I recomand for the magic view from the balcony!

The view is amaizing from the balcony. The appartment no 9 is excelent, clean and big. The best choise price-quality-view I was lucky to find.

On the outside, the building should be renovated a litle bit, bot we didn't care, because inside was perfetly renovated and clean.

First of all the place and the lake-mountain view from terrace was wonderful. Then very clean apartment and host was very friendly. Take care of us all the time as we stayed. We had our own sunbeds and umbrella so you can go accros the road to relax and take a swim.

We liked it in general

The view is very good, there is a parking lot. The house is clean.

We stayed in apartment number 1, the wifi did not work in the bedroom. Also, the noise of the cars passing by can be heard even from the bedroom, the sound insulation is not good.

Great view

The view was amazing. The place was very clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. The water in the shower is hot and has pressure. It's a very cozy place if you're not sensitive to noise.

The first floor is right next to the main road. It's very loud at times. The front windows have a great view but no curtains. You have to shut down the motorized blinds every time you want some privacy, which darkens the room and prevents enjoying the Seaview, which you paid for.

Amazing view and beachfront

The apartment is right in front of the beach and view is amazing! Everything was comfortable and host is very nice and helpful. There is a bus stop in around 10 min by walk.

The apartment is in the avenue basically, so it is quite noisy all the time due to cars passing by. Also internet in our case was failing very often, owner tried to call to provider, but issue was happening again.

Great location. There is a store next to the place which has a lot of authentic and foreign food and products. The beach in front of the property is great and the host was available all the time. They even provided us with services for outside activities.

Phenomenal stay and tentative hosts

The property is right next to the small beach dock. It has all the amenities you may need, even parking which is quite rare for Kotor. Highly recomended!

Manzarası çok güzeldi. Kahve gibi bir seçeneğimizin olması, karşımızda denize girebileceğimiz bir olanağın olması çok iyiydi.

Konum olarak biraz uzaktaydı, ama Kotordaki genel sorun olarak otobüslerin olmaması saçmaydı.

Tranquilo y cerca de Kotor

Apartamento grande y funcional con la habitación al fondo, por lo que la luz no molesta, además tiene persianas. La playa está en frente y las vistas son muy chulas, tienes hamacas y sombrillas en el apartamento disponibles. Cerca de Kotor en coche pero sin el caos que hay allí.

La ducha no tragaba bien el agua y podría estar más limpio.

Kapıdan girer girmez bizi masmavi denize açılan bir balkon kapısı karşıladı. Çekme katta ve alttaki yatak odasında birer cift kişilik yatak vardı. Ve yataklar çok rahattı. Nevresimler ve havlular çok temizdi. Balkonda iki adet şezlong ve şemsiye vardı. Otelin önünde ise denize girmek için bir alan vardi. Mutfakta işimize yarayan he şey vardi. Kettıl, fırın, tava, tabak, bardak vesaire. Otelin kendine ait otoparkı vardı. Genel olarak her şey çok güzeldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Nagyon jó szállás, bátran ajánlom mindenkinek!

Rendkívüli szállás, mindenkinek nagyon ajánlom. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, felszereltsége. 12 napot töltöttünk itt és a konyhába mindent meg lehetett főzni, nagyon kényelmesek voltak az ágyak. Nagyon igényes környezet, a tv rá van kötve a wifi hálózatra és könnyen rá tudsz csatlakozni a kedvenc streaming szolgáltatódra. Köszönjük szépen a lehetőséget!

Az öböl varázslatos volt mint mindig, a víz csodálatosan tiszta. A tenger tényleg közel volt. Nagyon kedves volt a szállásadó hölgy, és amiben tudott készségesen segített. :-)

Az apartman falai eléggé koszosak voltak. A bútorok eléggé elhasználtak az ágyak és a kinti székek kivételével. A konyhaszekrényben leszakadt polc várt bennünket, és a hűtőben nem volt fagyasztó, ami nagyon hiányzott.

La vue est incroyable. Commerces à proximité. L'appartement était propre et bien aménagé.

C'est dommage que l'hôte n'utilise pas l'application dédié pour la gestion de la taxe de séjour. J'ai passé 1h dans les bouchons pour me rendre au tax office. Il manque quelques ustensiles indispensables : passoire, éplucheur, cafetière, planche à découper, balais, saladier, planche à repasser, micro-onde.

Terrasse vue sur la mer et accès à la plage juste en traversant la route. Lit confortable.

Appartement qui a besoin d'être entretenu c'est dommage car il a du potentiel. On entend le bruit de la route mais de la chambre au fond ça passe.

Ligging prachtig appartement teleurstellend

Locatie aan het meer is top. Uitzicht is schitterend. In de ochtend kwamen 2 grote cruiseschepen langsvaren. Leuk om te zien. Omgeving is super met Kotor, Budva. Perast en Cetinje

Appartement (begane grond) is echt slecht. Lijkt wel of het midden in een renovatie zit. Stopcontacten los. Geen verlichting in woonkamer. Douchestang kapot. Bloed aan dekens. Echt toe aan een grondige renovatie. In tweede nacht veel regen waardoor de regenafvoer buiten een hard hinderlijk tikkend geluid gaf. De weg is zeer druk met voorbijrazend verkeer. Let op! hier moet je contant de verblijfskosten betalen.

Totul Apartament foarte curat, cu toate facilitatile Locatie exceptionala , pe malul golfului Kotor, cu o mica plaja in fata apartamentului Priveliste frumoasa la mare si la munte Dragana foarte draguta si atenta, a facut totul sa nu ne lipseasca nimic Vom reveni cu placere.

A fost un sejur peste asteptarile noastre

Totul a fost la superlativ - amplasarea hotelului, parcarea, curateniaa si dotarea bucatariei. Am avut cu noi 2 căței și s-au simtit foarte bine. Plaja privată chiar la citiva metri de casa. Recomand!!!
