Good location and balcony views of the bay but mindful of traffic noise from main road.
Apartment was a great space. Good air con.
Free parking available on site.
Private balcony not overlooked.
Wasn’t told it was cash payment until arrival day. So had to withdraw in local supermarket which caused I international charges.
Sleeps 4 but only 2 balcony chairs.
Basic amenities (plastic bowls) limited toilet roll and bin bags (this was a minor issue with apartment as we asked host to provide more)

We had an amazing two-night stay at Villa Teona. The apartment was modern, beautifully furnished, and exceptionally clean. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The view over Kotor Bay was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available whenever we had a question. Ivan and his wife were especially kind and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Nothing at all. Everything was perfect, and we have absolutely no complaints.

The owner was super helpful and went out his way to to do anything to help including organising transport from Dubrovnik and a fab boat trip.
Property was absolutely spotless, modern and well equipped
The only downside which didn’t affect us too much was the location.
It was quite a steep hill to walk up to the property. It may be a struggle for some.
