MonteBay Residence

A really great apartment with lovely hosts. We noticed the apartment had several 10/10 ratings but was very new - and decided to take a chance. We’re glad we did. As a family of four traveling from the UK, it provided everything we needed and more. Super clean and spacious apartment with nice decor and mod cons. Having a washing machine was super useful. We stayed during a hot and humid August and the air con made sleeping at night very comfortable. Excellent location with Kotor old town just 20 mins walk and the coastal road with beaches and cafes to explore further north. The views from the balcony are spectacular. A big thank you to Ivan and Jovana for making our stay so easy and enjoyable! We would Happily recommend to anyone: 10/10 👍

The apartment is very spacious, with a separate bedroom for each child, each with its own bed, as well as a comfortable bedroom for the parents. There is also a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful bay. The apartment is very well equipped, with a smart TV, washing machine and dryer (which we used and worked perfectly), dishwasher, refrigerator, and everything you might need during your stay. Everything is brand new! The apartment is beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. There are two air-conditioning units, so even though it was extremely hot in Kotor during our stay, the apartment remained cool and comfortable. There is also a water dispenser with mineral water, which was very convenient. Another major advantage is the private parking directly below the apartment – extremely important in Kotor, where finding parking can be very difficult. The location is also very convenient: about a 5-minute walk to the sea and approximately 25 minutes on foot to Kotor Old Town. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend MonteBay Residence. It is a beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment and a great base for exploring Kotor and the surrounding area.
