Really good location and three good size bedrooms. The balcony is really nice with stunning views, and great to have a garage for the car.

Needed more than one key for the front door for when we were out separately - but that’s a minor issue.

Great apartment in a fantastic location just a short walk from the old town. Amazing view from the balcony. We arrived super early and were able to check in almost straight away.

Great location and within easy walking distance to explore Kotor and for great restaurants. Very responsive and helpful host who met us and guided us to apartment also allowing an earlier check in. Fabulous balcony view.

Basic kitchen utensils but enough to cook a simple meal, pillows were very hard.

The apartment was not cleaned and the bathroom is in very unpleasant state. We found cut fingernails, dried single use contact lenses, hair in the apartment, the bathroom cabinet is dirty and old, there were dangerous broken glass splinters on the terrace. The towels were washed, but had brown stains. One of the aircon units has a broken condensation pump running with loud noise and therefore cannot be operated at night. The apartment gets very hot without aircon (under roof). The bath tub has a crust of stained limescale deposits. The host/ agent was indifferent to our complaints and did not show accountability (“fault of the cleaning provider”, “we know about the aircon noise but cannot change it”). We were offered re-cleaning, which we declined as we had to emergency clean the worst unhygienic left-behinds ourselves already, a refund was not given. Our paid price of more than two hundred Euro per night (cash of course) is outrageous for the neglected state the apartment is in. Even though we had paid city tax included with the booking, the host only after persistent reminder registered us and initially claimed it was optional, we would have to do it ourselves in the city office. Failure to register is an offence and results in risk of high fines at the Montenegro border for guests. It was the worst experience in all of our multi-week roadtrip through the balkan countries and the most expensive at the same time. A pity, as the apartment would otherwise be lovely. Until significant cleaning and repairs done, and if you don’t mind dirt and rustic stays, it might be worth it for the location at a bargain price, but otherwise clearly stay away.
