Best for vocations

It was so nice to spend our vocation on this villa. The location is perfect - just Kotor bay may be seen from the windows. The check in and check out were super easy and Maria was so welcoming and hospitable. The villa is very good equipped and we enjoyed our staying.

Perfect experience for friends

We've chosen this villa for the third time to spend holidays with friends. It suits perfect for a large families also as there is enough space for everyone. The host is super friendly and ready to solve all the issues. We've got everything we were looking for: clearness, location close to Kotor, amazing view, reasonable price and good looking interior.

Amazing villa

We were really impressed by the pictures of Villa and even doubted whether it is so nice in reality. But it is! Everything is well planned, clean, lovely decorated and convenient for the guests. Maria was in touch nearly 24 hours and helped with our needs and questions. It was a pleasant experience and we are sure to come again soon!

Perfect!!

Everything was perfect about this place! The villa is very spacious and tastefully decorated and has all that you would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee machine and dishwasher, which was super convenient for our big family. Plus there is a bbq at the outdoor terrace. The location is ideal - right next to the sea with sun loungers and parasols, a nice beach with a beach bar is 1 minute walk away - the beach belongs to a hotel but everyone is allowed there. We also had SUP boards in the villa’s garage that we could use, which I loved! The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, they left very clear instructions and gave recommendations. All in all - a perfect place to stay, highly recommended!

This villa is pure perfection-so comfortable ,cosy and private.The outside furniture and barbecue are simply amazing and the pier in front of the house with sunlounges and umbrellas was incredible.This part of Kotor is sunny until 20.30h. We loved to use jacuzzi during the night and enjoy the view.. Our host was welcoming and available at any moment .We got great restaursnt reccomandations and they ortanised an amzing boat and sailing tour for us. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you!!

The perfect place for a seaside vacation with family and friends, and for discovering Kotor bay.

The location could not be better. The house is separated from the sea only by a small road with very little traffic and then you have access to the sea with your own lounge chairs etc. The place is also very close to the old town of Kotor, to where you can take a taxi for a couple of Euros or walk if you feel like it (about 2km). It is also close to restaurants, cafés and shops on the bay. The view of the bay from the house and the terrasse is stunning. The house itself is an old stone house which has been fully remodeled with modern equipment. The terrasse and grill are perfect for the evenings. Our guest Marija was there for every little thing we may need, very welcoming and very responsive.
