Family with teenagers loved this place

Lovely apartment. Perfect for a family. Clean and good air condition. Close to private beach that was stunning, we loved swimming there. The owners were so nice and charming. Their son Nedeljko was very helpful and friendly. He could arrange everything we asked for. He organised transport with a good driver that was easy to communicate with. the property is situated in Dobrota in Kotor just along the coast of the Bay of Kotor. The neighborhood itself is so peaceful and the surrounding is picturisque. The property is very homey, just what I wanted to fully immersed in a zen mode kind of holiday. I rented the loft of 4beds all to myself and it all equipped. Kitchen, laundry, balcony, tv you name it. You just need to bring yourself and relax there. There are a few shops near the area for a quick stock up for home made dinners or breakfast. Just across the property is the bay where there is a dock that you can spend your afternoon sunbathing or if you just want to have a nap by the bay you can borrow an umbrella from the owner. There are a few restaurants around the area as well if you want a sumptous fresh seafood lunch. The easiest way to go to the town/old town is by taxi. And oh, if you want an airport pick up/ transfer, you can contact the owner as well, they charge less compared to taxis in the airport. It is only 20-25mins drive.

Very friendly and cozy location

Staying at Apartments Matkovic was very nice! The house has its own pear and beach, equipped with chairs and umbrellas. In the yard there is a grill. There is also table with chairs on a terrase. The family Matkovic is super friendly and very hospitable. We felt like home! We recommend this accomodation for sure.

Excellent time exploring (and swimming in) Kotor Bay.

Great value-for-money apartment right next to the water, and reflecting the distance to Kotor. Airconditioning kept it comfortable in the heat.

Wifi was a bit unstable, but did work (fast enough). A little information for the tourist, such as sights, activities, location of shops, local map, bus times etc. would have been useful (however, helpful host when asking any of this).

We really loved our stay at this amazing place. The apartment has everything you would need, even a dishwasher. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Very clean and cosy. The view out of the window is breath-taking. Thank you hosts for the warm welcome. We would love to visit again.

The Matkovic family is charming, the appartment is clean and well furnished, the À/c super efficient, very convinient to have a washing machine ! Just in front of the sea, access to à prívate beach + parking spot. I loved my stay there.

Wat een heerlijke plek vlakbij Kotor stad aan het meer! We hadden een super schoon appartement, met goede bedden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een zitje buiten en op 200 meter recht tegenover het appartement een privé toegang tot het meer. Heerlijk om daar elk tijdstip van de dag lekker te kunnen relaxen! Ook leuke restaurantjes en een supermarkt vlakbij. Erg vriendelijke hosts! En Kotor stad op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden. Alles perfect.

Прекрасный вид с балкона, свой пляж перед домом, с зонтиками и стульями (не лежаками). Апартаменты предоставляют полотенца, мыло, туалетную бумагу. Есть кухонная утварь в достаточном количестве.Из приправ-соль.

В пешей доступности только один магазин с узким выбором продуктов по сильно завышенным ценам. Соседнее здание-отель,где разрешена музыка до 2х часов ночи. Не каждый день,но бывает очень шумно. В наших апартаментах не предусмотрена микроволновка.Была странная и плохо закрывающаяся дверь в туалет.
