Perfect stay in Kotor

Easy to get to! It was a 15 min walk from the bus station. It is a perfect location. Next to t he old town, with supermarket and stores next door. I was able to walk everywhere - amazing views and wonderful scenery all around you - magical! Alex is a fantastic host and made sure that the apartment was clean and filled with anything you could ever need. He Even left me some wine - very customer focused and genuinely a wonderful person. Looking out the Windows is spectacular. At night the mountain is lit up and the city shimmers. Every day I walked along the bay and it is beautiful. Even with some rain it is amazing. I really enjoyed the apartment and the town as a whole - a great place to walk - hang out - and chill. This location is perfect for anything you want to do! Also note there is a really nice café/bar/restaurant in front of the apartment building. What a very nice place to visit.

Extra ordinary stay

Very clean and very near to Kotor old town. The Host Mr Nikola is very helpful and he even fetched me and dropped me to the Bus station. Very sweet and kind of him. Most recommended place to stay when you are visiting Kotor. Very beautiful apartment as shown in the pictures. The view from the apartment is incredible.

Likely the best apartment stay in Kotor

We have stayed in dozens and dozens of apartments all around the world, and this is one of the better ones. The apartment is very comfortable, very well stocked, spacious, and highly functional. The windows have nice views, and the included private parking area is an absolute necessity if you have a car in Kotor. It’s a short stroll to the old town, and supermarkets are very close. Alex is a very friendly and helpful host, and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Highly recommend.

Our best booking experience in Montenegro

Everything was awesome. The host met us in the parking lot (this is when it really makes sense to give your exact arrival time) and gave us a detailed tour of the apartment. The apartment has everything you need, even for a long stay: a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is air conditioning in every room. The apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator, but the host offered to help us with our luggage to compensate for this. The host was polite and pleasant to talk with us, and he immediately explained the tourist tax to us (thanks to him for that, although this was not our first booking in Montenegro, but he was the only one who told us about it). He did not try to cheat us by charging us the tax. Very good and convenient location, beautiful views from the window. In the kitchen were tasty gift and some drinks. All equipment is almost new and works fine. Our best booking experience in Montenegro.

Confortable apartment and Helpful Host

Our experience was really great. Álex is very kind , he was attentive and helped us with everything he could. The apartment is in a very good location, just outside the city walls. It has parking, which is super convenient for loading and unloading luggage (and absolutely essential). The air conditioning works perfectly. We slept very well, there was hardly any noise, and the kitchen is fully equipped. A very good experience! I totally recommend it!

Great sized apartment just outside Kotor Old Town.

Host was excellent. He was waiting for us on arrival, explained everything about the apartment and surrounding area. Was very attentive and responsive. Well equipped apartment.

There was a faint odour of cigarettes but not enough to detract from our stay.

Great apartment and short walk from Old Town

The flat has all the amenities you need, including a full kitchen, ACs, washing machine + dryer, and with a ton of non-essentials which were “good to haves”. The flat also has a great view of Kotor Old Town and fortress. Overall, as a great place to relax after a lot of sightseeing.

Everything. Alex hospitability is unrivaled. Im so glad we picked this place. Strategic location that is near everything: bus station (the host will pick you up), bus stop to Perast, supermarket, Old Town...

3 stairs but very manageable. Alex helped us carry the suitcases :) (it's like a workout for him I think)

A Perfect Stay – Thank You, Alex!

From the very start, Alex was an amazing host. He provided his contact details well before arrival and was incredibly responsive and kind. I had asked about putting up some birthday decorations for my sister - not only did Alex offer to do this himself, but he also sent me photos of how it looked on the day. Such a thoughtful touch! When we arrived, Alex was there to greet us with warmth and a smile. He helped with our bags, offered to assist my son, and immediately made us feel at home. He is truly one of the most friendly, approachable, and generous hosts we've ever had. The flat itself had everything and more, Alex thought of every detail: from toiletries to kitchen utensils, extra blankets, and even a super comfy sofa bed. It was spacious enough for three of us (two adults and a 5-year-old), with stunning views from both sides of the apartment. Yes, there are some stairs, but they’re very manageable and totally worth it for the location and views! We even had a sweet local cat greet us every day, which my son adored. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Old Town Kotor, close to supermarkets, bakeries, a playground, and the speedboat tour pickup point (just 5 minutes’ walk). Parking was also excellent, which is a big plus given how busy the roads around Kotor can be. We honestly didn’t want to leave and already miss this place. We’re already thinking of coming back. Thank you, Alex, for such a special stay!

A home away from home!

The property is in a fantastic location and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay— even better than the photos! But what truly made our experience special was the amazing host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the thoughtful little treat they left for us to their warm hospitality, we felt right at home. The parking spot was extremely handy, especially since Kotor has limited free parking options. It made our stay much more convenient and hassle-free!

First of all, this apartment has parking lot, you will know how important it is if driving to Kotor. The apartment is super clean and very close to shopping center, which is vey comfortable and convenient. Alex prepared everything for us, we really enjoyed living in his apartment!

A wonderful apartment- could not be improved!

This is a superb apartment. Alex was a really helpful, friendly host, whose communication was great. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable, and in an ideal location. Would highly recommend.

