Relaxing family break in an amazing part of the world with incredibly welcoming hosts. We'll be back!

Amazing position on the bay. Great facilities and the air con worked perfectly. The hosts/owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. Srdjan even made us black risotto to try. Will definitely go back.

Everything was great. Be aware it's in the third floor if you have any mobility issues.

It was an excellent stay.

The property is ideal for families or groups. Located walking distance to Kotor old city. Nearby restaurant called Konoba Portun is a very good restaurant for dinners. Apartments are clean, with kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, split A/C,..Hosts Mr Srdjan and Ms Tania are helpful, lovely people.

Beautiful place to & very relaxing.

This is a great apartment with a stunning view of the Bay of Kotor. You are right on the waters edge & have your own little beach just across the road from the apartment. Very peaceful & relaxing. Quite a few places to eat within walking distance of the apartment or a walk into Kotor only takes 15 mins. Kotor is beautiful & full of bars, restaurants, shops. We did a 3 hr boat trip, hired kayaks & walked up to Kotor Fortress (1,350 steps but the views are amazing). You can also hire bikes & a cable car has just opened. We didn't hire a car but if you do there is so much to see & do. Great food, friendly people & Srdjan, our host, was fab! So kind & helpful. He can also sort out airport taxis for you. Highly recommend.

Exceptional

We were 6 persons and 3 generations. The appartment has 3 good rooms, 2 nice toilets and a spacious kitchen/living room. Especially loved the little beach in the front of the house, and the quarter with quiet local atmosphere and good restaurants. The host and his family is the top - doing all their best to help and make you feel comfortable.

Perfect Location, Lovely Apartment And Hosts

We're a family group of 5 adults and have just a fantastic week at Ivanisevic 2 in the beautiful Bay of Kotor. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a lovely homely feel. Our host Srdjan and his family were so friendly and helpful; they live in the apartments and are on hand to give great recommendations for activities and restaurants and very generously allowed us the use of another apartment while we waited for our late flight home. Srdjan negotiated the change of pick up point with our minibus driver and came back to see we got safely off - he is a gem! The apartment's location is absolutely perfect, yards from the little stretch of shingle in front, where deckchairs, sunbeds and towels were provided for us - we needed swim shoes as it is stony, but the sea was beautifully clean, warm and calm, with only some frondy seaweed and waves created by the boats to negotiate. The view from the balcony is stunning (well worth the flights of stairs to the top floor!) and ever changing with boats, canoes, paddleboards and cruise ships floating by. There is a double bedroom and large bathroom with a washing machine, bath and shower over on the main floor and 2 bedrooms, one with 2 singles together and one with 3 singles and a bathroom with bath and hand held shower in the eaves on the floor above. The bedroom with singles has a skylight and fan but no aircon which was the only downside as it was very hot while we were there. The lively town of Kotor is a 20 minute walk away with waterside restaurants and bars and an interesting Old Town full of history to explore - we ate at Bastion and Resto Bar Taraca here, both highly recommended. Closer to home we loved the easy going Tiha Noc Turkish restaurant only yards from the apartment.

Great place to stay on the waters side

Great location within easy walking distance (20 minutes) of Kotor but away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. Right on the waters edge with a wonderful view. Good restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Apartment was well equipped and had everything you needed, owner was friendly, helpful and responsive

The location, the owner of the apartment and his family were exceptional and really kind. We were treated like family and he helped us a lot. We went out for a day in his boat and this was the highlight of our trip. Excellent stay

It is a super pleasant experience to stay in this apartment during my journey in Korto. The apartment itself has a wonderful location, just on the bay of Kotor, nice bay-view from the window, you can enjoy the super view from first light of sun in the morning until midnight. Also it not far away from the old town of Kotor, like 20min walking distance. Very convenient to everywhere. 3 bedrooms, enough for friends. Big living room and world-class terrace. 2 wash rooms and kitchen. Best of the best, is the owner of the apartment, very nice and friendly gentlemen. Due to late arrival, he wait us until mid-night. Prepared everything, even local food and beers, make us feel just arrive home. Warm heart, help us a lot with exploring the town, the bay, the mountain, the market, the food and local society. And also many smart suggestions for our trip, with that we save a lot (time and money) and just enjoy the best from our journey.

One of best holidays we had in years.

Comfortable cozy apartment on the waterfront. Beautiful private beach in front of the building. Secure parking in front of the building. Excellent hosts - Tanja, Srdjan and their boys Vidak and Savo made us feel like at home acting like best neighbours rather than landlords. 5 Michelin starts for Srdjan's black rizotto!

Exceptional

We were 6 people that had made the reservation at ivanišević 2 apartments for 3 nights stayment. Our arrive was planned to be at 10pm, but we got late somehow. Srfjani (the apartments owner) messaged us to ask about the trip; he also asked if we needed anything from the supermarket so i could go and do the shopping for us. We arrived in midnight, the hosting was fantastic, he had prepared snacks and something to drink. He kindly explained about all the apartment functionalities. The apartment was a duplax, spacey, it contained 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms and a big living room. The balcony had sea view. Everything was clean and tidy and it had all the things needed for cooking and stayment. The morning after Srdjani asked about how the stayment was and he also adviced us how to plan the day. He told us where we could eat and also showed the restourants prices; also showed us about the clubs. İn the second day he took us in his boat in a trip that lastet about 4 hours. During that time he explained us about the history of everything we saw. No doubt it was the best vacation days we have spent and Srdjan was the mos positive person we have ever met. İ d recommend this place We will be back again to get the same positivity and pass other relaxing days there.

The perfect accommodation near Kotor with a beach and sea view from every window.

Everything was perfect for a Honeymoon here. We had the best possible view of Kotor Bay from our living room balcony. The sea is exactly meters away from the building, and perfect for starting a day on your own beach. Srdjan, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful with us all week. We even got a bottle of wine, a local meat plate+bread, and a welcome cake when we arrived late evening because it was too late to go to a restaurant. He also invited us to a sailboat trip to Perast and the beautiful islands of the bay on the very last day, and we were super lucky to see dolphins there. The accommodation is huge, well equipped, all rooms have got big windows, the balcony is large enough to eat there every time. Can't wait to go back!!!

Super hosting skills

The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The views are amazing. The host was superb. Complimentary meat platter, wine, beer, fruit juice, crisps and sweets on our arrival. Very friendly, checked every day if we were okay, and if we wanted for anything. He organised for our collection and return to the airport at cost price, cheaper than getting taxis. Very happy with our accommodation.

2nd floor, but we knew that already, we chose to go with it, and it was worth it for the better views.

Beautiful view and perfect host!

Srdjan was an extremely friendly and nice host. (One of the best I have ever met!!) The location close to the beach and to restaurants was perfect. It was really nice to sit on the balcony after the dinner and have a drink in the sunset, looking on the most beautiful view. We will return.

דירה נעימה מאוד, מאובזרת, נוחה, מרווחת. נוף מדהים למפרץ. חניה צמודה באזור שקשה למצוא חניות, בעלי הבית נעימים מאוד, שירותים, חשוב להם לדאוג לרווחת השוהים בבית. המיקום מאוד נח. כחצי שעה ברגל מהעיר העתיקה. גם ליד הדירה יש הרבה מסעדות, חוף ואפשרויות בילוי.

לא מאוד הפריע לנו אבל חשוב לשים לב שהדירה בקומה שלישית ללא מעלית.
