The location is quite good, with a great view of the bay, and there is air conditioning. However, to get to the nearest shop or café, you have to walk along the road. There is a small section of the pier that serves as a beach, with sun loungers and an umbrella on the balcony. Convenient parking behind the apartments.

In the morning, a representative of the owner came to us without any prior notice to collect the money. We generally had no problem with that, but it would be good to give guests advance notice. In addition, tourists must be registered in each city, and, as far as we know, property owners can submit the details electronically via an app. However, the owners of these apartments do not do that, so we had to go to the tourist information center ourselves. It is located in a place that is not obvious for tourists in Kotor; the opening hours listed online and on the website do not match the actual working hours, and finding parking near the building is another problem. As a result, we had to search for this center ourselves in the heat. It seems that it would be much easier for property owners to register tourists than for tourists to walk around in the heat and deal with it themselves. Also, there were no cutting knives in the room, even though there was a kitchen. There is no washing machine, and there is no laundromat nearby either — it would take about 1.5 hours to walk there, and parking near the laundromat would be problematic. On top of that, it is a self-service laundromat, meaning you have to sit there and watch your laundry being washed. The building itself looks a little neglected: the outdoor lighting and the lights in the corridors do not work, so going up to your floor in the evening can be a problem.
