Seaside Apartment Regata, only 15 meters from sea

The location in Dobrota was excellent and the waterside location along with the balcony and terraces is by far the best feature of this property. For the ease of access to the water, this cannot really be beaten. The apartment was modern and well appointed. It was also quite big with a lovely big private balcony. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance and also Kotor is entirely walkable (albeit 35min). Koto Bay is absolutely beautiful. I strongly recommend this accommodation for couples seeking a romantic getaway. It is also a good location for exploring the nearby towns. The live-in owners were very friendly but didn’t speak English but Nada spoke excellent English and was exceptionally helpful, she checked us in and was always available on WhatsApp even from before our trip

The shower didn’t drain very well, but the bathroom itself was otherwise great. The bedroom is a bit dark and boxy but the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and it’s that’s more than made up for by the large lounge which includes a very nice sofa bed. A definite improvement would be to have sunbeds available to take to the water edge. In the absence of these, you might want to bring a roll mat to put down on the concrete jetty.

The people in charge were amazing, the location is fantastic and they really help you with everything you need. The view of the house, the area is great, very beautiful. We will for sure come back to this place.

Clean and comfortable apartment next to the bay with private parking spaces. Host was friendly and welcoming. Great views from the balcony, terrace area and the private dock area was perfect for swimming. You can also ask the Kotor boat tour companies to pick you up from Dobrota instead of having to go into Kotor.

Great shower but was a bit slow to drain. Driveway is a bit narrow and steep. The apartment has no signage but is right next to Villa Maestral (look for Apartment Jadranka on Google maps). Would highly recommend.

It was really 15 meters from the sea and the location was amazingly beautiful! Ljubica and family was really helpful, they really took care about our quality stay. We got advice for shopping, place to see...etc. I just can recommend.
