn't ask for more.

I have a bad hip and knee so I had to take the stairs to the room slowly. There are only a few so it was not difficult.

Nice and really great appartment in one of the best place in the old town.

It was in the center of the Kotor old town, nice and clean room. Equipped with good kitchen and AC.

It was really noise until 24:00 as it is in the middle of the old town, hovewer we really enjoyed it and it wasn't problem for us, but if you would like to relax before this time it is not your appartment.

Incredible place and host in Kotor

Incredible host. Kika is very kind and helpful. She told us where to park the car, which is very difficult in Kotor, and also gave us recommendations on what to do in the city and around it. The apartment is very clean and exactly in the heart of the city and is equipped with everything you need.

Kika , you forgot to leave us hand soap , but we still love you :)
