At first it was difficult for us to find the building. Once we did it wasn’t too difficult. Down town traffic is very slow if you are driving. As there is only one road in and out of old town

Would highly recommend this apartment. Not only for facilities but for the Tanja the host. Nothing was to much trouble.

The apartment is situated in a lovely complex. 10 minutes from restaurants and beaches. Although a studio it has everything you need and more. There is a washing machine, ironing facilities. Really clean and looked after Tanja the host has been wonderful in giving us advice about the area and has been on hand for anything we needed to ask. Absolutely will be going back. Thank you for a wonderful stay Tanja

Lovely stay in modern apartment

The host was absolutely lovely and super helpful. We loved the apartment, very modern and well laid out.

NOT SEA VIEWS, there is a sliver of sea visible in one corner but the apartment is on the lower floor and 99% of the view is concrete of the building in front. Don’t book if you’re expecting to see the sunset or have breakfast on the balcony with a view views. The smaller bed also collapsed a few times, probably not suitable for adults <70kg.

Affordable apartment stay near Kotor old town

Location was great near to beach, few restaurants and Kotor old town but the neighbourhood was very peaceful. Apartment was exceptionally clean. High speed internet was also a plus.

There wasn’t enough cookware for cooking. Also second pare of towels would have been very nice if you want to go to the beach.

WONDERFUL place to stay!

Lovely clean, quiet apartment with a fabulous host! Bed had a very comfortable mattress and good pillows. Loved the shower with really strong pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain (one of the best showers in the Balkans!). The washing machine was super, with many cycle and temperature choices and the best agitation action we’ve seen. Good places to set luggage, lots of light and strong wifi. Convenient private parking next to the building. Very easy check-in and great communication via WhatsApp with the super helpful host before and during our stay, with SO much information provided and so many recommendations given for navigating Kotor traffic, finding good restaurants, sightseeing in and around Kotor, and too many other topics to mention. Tanja is the perfect host!

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Well equipped and very comfortable. Close to the beach and host recommended a very nice restaurant nearby. There are also many markets and a bakery nearby. Parking was easy (very helpful).

Отличные апартаменты с хорошим ремонтом в новом доме. Бесконтактное заселение. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, а также стоянка на огороженной территории. Особенно хочу отметить радушную хозяйку Tatjanu, которая предоставила самые подробные инструкции как по заселению, так и по пользованию бытовыми приборами, оформила удаленно регистрацию, предоставила карты, где указаны расположения ближайших магазинов, ресторанов и прочего. Таких подробных инструкций мы никогда и нигде не получали ранее. Кроме того, она всегда на оперативной связи на случай возникновения вопросов.

VSA PRIPOROČILA za bivanje ...

Apartma je moderno opremljen, udoben, čist, v mirni okolici, blizu plaže in blizu starega mesta Kotorja. Ima balkon. Parkiranje je varno, za rampo. Dostop do stavbe, v kateri je apartma, je z avtom enostaven in lahek. Lastniki so zelo prijazni in v veliko pomoč, če karkoli potrebuješ ali želiš karkoli vedeti o Kotorju in njegovi okolici. Ko zopet pridem v Kotor, bom znova bivala v tem apartmaju. :) Resnično več kot priporočam.