My only minor comment was that it was a little difficult to find the actual building, as it was unclear from the address which building the apartment was in. But fortunately Alex saw me looking lost and greeted me outside.

Too many positive qualities that paying cash didn't bother us at all.

Very close to the Old town, a shopping centre, a food shop, restaurants, and few minutes away from the main bus station! It's so cozy and feels like home. No noise can be heard from the night life of the Old town - especially in summer. Alex is the kindest too! Checking out how we are during our stay.

Kotor- a special place

The apartment was spotless clean, within a few mins of Kotor old town and my only regret is that I had only booked 1 night. Alex went out of his way, ringing around to see if there was an available apartment for the next night, and went well above what was expected. The friendliest host I've come across yet.

Unforgettable Stay - Highly Recommend to Anyone Visiting Kotor

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment and it was an absolute delight. The host Alex was exceptional - incredibly friendly and accommodating. When I arrived to check-in, he welcomed me and gave me a tour of the whole apartment and provided clear instructions on where everything was and how it worked. He even offered to drive me to the bus station when I was leaving. The small bottle of local wine was also an excellent treat! The location of the apartment was ideal, conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk to the two gates in Old Town and right next to a supermarket and a shopping centre. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness and the modern design of the space. It was thoughtfully furnished and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to visit Kotor. It truly made my trip exceptional and I would gladly return in the future.

Excellent option to stay in kotot! The place is comfortable and modern! It is located in a highly recommended area! Close to the old town and bus station. Our host, impeccable, always available to help us in everything we need during the stay! And he received us with wine :) I really recommend it! Pd: the view is amazing!

Excellent apartment, even better host!

The apartment is super spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to cook your own basic meals. There's even an oven! The A/C works wonders if the days are too warm. The location is exceptional. Less than 5 minute walk away from 2 of the gates to the Old Town and 2 minute walk away from a shopping center and grocery store. Our host, Alex, was incredibly welcoming with us: he offered to pick us up from the bus station at our arrival and left two small bottles of wine and a box of chocolates as a welcome gift for us. He also made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us via message once more during our stay to ask if everything was OK. We highly recommend staying here if you're thinking of visiting Kotor. I almost forgot to mention that the apartment has amazing views to the mountains, bay, and parts of the fortress. Even the bathroom has a view!

The property's location is amazing, right outside the walls of the old town, and less than 100 m from the beach. The apartment is perfectly renovated and well-equipped, including the kitchen, bathroom, etc. The host was very responsive before my arrival and during my staying on the property. When I arrived he was already waiting for me at the parking lot. In general, I think the apartment is better than it looks in the pictures and I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy Kotor and the area.

The only disadvantage of the property is that it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, so I guess for elderly people it can be a little bit of a challenge.

Exceptional

I stayed at Alex’s place for a month during the off season. The weather wasn’t always the best, and so I was so fortunate to have such a comfortable place to spend time in. The apartment is much more like a home than a rental property. The furniture is comfy, all of the electronics work well, and the infrastructure of the building is reliable. (Including the internet, which was suitable for videoconferencing). The kitchen and bathroom are quite well-stocked with everything that you might need, and there are two supermarkets and a shopping center within a 2-3 minute walk from the building. Kotor is very walkable, and there are some lovely places to walk along the bay. The popular hike up to the fort can be accessed via two different trails; both of which are a short walk from the apartment. If you would like to explore more of the region, there are bus stops within a few steps that will provide you access to places like Perast and Tivat, and the main bus station is only about 10-15 minutes away by foot. All of these things coupled with the amazing view of the old town and the mountains made this a memorable stay. Lastly, Alex is a wonderful person and a fabulous host. He met me at the bus station upon arrival and drove me to the airport when I departed. He also left some thoughtful welcome gifts in the apartment and checked in several times during my stay to make sure that I had everything that I needed. I strongly recommend staying here and would happily do so again if I returned to Kotor.

The location is great, close to everything. 3 mins walk to a shopping center that has a supermarket and a nice gym. Close to the old city, and to the path leading to the fortress top. The attention to detail from the host is great - there were tea, coffee, and a welcome wine bottle in the kitchen. In the bathroom there were all necessities that I could need during the stay. The apartment was warm, during the day even without the heaters on, as it's around 13-16 degrees outside in December. There are heaters both in the kitchen and in the living room, so you can turn them on when needed.

Maybe place a newer steel electric kettle in the kitchen.

Perfect Place

this is the place to stay in Kotor. it is very comfortable, very clean, modernly furnished, the sofa turns to a bed. Wifi was excellent. The apartment has everything you need just like home(towels, soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, sugar...etc) and is literally 3min walk to the old town ! Also the most important part, it offers a free private parking with 0 cost ! which can be a struggle in Kotor !!! The host is extremely nice and supportive. he even welcomed us with local wine that i forgot to take with me...hopefully next time :D There is a supermarket exactly in front of the apartment. I have nothing to say but only good things. I was really delighted and my stay was just perfect

This is a perfect place for your stay in Kotor. You don't need to walk five minutes to be in the old town, you have a parking place and you have everything you can possible need in the apartment. Plus, you also have a Supermarket just in front. Finally, Alex was really nice and helpful and waited for us until 22pm, two hours after planned!
