Excellent location. Right across the street from the beach and short walk to Old Town.
Some of the kitchen items were kind of dirty, but I imagine it’s because previous guests have washed and put them away.

No pool, although none was advertised.

Fantastic location and very friendly property owners. Beautiful view of the mountains and partial sea view from our side terrace. Very close to 2 local supermarket and a bakery next door.
No laundry facilities although it seems like is common in Kotor accommodation. However the owners promptly arranged for our laundry to be collected, processed and delivered within the same day which was great.
