The location was excellent and the house also very good. The host was also very sweet.

Too Busy

It's close to the water. Close to good restaurants.

Lots of stairs. Not much parking. All roads had traffic jams, sometimes 20 min. The shower is very small. The toilet in our room was not working well. Not many glasses, plates, and utensils. The owner wanted cash, no cards for payment. Too many people, cars, and cruise ships.

Fantastic stay in Dobrota

Lovely location over looking the bay. There's a good swimming spot just in front of the apartment and a fantastic bakery 5 minute walk away!

Some of the kitchen crockery was put away dirty so we had to wash this before use. The walls are quite thin so it can be loud if you have noisy neighbours!

Beautiful apartment

A really beautiful apartment, with a great view from the balcony. Great location, with a carpark available. You can easily walk into town along the water (15-20 minute walk from memory) and there are plenty of cafes/restaurants on the way

It’s a lovely property to stay in, I highly recommend.

I loved the bright decor, it was a big spacious room with nice views on both sides. Diana the host was lovely and welcoming and very helpful.

It’s about a 30 minute walk from the old town and main bus station. Just to keep in mind if you want something closer to those amenities.

Fab apartment, stunning location steps from the sea!

The apartment was in a beautiful location, only steps from the sea, close to a bakery and a small supermarket, a 25 min walk into the old town of kotor, but a lovely walk along the water. Apartment is clean and basic and has everything you need. I travelled with my daughter and we had more than enough space. The host lives close by and is super helpful, responsive and friendly. Value for money for an apartment in a fantastic spot to explore the local area.

Cozy apartment by the sea with stunning balcony views, we enjoyed.

Our host was really helpful and friendly. Especially with the car parking. The apartment was charming and the view from the balcony was lovely. The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs, a quiet area, a small swimming spot right in front of the apartment, a supermarket nearby and we could walk to the old town of Kotor.

Beautiful place to stay.

The property is clean and huge for a family. Is has a kitchen where we can cook, with available condiments, cooking and eating utensils. The room and bed was very big with cupboard to put our clothes. The room also has living area with television and comfortable coach. our room has veranda with access to garden with grapes as the canopy. The beach area is just 1 house away from the property. It was a quiet and relaxing area, and you can literally swim when you come out of the property. The swimming area was not crowded. Also close to a gorcery store. Diana, the owner is very kind and accomodating, she makes sure we have what we need. There was also free two bottled water in the fridge.

Great stay and value for money

Location was nice. The sea is literally at your door step. Loads of restaurants and stores with a 10mins walking distance. Old town about 20-25mins walk away and 5mins drive. Street parking was made available throughout our stay. The room was clean and big. Living room area a bit small but okay for two people. Host was very responsive and friendly. There was a problem with the shower but this was fixed within 24hrs of informing the host.

If I had to be critical, it would have been nice to have extra bin bags since we had to empty the bin ourselves. TV isn’t smart but I had plenty entertainment on my phone so wasn’t a big problem.

Beautiful and peaceful place.

This is a quiet and comfortable place, a few steps from the beach, 5 min walk to the restaurants and also 5 min from a big super market. The apartment we stayed in was very clean, with a big terrace and a beautiful view of the garden. We had everything we needed. The owner is a very pleasant lady, who is always available for what you need. Dobrota is a beautiful small city, near Kotor (15 min walk), with very kind people. I really recommend this place and will definitely come back again.

Apartment 91 review

Location was away from Kotor old town but close enough to walk in and out. Approx 20 minute walk. The view from balcony was amazing, almost right on the waters edge. The apartment was spacious.

There was nothing I didn't like. We could have done with a fish slice to use with the pans but all was good.

The location was very nice, a couple of steps to enjoy the view of the gulf. We enjoyed our afternoons there. Our host was very delightful, she responds quickly to our messages and she waited for us when we arrived despite it being 11pm because our flight got delayed.

Pretty and big apartment, good location

The apartment is very big, new and pretty, there’s even a lovely garden. Good location. When we arrived we called the host through WhatsApp and she went out for us.

The bed had small hairs on it, it didn’t felt very clean.. The hot water in the shower was only enough for 1 person and the second person needed to wait for the water to heat again. The shower itself is new but it has a weird shape and it is pretty dense.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped with super nice host! We got a parking spot in front of the Apartment, right at the Kotor bay. Owner got us two beach chair so we were comfortably chilling at the bay during our whole stay. Amazing view from the room. One of our favourite accomodations during our Montenegro trip!

Our host was really friendly, helpful, and easy going. The location is just perfect, far enough from the crowd but close enough to everything. The beachfront was also great, we could take a quick dip when it got too hot. I would go back!

We really enjoyed staying at Apartment House 91, it was a memorable stay, we loved every moment.

The location is just perfect, the beach is about 20 m far. Everything is close, the supermarket is also a couple of minutes, and the old town is a also a nice walk, 15 minutes. The apartment was also nice, though a bit smaller, than expected, but still very comfortable. It has a huge balcony facing the beautiful garden, we really enjoyed sitting there. The owner of the property was also very-very nice, and very helpful.

Good location, 10-15min walk from the city centre on a very lovely riverbank with lots of cafes and restaurants. Has a lovely balcony with a Kotor bay view, especially beautiful in the morning!! It has interesting interior.

It was quite difficult to find the place as the Main Street has double numbers on houses and as we don’t have roaming- we were unable to call the host. But we found it at the end.

Beautiful little apartment with garden views and right by the waterfront. Kitchenette is very handy and has everything you need for simple meals. Quiet area and only 10 minutes walk from Kotor centre. The host is very welcoming and made us feel at home. Thank you for that. We will definitely come back again.
