The host was very friendly and helpful. He tried to make everything uncomplicated for us, was reachable through WhatsApp. The apartment was very pleasant. Room had AC and enough coffee from the host in the kitchen. The host even made sure that the AC was on before we came so the apartment was already cool. The towels were clean. Everything was newly renovated. Location close to the old town and a small beach.
The only handicap was the toilet door, which does not close all the edges so it is theoretically only blocking the view and not the voices or odour.

Juste pas d ascenseur mais les escaliers n’étaient pas trop fatiguants

Brand new place, Comfortable, esthetic and well equipped for my stay. The host was phenomenal and so very helpful with anything I needed in Kotor! Thank you Luka!
