Super cozy clean spacious

Its a very cozy, clean, beautiful apartment. The bed is super comfy, the kitchen is well equiped, and everything is very clean and spaceous. Its just a minute walk away from the old city. The host wss helpful. Lovely, we recommend it.

The free parking is the public parking around the building, which is in high demand... (Beware of the extra taxes, check final price well... It will still be worth it but just beware)

Great location and nice apartment, would have been perfect but for a few issues.

Location was excellent, easy walk from bus station and very short walk from the old town but much quieter. We travelled as a family with a three year old and lots of games provided which he loved. Also very close to a softplay and kids playground. Also very nearby good facilities, supermarket and bakery right next door. Kotor itself is lovely

We found out on arrival that we had to pay in cash which we were not informed about in advance. This meant a couple of trips to the cash point where we were charged for making cash withdrawals. This information really should have been communicated well in advance. Also on our third morning the wifi vanished never to really return, the host let us connect to hers which was fine for phones but meant we had no access to the tv in the evenings.

Perfect in every single aspect

It was more than perfect, the location was in a breathtaking view and the apartment was fully equipped with everything. The host was kind enough to provide us with so many things, we barely needed to get more kitchen, bathroom necessities. It was only a 5 minute walk to the old town and you get to walk in a breathtaking view, too. There’s a mall right across the street, a bakery, 2 supermarkets right beside it. There’s also a trip agency literally nice next to it. It was perfect in every single aspect and we absolutely loved our stay

That there was only one mirror in the whole apartment, in the bathroom.

Excellent apartment on top floor with great views

Superb location for exploring old town. Very modern and clean. Amazing views and close to everything

2nd and 3rd floor apartments need to be more obvious. We were on 3rd floor and guests for 2nd floor apartments rang on door bell and knocked on window on 3 occasions. 2nd floor apartment outside looks residential which is probably why guests assumed it wasn’t a apartment to be stayed in.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment

Perfect location is an understatement! Ideal for short walks to the old town and beach. Easy shopping with supermarket/shopping centre opposite and bakery next door. Host was very communicative and apartment was beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay at Kotor Central Point with access to everything

The property was in a great location, with awesome view of the mountain and fortress. Great terrace / balcony on top floor on 2 sides so able to take advantage of sun / shade as required, umbrella also provided. Supermarket, shops, restaurants and cafes next door or across the road, 5 minute walk to Kotor beach and same into old city of Kotor. The apartment is brand new, so all appliances - coffee machine, dishwasher, oven & washing machine all brand new Auto closing windows were great when it started raining, lovely mountain views out of the sky light windows too The owner was super helpful if we had any queries

Очень уютные апартаменты! Удивило и порадовало оснащение - мансардные окна на электроприводе, теплые полы, качественные смесители, техника на кухне. Соотношение цена- качество - просто супер! Было очень чисто. Кровать и матрас удобные, отлично выспалась. Расположение удобное для пеших прогулок.

Пришлось парковаться на платной стоянке. Но это Котор! В целом ожидала этого. На улице было несколько мест парковочных и они были заняты.

Çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve evde herşey vardı. Muhteşem bir tatil geçirdik. Tam karşısında alışveriş merkezi var içinde aroma market var çok yakınında Voli market var. Eski şehrin kuzey kapisina yakın. Yerden ısıtma var Aralık ayında sıcaktı. Gerekirse iki tane klima var ısıtma için desteklenebilir. Balkonu yok sadece giriş kapısının orda küçük bir masa ve sandalyeler konulmuş biz ikinci katta kaldık 3. Katın giriş kısmı teras gibi ve dağlardaki kaleye bakıyor kesinlikle daha güzel.

Bilginiz olsun espresso makinesinin yanına konulan kahve türk kahvesi imiş espresso makinesinde kullanılamıyor biz denedik siz denemeyin veya sorduktan sonra kullanın. Kesinlikle espresso kahvesi konulmalı türk kahvesi yerine.

Würde ich nie wieder buchen

Wir haben nicht die Leistung bekommen, die wir gebucht haben… Rooftop mit Terrasse gebucht, aber eine Wohnung zwei Etagen drunter bekommen. Umfeld nicht schön, auf der Rückseite eines hässlichen Einkaufszentrums mit komischer Atmosphäre in der Straße. Keine guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt und haben kurzfristig vor Ort was anderes gebucht.

Buena ubicación. 5 mn a pie del casco antiguo. Centro comercial enfrente. Piso agradable y bien equipado. Ivan nos ayudó con el parking de nuestro coche de alquiler dándonos acceso a su parking privado.

A pessoa que nos recebeu não falava ingles , uma escadaria cheia de gatos que tínhamos que pular os gatos com as malas , as latas de lixo fedorentas sem um saco plástico, um cheiro de xixi de gato no corredor e sofa cama era muito ruim e não deixaram arrumado com 3 cama .

Apartamento muy bonito y céntrico pero sin parking gratuito en toda la zona

En la página ponía que tenía aparcamiento gratuito en la calle y de eso nada. No existe ni funciona parking en la zona que no sea de pago y eso tendrían que avisarlo porque uno se los motivos por lo que reservé ese apartamento es por que ponia que tenía parking

НЕТ СОБСТВЕННОЙ ПАРКОВКИ! Мы приехали в Котор на авто. В описании отеля указано, что есть собственная парковка, но по факту парковались где пришлось. Мы отдыхали в январе, и даже в низкий сезон найти парковку было непросто. Представить не могу, где паркуются люди летом При приезде полчаса не могли дозвониться до хозяина, не брал трубку Нет лифта - пожилым людям и семьям с детьми будет неудобно постоянно подниматься по лестнице Входная дверь по всей высоте имеет вставку из прозрачного стекла - все проходящие мимо люди видят, что происходит у вас в номере

Prijs-kwaliteit te duur

Ligging tov Kotor, supermarkt en bakkerij in de straat. Proper.

Parkeren gaat niet vlot, slechts enkele gratis plaatsen beschikbaar. Twee keer 30 min gewacht en niets, dus betalende parking geworden, reken er 20 euro bij. Dat maakt het verblijf prijs-kwaliteit toch eerder duur. Host enkel contact via WhatsApp, je moet afspreken en hij stuurt iemand om geld op te halen, enkel cash. Wij hadden geen warm water, je moest daarvoor een schakelaar aanzetten, wat we niet wisten. Deze info gekregen om 10u51 met checkout om 11u. Toen host begreep dat we niet tevreden waren gaf hij aan dat we beter geen review zouden posten want dat hij anders kosten zou aanrekenen voor een late checkout. Toen ik aangaf dat we tijdig vertrokken waren, paste hij de checkout tijden op booking aan en beweerde dat we te laat waren. Geen leuk einde van het verblijf. Er kan overal iets mis lopen, maar de manier waarop ermee omgegaan wordt, is minstens even belangrijk.
