The highlight was the location, a quiet apartment but you get what you pay for :)

Amazing location and reasonable price considering the amount of 5* hotels around. Accomodation is made up of a kitchen/dining room, small bathroom and bedroom with a double bed, single bed, wardrobe and TV. The accomodation was very quiet and very cool: there's AC in the kitchen but even without it still keeps cool in the day which was lovely. A one minute walk they have a personal jetty with loungers and easy access into the water, which we went in daily and was wonderful. They also waved and checked in on us whenever we saw them. A 40 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, mainly flat and there's a supermarket halfway but still quite a walk. Would definitely reccomend renting a car if possible as transportation to Podgorica airport is tricky and a taxi is 70 euros minimum.

The shower unfortunately went cold after 15-20 minutes which is fine for one shower but meant my partner mostly had colder showers after me, it was also not fixed so you had to hold it above you (not a major problem but not convenient). Can be hard to get messages across due to language barrier and you can only pay in cash. The double bed was not long enough for a 6"0 person to lay out comfortably. There is a restaurant next door which although wasn't noisy for us may be an issue for small children.

Perfect price to value ratio for a short stay right next to the bay of Kotor

The place is situated right next to the beach, with a very beautiful view from the window. The building is traditional. It has a good parking, located just a 30min walk away from Kotor center. Many good restaurants nearby. The hosts were helpful and accommodating.

It would have been better if shower gel and shampoo was provided. There was a bit of sewage smell in the bathroom. Also, it felt a bit disturbing with lots of religious and private photos hanged by the walls.

Magical cottage with attentive hosts!

We stayed in the 1-bedroom garden apartment and it was so lovely! Dragovan is a great and communicative host who always made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was cozy and clean, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The private beach with sun beds made our stay here truly special. We would gladly come back!

The garden is a bit buggy, so bring mosquito spray.

Best place we stayed in Kotor! One bedroom apartment with a stunning view ! A lot of character and charm ! Captain and his family are lovely kind people ! Stunning place ! Restaurant downstairs is wonderful- best octopus I ever had!

Simply the best!

You'll struggle to find a better host, views and facilities. One of the most stunning views I've ever seen, the apartment had everything that one needed and was right on the lake. About 3 km to Kotor Old Town but easy to take a taxi or 1 euro for the bus ( I walked most days) And there's a restaurant on the lower floor although I didn't use it. I'd highly recommend this place.

Homelike apartment near to the beach

Homelike, big and well-equipped apartment next to the beach. The location is near to restaurants and within walking distance of the Old Town. Kids loved the private beach/pier. The owner family was very kind and helpful.

We had difficulties in getting the keys because we didn’t find the owners and the staff in the restaurant downstairs wasn’t willing to help us.

Superb

Further from the center, less crowds around. You can reach the old town by walk, about 40mins, or bicycle in 10 minutes. Nicely decorated kitchen and cozy terrace. Lovely older lady always around, very relaxed and friendly 💕

The swimming point few steps away is lovely, anyhow, it goes very deep from the first steps, so if you are with children or not knowing how to swim, you might choose the beach nearby for swimming. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Pillows super big and instead of sheets there was a big towel and bed cover, I would recommend investing in light summer sheets. Downstairs there is a restaurant with excellent food, anyhow it makes privacy 50/50.

The hosts are really friendly and they always asked if we needed anything. The apartment has almost everything which you may need. There's a parking just below the apartment but it's worth notifying the host before your arrival to the apartment to reserve a slot each time when you go somewhere otherwise you may be left without parking since downstairs there's a restaurant.

Reserving the parking place each time you go somewhere by car. Three times I had to find other parking places which is around a km away.

We loved everything about the place. Apartment was fantastic and location even better. Hosts are super nice. It's only few steps away from the water, views are stunning. We didn't have a car but it's not a problem because everything you need is a walking distance. 5 min from the local grocery shop and the bakery, 40 min slow walk along the shore to beautiful old town of Kotor. And if you tired it's only 5 Euro for taxi back. I want to be back....

Beautiful apartment on the bay, just outside of Kotor

This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Kotor - not in the center, and a bit of a way out of town, but it's easy to get to by taxi, it's quiet, and directly on the bay. The host is very nice and welcoming and had great suggestions as to where to eat locally and how to get around. The apartment is perfectly clean and comfortable. There is nothing my sister and I didn't love about this place.

The hosts were wonderful. The son of the family-run business came and picked us up from the bus station. Location is great - outside of the old town but just five minutes by taxi, or 10 by local bus. The apartments are right on the bay so you can swim or just relax by the water, without the crowds and noise of the old town. Supermarkets are within walking distance. I would defintely stay here again.
