Perfect location right on the water with a great parking spot (we were able to park a 9-seater van here). Not too far from Old Town, but you definitely need to get up early if you want to visit and avoid traffic when visiting old town. However, being able to swim and relax right on the water is worth it. It was blazing hot out and the AC kept all of the rooms cold. Property owners were very responsive. A small market is within walking distance to get essentials/alcohol.

So much to like. A home from home. We'll be back! This location has everything going for it if you want a chilled out break. And plenty to see by hire car or taxi in the old city of Kotar, and a boat trip to Our Lady's Rock from (?) Perast, both nearby. There is a small convenience store a short walk away.

The fridge freezer didn't work well. Our ice creams melted. The hairdryer cable needed repairing.

The location was perfect, car parking space, felt private, host brilliant

The position is ideal. Quiet road with private parking and private pier with chairs and loungers. Hard to think of a better position in Kotor ..

Not a very welcoming host with a somewhat hostile attitude on arrival and pre arrival. House in need of serious renovation. Courtyard feels neglected. Discarded items shoved into holes in the wall and unloved / dead plants. Freezer didn’t work entire five days. Host brought back up freezer as we departed. Many of cupboards in bedrooms are full of owners’ linen and sundry - and one can’t hang clothes. No towel rails in bathrooms or bedrooms. Bathrooms outdated. Smell of sewerage in main bathroom. Reported to owners - told to pour water into drainage holes. Didn’t fix. The owner spends a lot of time outside the property. He also came into the property without prior warning. .
