Incredible place to stay with great views every morning

Everything was honestly so good check in was so easy meeting the host then the location was even closer to town then imagined. The property comes with a private access barrier which your given the key too and if your renting a car you have an allocated space on arrival. The host was very attentive and helpful even noticing one night driving past that we had changed our hire car and they checked on us to ensure somebody didn’t take our space, the kitchen was left with a welcome gift pack in the fridge which helped after a day of travelling and we were even given a list of local spots to visit and directions to the nearest shop and the safest to town and to the water which helped a lot as the area can be confusing.

Due to the location of the property and a very close local shop some customers would sometimes park around or infront of us on the property however the host cannot control this and we never had any real issues with this

Amazing location & hosts

The location was amazing, 5 minutes walk to reach the water front with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from here as well as boat tours, and about 10-15 minutes walk to the old town. Danijela and her son were great hosts, we were able to check in a bit early and they left us some drinks in the fridge upon our arrival as well as sending us of recommendations for the area. The apartment was lovely, very modern and clean.

Wonderful and spacious apartment in the PERFECT location of Kotor. AWESOME and helpful hostess!

Our Solaris Lux Apartment was wonderful! The apartment was spacious, quiet, and in the PERFECT location of Kotor! It is located in Dobrota which is a neighborhood just outside of the busy central Kotor area but only a 15 minute easy walk along the coastline promenade to Kotor Old Town. The apartment was very clean; the kitchen fully-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and coffee maker. And the apartment owner, Danijela, provided bottled water and softdrinks for us in the fridge. The best part of our stay at the beautiful apartment was Danijela. She went out of her way to contact us after we made the booking, just before we arrived, and throughout our stay. Anytime I texted her with a question, she always replied with minutes. She was such a kind and gracious host! We even met her son who was just as helpful and kind as Danijela. On a return trip to Kotor, we will definitely stay at the Solaris Lux Apartment!

Perfect

I am amazed how clean it was and fully equipped. There is private parking with the ramp. Location is excellent, very close to the sea and old town. Small shopping mall is just few minutes walk. Air condition works great and apartment is very big . Owner was super helpfull and was sending me all local reccomendations. All together excellent experience.

Amazing apartment

Best apartment ever. Amazingly clean and fully equipped. The sea view was great,location also, just 1 minute walk to the sea promenade and the beach. 5 minute walk to the old town. There is free private parking. Owner was super helpfull and very responsive. They gave me great reccomendations what to visit. I am sorry that I couldn't stay more time.

The place where I will stay every time I come to Kotor! 🥰

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had a magical view. The host was extremely welcoming — helped us with our luggage upon arrival, gave us all the necessary information, and was always available on WhatsApp 24/7. There was also parking, which is very important, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The apartment had everything we needed — just like taking my whole home with me (which is, of course, impossible 🤪🥰). There’s no rating higher than 10, but if there were an 11, they would absolutely deserve it!

Lovely spacious and bright apartment

Danijela and her family were so helpful and assisted with transport arrangements, recommendations etc. The apartment is a short walk to the old town and a nearby mall. It is spacious and very clean. It is located on a busy road and can be noisy but the location is good with a lovely view of Kotor Bay.

Amazing stay, would strongly recommend

Great location and everything you needed in the apartment with a great balcony. The host was so helpful and sent us lots of info on where to eat and places to go. Very quick to respond to any questions and check and check out faultless. We had a car and Very handy having a parking space!

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and felt truly welcomed and well taken care of.

Beautifully decorated and clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. There were even some extra drinks in the fridge. The location was ideally situated for exploring the area: within walking distance of Old Town Kotor and close to the bay. The host was very attentive, gave us great tips for restaurants and excursions, and made us feel truly welcome.

The apartment is situated on a busy road, but fortunately it's quiet during the night.

Nice apartment, near the old town

Nice modern flat, clean and good facilities and a very helpful owner, who sent us good recommendations of places around, plus left us some drinks in the fridge to enjoy. 10 mins to the old town and 5 mins to the waterfront. They allowed us to park the car at the property even after checkout as its a challenge to find parking in the old town on busy days.

Property is on the main street so it can get noisy with traffic on a busy day, so not that pleasant to sit on the balcony.

Great apartment

Very well-equiped apartment, clean and spacious, offering a private parking space. Danijela is a great host and has made sure we have everything we need and gave us advice on what to see and local restaurants. Location is very close to Kotor old town - 10 mins walking.

The only negative is that it can be a bit noisy as the building is located right on the main street.

It was in a great location a short 5-10 min walk to the old town. A beach across the street with rentable chairs. A very clean apartment with all necessities needed for a great stay. Owner of the apartment very easily reachable and responsive to questions within minutes.

What a lovely apartment! It was perfect for us and at a great location. 10 min walk to old town, great location and a nice little view. The hosts are super attentive and checked in on us almost daily! Exceptional service. The facilities are perfect and it's a super clean and near apartment. 10/10 would stay again!

The road is a bit noisy, but that’s true for most of Kotor. The apartment has shutters, so that helps keep it quiet at night and cool during the day.

The property was in a fantastic location, beautifully decorated and nice and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and provided us information about the area and even left us some small Snacks.

Location, space, the hosts, they are all amazing.

Its not a hotel to say there is no daily cleaning thats the only thing but you can live with it because they leave a-lot of towels and they ask if you need anything to be replenished.

Modern apartment close to Kotor old town with parking.

Brand new apartment located only 7mins walk from the old town. Loved the design, very minimalist and modern. Super comfy bed and fantastic shower. Parking is provided right outside which is fantastic as parking in Kotor can be tricky. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The hosts were very welcoming and met us at the apartment. Lovely views across the lake.

A perfect stay!

WOW!!! Look no further. Everything about this stay was wonderful! The apartment is exactly as pictured: everything is new, great quality, and comfortable. The bedroom and living room each had an ac/heating unit, internet worked perfectly, and the apartment was fully stocked with many thoughtful necessities—above and beyond. We also actually couldn’t stop raving about how clean the whole space was! Immaculate. The parking spot is very convenient—right on the property—and the location is a short walk away from both old town and the promenade by the water. Check in and check out: communicative and easy. I only wish I stayed longer.. if I come back to Kotor Bay, I’m coming straight here! Thank you so much, kind owners, for a stress free and comfortable stay
