Lina Modern Studio Minutes from the Sea

Immaculate apartment with too many facilities/equipment to list. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Amazing bathroom with brilliant shower with plenty of instant hot water. I loved the balcony in the evening

Loved everything. Dobrata is a lovely area to stay in

Excellent stay! We had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Tatjana was an exceptional host: friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The location was great, and everything matched the description perfectly. We truly enjoyed our stay and are leaving Montenegro with beautiful memories and fully recharged batteries after a fantastic week of vacation. We highly recommend this property and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

I stayed in this apartment with my girlfriend for 4 nights and it was very good! Tanja is very receptive and very accessible, always answering fast and giving extra information/tips. The apartment was great, it has everything a couple needs, a lot of pans and cutlery if you want to cook, a nice frigobar, a dishwasher, a washing machine and the shower was very good and tall (I am 193cm and normally struggles with tiny bathrooms/showers). The bed is comfortable and there is a TV where you can connect your Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube. And there are some board games too, but we didn't play any so not sure if it was complete or missing some piece. The location is very good too. Is not close to the old town but is close to the street by the water where you can access many beaches and restaurants and it is such a pleasure walk that you won't even notice that you walked for about 40min to get to old town. In the street by the water you can also see some spots where they rent Stand Up Paddle. I totally recommend it, go for it :)

Unfortunately, there is a building in front of the balcony, which blocks the view for the beatiful bay of Kotor. But then I just walked 5 min and was at the bay myself 😅

Прекрасные новые апартаменты, есть в к необходимое для проживания и приготовления еды. Хозяйка без проблем предложила раннее заселение, а также скинула подробные инструкции обо всем необходимом. До пляжа минут 5-7 пешком с горочки вниз)
