Super apartment with fantastic views in central location and right next to the beach.

Fantastic apartment in central location with a lovely balcony and view over the bay. The secure car parking made it easy to get out and about to explore the local area and the information and recommendations from the host were really helpful in making our break in Kotor so enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

The hosts were very prompt in reply to any questions we forwarded to them They made recommendations with regards eating out Also suggested Taxi company’s to use for a fair journey rate

This bears no reflection on the property owners or managers living on site However late night revellers using the small beach directly opposite the apartments Caused disturbance into the early hours on a couple of nights Also on a further occasion a guest staying at the property’s also behaved in a extremely unacceptable manner and was removed from the apartment after a police visit On both occasions the management could not have done more to resolve the situations I feel that these situations could occur in almost any holiday accommodation They were very apologetic on both situations

One of my favorite places to visit and stay.

The location was perfect - across the road from the beach, a short walk to the Old Town and massive beautiful mountains and the fort visible from our bedroom. The Apartment was well appointed and clean and we had a lovely balcony view. The bed was comfortable and the host Nataljia and her family were so accommodating and responded to any questions and also hooked us up with reliable local taxi services and other recommendations. We decided to stay an extra night and they did everything to ensure we didnt even have to move rapartments. Even the small kitchen area allowed us to cook dinner one night, which was nicer than a hotel room.

A Wonderful Stay with Stunning Views

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, with everything you need for several days. The balcony offers a stunning view, the location is excellent, and the hosts are truly kind and welcoming people. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. It’s manageable, but good to know in advance.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Golden Luxury Apartments. Fresh , new apartment with comfortable furnishings & spotlessly clean. The hosts are fantastic & helped us with a secure parking spot which was appreciated given it was busy in Kotor. The location is ideal , across the road is a beautiful beach & beach club , dining options and small shops. The old town is a 5 minute walk from the property so its easy to explore. Will absolutely come back to this place again.

Exceptional stay

Property was less than a 10 minute walk into the old town. Right on the beach and easy to access all the main attractions in Kotor. Property was very quiet and peaceful, great air conditioning when it was hot. The hosts gave us lots of recommendations and were super accommodating, they let us check in an hour early and were great at messaging.

The location was perfect, right on the beach. With restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The old town was a 10 minute walk away.

It could have been cleaned during the stay. However there were plenty of towels and amenities for the entire stay.

great apartments and location

the apartment was spacious with two separate rooms with an abundance of storage space. air con in both rooms which worked very well. wifi was very good. kitchen has everything you need. balcony in room 3 had nice side views of the sea. location was excellent - literally over the road from the beach and 5 mins walk to old town. walk the other direction to waterside restaurants and bars.

there is no lift although that didn't inconvenience us but may affect others

A must in Kotor

The apartment was amazingly placed very close to the center of Kotor. It was right in front of an amazing beach and had the most beautiful views. Even right from our beds. It was very well equipped and incredibly well taken care of by an amazing host Natalia. She even prepared us a bottle of Prosecco for my cousins birthday. ♥️

The apartment was very clean and the location is near the central so you would not worry about transpo if you dont have a car. It’s about 10mins walk to the old town and lots of restaurants nearby. The beach infront is an added bonus. The host, natalija was very accommodating and is always ready to assist us in any way. They have provided from the bottled water, coffee, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, slippers, toothbrush, extra linen and towels. It was worth the money!
