A lovely place for a few days

Great location - easily accessible to Kotor and Perast via public bus (1 every hour; 1 every two hours on Sunday). Beautiful view of the bay with a lovely public beach nearby and a children’s playground. The manager was available to answer any questions and recommendations. Easy access to Tivat airport (I recommend getting a bus into Kotor as a taxi from there is only €20 instead of the expensive taxi we were quoted!!)

Nothing major but lots of little things… we booked for 3 people but only got two sets of towels; kitchen had 2x gas burners (not working) and 2x induction hobs but only 1 saucepan suitable for induction cooking; no oven gloves to get items out of the oven; main light in bedroom not working; two small windows in bedroom which have no curtains; the sofa was heavily stained; the fridge was quite difficult to open

The perfect authentic stay with the most gorgeous view

The location was minutes from the sea, a few restaurants and a gorgeous walk right into Kotor old town following the coast. The staff were so lovely and helpful, sending useful information via WhatsApp of the area and bus timetable. The view from our balcony was insane and lovely to sit and have breakfast watching all the boats

This is the view of Kotor you come for! Excellent

The view is the BEST on KOTOR bay. The hosts are very lovely couple. Communication was excellent and they were always ready to help. Bilgen gave a list of her fav restaurants in the area and answered any questions we had. They supplied beach towels too! The part meant was super clean and all essentials stocked up. The supermarket is just next door! And being where it is, easy to explore the bay clockwise and anti-clockwise. Super convenient. That view is what you come to Kotor. Throughly recommend and we are telling all our friends about this place. What a gem.

This is the place who wants a peaceful holiday in kotor!

It was a perfect holiday for us. The room was very nice with wonderful view! It was next to a church and just 50 meters away from the beach. If you want rest your hed and be away from the crowd of center. The host was very nice, friendly and kind! They helped and les us when we needed. If we will go the kotor again, we surely choose this place again!

Absolutely best view in Kotor.

Absolutely best view in Kotor. Balcony was perfect, house is clean, comfort and good. Also, Vanja -I hope remember it right- the host told us everything about Kotor at check-in. What should we eat, drink, walk and where. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a car we don't have any parking problem at the place. You can park in front of the apartment space or the left side.

Just truly amazing.

Amazing place with friendly, kind and helpful staff and owner. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. This place is only one minute from the sea, and only 2-3 minutes from some very nice local bars, cafes, restaurants and you can find also near a supermarket, and a local bakery. The area is so peaceful but we can easily reach Kotor oldtown, which is also beautiful.

The hosts were super kind and helpful. They received us on a short notice and made sure we're all okay with the flat. Plus THAT VIEW is amazing.

Not bad if better options are not available.

The view from the apartment (top level) is excellent. Access to beach is 5 minutes down a quiet pathway. The Nearest beach is owned by a restaurant that charges during the high season for use of it parasols and sunbeds( 15EUR day) . Well worth it , especially if you have kids. There is also a playground a few minutes away. The apartment itself was clean and the assistant helpful. We were moved on the 6th day due to an ineffective and leaking air-conditioner. Supermarket is 2 minutes away. Clean towels and linen were proved every few days except for the last four days of our stay.

There was no shade on the top verandah and the two umbrellas offered were broken. The kitchen was not complete with items needed to prepare meals. The air conditioning was very ineffective and started leaking on the 6th day. We requested to move which was accommodated, however we were not happy that we had to put up with it to start with. Some of the linen and towels were a bit tatty. The second apartment was a stark contrast to the first one we were put in and we wondered why they put us in the low standard apartment in the first place when the better one sat empty for days. We have stayed at better apartments in the area and would definitely prefer others the next time we go to Kotor bay. We were however restricted with choice as we booked at the last minute.

Apartman is comfortable, kitchen is equiped with everything we needed. It is decorated nicely and rather new. Location is close to the beach, but also near local monastery so we heard the church bells few times a day.

We stayed for 16 days total, and unfortunately didn't have cleaning of the apartment included during our stay. They changed the sheets twice during our stay, which wasn't convinient for us. They changed towels more frequently. We expected to have someone cleaning the apartment at least every few days, but this wasn't the case, so we had to clean it ourselves. We would like to have known this information in advance, since we had such a long stay there.

Host is very polite, apartment is comfy, very clean and the view is amazing especially at sunset. Market is very close to the apartment, area is safe and its pretty quite at night. Parking spot is big plus.

Perfect location

The location is perfect, a nice view, supermarket and Cogimar are nearby, as well as a public transport stop. Nice walk way to Kotor. We visited it during the quarantine, so can’t give a high-seasonal review, but in general we liked our stay.

Might be a bit noisy because of the road from the side of a bedroom.
