The location of the house, cleanless, comforting, parking opportunity and the friendly atmosphere was super. Also the using of the free beach is a bonus.

Everything was very good but maybe availablility of a sunbathing umbrella would be plus.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was spotless and had everything a family needs for a holiday – a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and all the comforts of home. The beach is just a short walk down the stairs, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, with a large balcony overlooking the bay. Easy private parking in a dedicated lot right in front of the building. We had a very peaceful week staying here.

Enjoyed every minute there

Fantastic view from a spacios terrace, which you can enjoy no matter the weather thanks to the awning. Perfectly equipped, the kitchen was packed with things like sugar, salt, coffee, cooking oil, spices, etc. The bathroom had everything including toothpaste (no shampoo though). The hosts were within the reach via messengers, eager to answer questions, fulfil requests and give information. Perfect for 2-4 people, definitely recommendable. Will be back as soon as possible.

To get to Kotor old town you will need a car or a bike.

Superb

We've really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was clean and sunny. It has one of the best possible views on the Kotor bay. Bear in mind, that the street next to the building is not so calm, as it's a main route connecting whole bay, so there's some kind of traffic all day round, but due to it's design, it's really hard to find something in the Bay which won't sit next to this road. Our host, Zorica, was really kind and helpful, she recommended to us some nice places to visit and delivered a sharp bread knife when We requested one, as all of the available knifes were too blunt. Kitchen utensils were pretty used, pans were having lots of scratches on their surface, so I wouldn't recommend doing much of the cooking on them. Balcony was a great plus, you could just spend whole day on it, admiring the view.

Hemen önünde güzel bir yürüyüş yolu vardı, insanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Tesiste herşey düzenli ve temizdi ayrıca güleryüzlü bir sahibi vardı. Olanaklardan ve gezilecek yerlerden bahsederek plan dahi yaptı. Evde olmayan bir eşya yoktu. Sadece not olarak eklemeliyim terlik getirmeyi unutmayın :)

Amazing kotor view…

En Üst kattaki 2 yatak odalı dairede 5 gece kaldık. Kotor körfezini net bir şekilde gören manzarası görülmeye değer. Balkonu çok genişti. Genelde kahvaltıları müthiş manzara eşliğinde balkonda yaptık. Her sabah farklı bir cruise manzaraya güzellik kattı. Mutfağı ve salonu geniş, yemek yapmak için her imkan vardı. Eşyalar ve mobilyalar yeni durumda. Çamaşır ve bulaşık makinası olması bize büyük kolaylık sağladı. Bir beş gün daha kalmak isterdim. Tesisin hemen yanında denize girilecek yerler mevcut. Biz 200-300m uzakta 4 yaşındaki çocuğumunda girebileceği uygun bir yer bulduk, biraz çakıllıydı sadece, görselide ekledim. Ücretli yerlerde var ama hiç gerek yok bence para vermeye. Yakında yine market, fırın vardı. Otopark ücretsiz şekilde sağlandı.

Tesisin sevmediğim birşeyi yok. Kotor merkeze arabayla çok yakın. Araçla gidilmesini tavsiye ederim, diğer türlü ulaşımda sorun yaşayabilirsiniz. Bu tesis ile ilgili değil karadağda genel olarak gezilecek yerler farklı yerlerde olduğu için araçla gidilmesini tavsiye ederim.

Parfait !

Le logement est neuf ainsi que les équipements. Il est décoré avec soin et surtout la vue est magnifique depuis le balcon. Il est en retrait de la route ce qui assure du calme. Il y a un petit passage privé pour accéder directement à la plage en quelques pas. L'emplacement du logement permet de rejoindre en voiture facilement et rapidement Kotor et Perast ( moins de 10mn). L'accueil était parfait. Zorika était ponctuelle, de bons conseils pratiques et facilement joignable si besoin.

Schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht

Wir hatten das Appartement / Penthouse mit einer wirklich tollen Aussicht über die Bucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet, mit einem großen Wohnbereich und einer schönen Terrasse. Die Fotos entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Man hat schon beim Frühstück eine tolle Aussicht. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben über WhatsApp kommuniziert und haben immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, was bei der Parkplatznot auf der Straße sehr hilfreich ist. Über einen schmalen Weg gelangt man ans Meer und entlang der Küste gibt es einige Restaurants, die man zu Fuß Richtung Kotor erreichen kann.

eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln - außer vielleicht, dass die Betten nur eine Decke haben, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Hier wären 2 Decken sehr hilfreich.
