Lovely apartment with easy access to everywhere. Great hosts. Highly recommended

Maja and Ivan are wonderful hosts and have gone above and beyond to make our stay special with their thoughtful touches. We really enjoyed coming back to their place after long days of exploring Kotor, Tivat, Herceg Novi, Budva and Perast. The location is ideal and the interiors are clean and well appointed. Parking is a plus and the views are a real treat.

Absolutely gorgeous!

Absolutely everything. The host was wonderful and super helpful, communication was tip-top, the room was very beautiful, super clean, and well equipped (sharp knives - yay, kitchen chairs I want to buy now for myself, and lots of small ) with owners obviously investing a lot of effort into making it the best experience possible. There is a parking space next to the house, the old city is a 20-minute walk only (very small elevation), and there is a grocery shop nearby. The Internet was fast, the neighborhood was safe, and everything was super nice!

Not something to complain about, really, and totally on us, but the place is super popular, and when we were booking, there was only one type of room available, and basically, we misled ourselves thinking we're booking a room with a view, while it was an under-the-level-of-the-road room. Yet again, it wasn't anyhow a problem and was totally on us.

Kotor bay with a view , clean villa.

The customer service was excellent, Ivan was really helpful and kind. We were able to check in earlier and everything was ready. The apartment was lovely and clean. He had suggestions of what to do and he was very efficient. The apartment is maybe 15-20 mins walk away from the kotor bay and the view from the top of the villa is great aswell. Very responsive. Very close to the local grocery shops. Great place with a car.

Clean and convenient location, close to the water and old town.

The owner was so kind, available, and helpful! She even stopped by with a sandwich for me when I arrived. The view is lovely, it’s about a 20ish minute walk from old town but on a nice quiet street. Parking was easy in front of the building. Very nice cafe nearby where we enjoyed breakfast during our stay. Great view as well! Would stay here again.

Beautiful room with a lovely view

Beautiful, clean apartment with everything you could need, hosts are lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Our room had a lovely view of the bay too. Only a 5 min taxi ride to Kotor Old Town or a 20 minute walk which was an ideal location!

Excellent and very comfortable

The apartment is spacious very clean and very comfortable .. new and freshly built with modern design. Kitchen was big enough with refrigerator, stove and small cafe machine .. The balcony was very nice with beautiful view. Location is close to Kotor and parking available in front of the apartment. The area was also very Calm. We were very glad to stay here and the owners was very friendly and helpful and always in reach in case something needed .. wonderful people thank you.

This is a must stay in Kotor!!

This property was beautiful. The space was so big! It was exceptionally clean. Felt very safe and the owners were so so lovely! My taxi to the bus station didn’t arrive and they took themselves instead free of charge so that I made my connection to my next destination. They went above and beyond I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful

The apartment was very clean and new, we thought we booked the sea view but it was the Mountain View but the host was willingly to switch rooms for us, just that there was limited availability. We got the sea view from the balcony upstairs which was perfect for my husband and I to just bask in the view every morning and evening. The hosts were very very very helpful, even gave us an adapter for our plugs which we didn’t have. Gave tips on things to do in kotor center/ old town which was about 15-20mins from the apartment depending on how fast you are. Everything was great. AC and Tv in every room, as well as mirrors, very modern.

The room was modern and pleasing to the eyes. It is a newly built building. Very comfortable and clean. Ivan was very accommodating and helpful. 10mins walk to kotor bay

Beautiful apartment in a good location

A very nicely furnished apartment, in a beautiful location, with an oblique view of the Bay of Kotor. It's only a 5 min walk to the nice boulevard, walking back takes a big longer because its a very steep hill ;)

Not much, just some things missing from the kitchen. After reporting this, it was resolved the same day. It's also a shame we had to pay cash – this is often the case in Montenegro, so be prepared for that ;)

Villa Teona is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable the Old Town and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away, so everything is easily accessible on foot and no taxi is needed. The accommodation is perfect: spotlessly clean, completely new, and modernly furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa exudes comfort and quality, and the hosts are outstanding friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything. We felt welcome from the very first moment. I loved my stay at Villa Teona. The hosts were so amazing, very accomodating and everything is new and clean! The studio is very spacious with comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. :) Loved my stay and defintely will come back next time when I’m visiting Montenegro!

We had the pleasure of being the very first guests at Villa Teona – and what a wonderful experience it was! We stayed in a beautifully designed, modern apartment with a breathtaking view over the Bay of Kotor. The space was stylishly furnished with tasteful minimalism and had all the necessary amenities. We were warmly welcomed by a kind and attentive young family who made sure we had everything we needed – even things that were still being added to their brand-new guest rooms. They recommended a lovely beach nearby and a fantastic restaurant in Kotor’s Old Town, where we had a delicious lunch before continuing our journey. We’ve already exchanged contacts and will definitely stay at Villa Teona again on our next visit to Kotor!

Minha família e eu sempre buscamos bons Airbnbs quando em viagens prolongadas, pois sentimos falta de espaco, conforto e rotina comum a de casa e o Villa Teona foi um achado! Ele acaba de ser lançado pelo casal, foi realmente um empreendimento muito bom, admirável saber que eles haviam feito a construcao do mesmo. O imóvel é perfeito, bem decorado, bonito, foi ótimo para trabalho remoto, calmo e tranquilo, próximo de pontos de interesse, extremamente espaçoso. Super voltaria a me hospedar, recomendo!

Maravilloso.

El lugar es maravilloso. Cerca del lago . Con montañas al lado. El departamento muy bien equipado, limpio, moderno y muy acogedor. Cerca de todo. A 10 min caminando del casco antiguo de la ciudad. Supermercado frente a la casa. Los anfitriones un 10 muy preocupados y muy simpaticos una pareja jovial y encantadores. Totalmente recomendado. Si vuelvo ire al mismo lugar , sin lugar a dudas. Kotor me encanto .

Very new and stylish apartment at close distance to the old Kotor. There are parking, balcon, amassing view, fully equipped kitchen and customer-oriented owners.. not to mention cleanness and cozy ambience of place

There are stone tiles on the floor and you need to have slippers but we were provided with them at request 😊 And it a great need to provide guests with beach towels-it will make the staying spotless

Хорошее месторасположение, на пригорке, если будете ходить пешком, иногда может утомлять подниматься жару. Рекомендую взять авто прокат на весть срок отдыха, парковка имеется и она бесплатная. Хозяева приятная и вежливая семья с детьми. Оперативно отвечали на вопросы. Заселение быстрое. Пару раз за время отдыха отключали всю воду, первый раз на пару часов, второй не было почти день. (сказали авария во всем городе) Рядом есть небольшой магазинчик, ниже по дороге уже супермаркет. Апартаменты удобные и стильные. Все необходимое есть. Далее надо самим пополнять запасы туалетной бумаги, бумажных полотенец, вводы и тд

Отключение воды без предупреждения. Но тут не было вины хозяев.

Аппартаменты превосходные, выше всяких ожиданий. Абсолютно новые, только открылись. Есть все необходимое: фен, плита, чайник, кофеварка, соковыжималка, набор посуды на 6 персон, кастрюли, сковороды. Отличные кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Вид с террасы у нас был на горы, благодаря этому улица была тихая. Но самое главное, это замечательные хозяева. Очень гостеприимные, радушные. Чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. До пляжа минут 10 пешком, до продуктовых магазинов 5 минут. Вечером пешком ходили до старого города Котор, минут 20. Возле апартаментов бесплатная парковка для машин.
