We had a great stay and would recommend the apartment to friends

The apartment was great, we loved the balcony and the view. It was very well equipped with a great kitchen for cooking in. The beds were very comfy and it had everything we needed. We loved swimming from the pontoon in front of the house and walking into Kotor ( 30-40mins)

Beautiful Apartment, high standard.

The apartment is stunning, everything is modern in great condition and is a great size. The balcony has great views of the bay at either end of it. Start the morning with some coffee and a seat on it, sheltered so catches the early morning sun. Konstantin the owner is very obliging, he drove us into town to the supermarket to get supplies to last over Hogmanay/ New Year’s Day, shops were closed those days.

It was a very clean room. Everything was neat and tidy. 4 nice restaurants were very nearby. We especially enjoyed walking a few miles at the coast line both in the mornings and evenings…

Swimming there wasn’t so nice, sea wasn’t clean enough

Wonderful appartment in great quiet location

Great location and lovely private and quiet place to explore fabulous Kotor. Very modern well equipped facilities with superb views of the bay. Lovely walk along the promenade to the centre. Lots of bars and restaurants near by. Car parking beneath the apartment was easy to access.

Everything was great. Only thing was it was very hot during our stay and air conditioning was only in the main room. We just had to leave to door open for the t.

Fantastic location…close enough to Kotor to walk, but far enough to be away from the main hustle

Great location with a couple of great restaurants very close, and instant access to the sea. A good car park, good sized apartment. Great shower. All facilities in apartment you could ask for.

Shame that the second double bed couldn’t be a sofa bed as we didn’t need it, and that would have made for a better living area.

The property was very spacious, clean and well equipped. I stayed there with my family for 7 days and am looking forward to spent even more next season. Heaven on earth

Such a perfect place to stay, self husband and 2 adult daughters. Loved everything, cold not find a fault! Views stunning, unlike anywhere I've seen in the world....Great patio from which to enjoy. Konstantin and Zoya did everything to support a great holiday including giving us a lift to shops when we got caught out with local shops being closed on Sunday. Great restaurants all in minutes from appartment. The added and ever important bonus especially when travelling with adult kids is the prices of everything being on the lower side of uk!! Loved this holiday ...if u are considering booking, just do it, u won't be disappointed.

Amazing apartment

The apartment was just perfect - modern, comfortable, clean and spacious. Excellent location near the sea and good restaurants. The parking space was provided in the garage. We enjoyed the great sea view from the balcony and wished we could stay longer. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. Thank you!

The apartment is clean, comfortable, the only thing missing was…. something to wipe the floor down, which is especially felt when coming back from the sea! Apart from that, the apartment is beautiful, nicely decorated, air conditioning and wifi are working perfectly! You don't go to the sea for more than a minute or two. A garage for cars is also a great thing! The hosts efficiently address the needs of the guests. Right next to it there are good restaurants. I can definitely recommend this place.

Perhaps it would be good for the apartments to put on blackout curtains.

We were most satisfied with the experience. Excellent value for the mini-vacation euro.

The apartment is really designed for longer-term vacations, and we were only there for three nights. While we did not really need the kitchen, it had top German appliances. 1 bathroom (nice shower, no tub) and a toilet/utility room including a German washer/dryer combination. Bedroom with a large double bed, the living room with a double bed too. Fabulous view from the terrace, only partially blocked by a neighboring building. Immaculately clean throughout. Property manager always responded to text messages promptly. Three restaurants within 50 m. A tiny convenience store, next door. Internet connection worked just fine for our purposes.

The pillows were the hardest pillows I have ever slept on. The living room area could have used a comfortable chair. Perhaps a few pages of information on how to work the sundry appliances would be a wise investment.
