You’ll like it

Amazing location, literally 5 meters to the sea, very clean, amazing host, very responsive. The view from the balcony is literally breathtaking. You’ll have all the necessary things.

Some things need reparation obviously - the doors are squeaky and you wake up every time someone wants to leave the room at night. Just minor reparations - and the place would be solid 10, despite it’s asceticism.

Perfect Seaside Escape in Dobrota

We had a wonderful two-day stay at Apartment Ponta in Dobrota. The location is exceptional and situated right by the water, it is only a few steps from the room to the sea. The garden is beautifully maintained and provides a lovely shaded area to relax. The apartment itself was newly refurbished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The bathroom was modern and very comfortable. An additional highlight was the outdoor shower in the garden, perfect for cooling off after a swim. Guests are provided with sunbeds, umbrellas, and even SUP boards free of charge on the dock in front of the house, offering stunning views over Kotor Bay. Parking was also available on-site. The host, Jovica, was extremely kind, attentive, and approachable, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is convenient, with a supermarket just a one-minute walk away, and Kotor town can be reached in about 45 minutes on foot along a scenic seaside promenade, surrounded by restaurants, villas, and hotels. We were truly sorry we could not stay longer as the Apartment Ponta is the perfect place for relaxation, and we would gladly return.

Nice with easy access to water

Location is super, you simply cross the road to get into the water! There is private pier available for you to sun bathe / chill in the evenings and also a small-ish pebble beach so you don't have to jump into deep water every time. Private parking is also available and very handy since there isn't much public parking space close by. Apt was large, separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen. Also attached toilet contained washing machine which came in handy. Overall a good apt and value for money. Our apt unit didn't have view to the sea but we didn't mind. There were other units which had a sea view. Host even offered us to use his paddleboard and it was super fun! Thanks :)

There was AC but only in the kitchen and not in the main bedroom.

Amazing location, had a fantastic stay!

Amazing location, yes its about 45min walk from the old town of Kotor but I loved that, being right on the waterfront and the walk into town is lovely. Large comforable room, good shower pressure. Great having a clothes rack right outside the front for swimwear. Great value for money

Note that if booking.com only gives you the option to pay at the property, that its cash only (wasnt a problem but just for future bookers!) The road to the property is quite narrow, its two way but only about 1.5 cars wide, so there's definitely some sketchy times trying to squeeze past people and cars - again it was fine but if youre a nervous driver, may not be for you!

Amazing views and location

For me the location was perfect. A view of my favourite part of the bay from my bed, a one-minute walk from a shop that sold most things, including the local beer, Nicsicko, access to a small beach and with sunloungers and parasols, excellend Wi-Fi and easy to get hold of the owner, Jovica. I could go on but everything was just perfect for me.

We had the most incredible stay at Apartments Ponta – it truly exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, tucked away in a peaceful and serene spot with jaw-dropping views of the bay. Waking up each morning to the gentle sound of the sea and panoramic vistas was something out of a dream. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It felt like a true home away from home. A special mention must go to the owner, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From local tips to assistance with anything we needed, nothing was too much trouble. This place is a real gem – peaceful, scenic, and the perfect base to explore the beauty of Montenegro. We had a fantastic time and are already planning to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway!

Walk to the old town is a bit far, 45 minutes. But in exchange it's way less crowded compared to closer to the old town.

If you love to swim in the sea, this is your place

We stayed here twice because of the location. Ten paces from the water. It was a joy to swim throughout the day. The views of the Bay of Kotor were heavenly

Felt like home on vacation

Location and access to all attractions. Go right, you are an old town, Go left. You are in Perast. A little bit further drive and you are in Budva. Coffee shops and restaurants walking distance.

Great! Just book it.

Excellent and accommodating host Perfect parking spot, 10 second walk to the apartment from it. Highly recommend the 2 bed with the sea view, you get an actual stunning sea view. Pay more for it and you won't regret it. Electric shutters to black out the bedroom and living room. Perfect for me as I like to sleep in pitch black (these weren't entirely blackout but were good enough). About a 7min drive into Kotor where you can find parking from 0.8eur/h.

That I didn't book this place for longer 🙂

Gorgeous view and amazing getaway

It was very clean. LOVED the location, beautify, serene. Amazing being able to wake up in the morning and take a swim in the sea. Sitting out on the dock while looking out to the mountains and sea is a surreal experience and completely worth the money.

Amazing view!!

If we come to Kotor, we will stay our whole days. We loved that much! The owner was so friendly, whenever we need something he brought like in 20 minutes. Every time he answers our whatsapp messages. He gives great restaurant advices. The view was amazing, I love the scenes to sea directly.

The air conditioner seemed slow or something, I am not sure. It could be better if checked.

quiet location, not many people/tourists but also close enough to kotor old town, very helpful host, sea/kotor bay just right outside the door, spacious room

the shower doesn't have a holder so you have to hold the shower in one of your hands the entire time in a small bathroom which can be a bit inconvenient for people who have long hair or need longer time to shower

The host takes great care of his guests and the apartments. The location is really nice with a small private access to the sea. Kotor is in walking distance and there is a Mini market and many restaurants around.

Very nice location with a friendly host - with a major downside by an old and worn out apartment.

The host was super friendly and very supportive. Outstanding! The location is perfect to visit Kotor. Also the privat beach is excellent. On a location close to Kotor the privat parking was great. The sea view from the apartment was amazing. Also the terrace had more than enough space for having lunch and dinner - we could even park our mountainbikes there. The location is also in a very quiet neighborhood. Minimarket and restaurants/bars are close by.

The furniture and all the equipment of the apartment is outdated and worn out. It is obvious that there was put furniture in which wasn't used anymore in other apartments. This is sad because the location is great, the host a very nice person - but for furniture and other equipment (kitchen) nobody took care.
