Very hospitable host, many thanks!

Great B&B located just a 6min lovely walk by the river from the city centre. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. But the best part was certainly the owner Sandy, a very sociable and helpful host, who tended to our every needs, with a smile on the face and a story ready to be told.

Our accommodation was super! The host was a lovely man, who made our stay welcomed and warm. Authentic Scottish stay.
Breakfast was amazing and the service was like in the restaurant, delivered by the owner. We felt very welcomed!

Very nice hosts everything about my stay was fine.
OK I don't like not having an en suite but the room I occupied had my own private facilities next door so no real issue.

It was only a 5 minute walk to the city centre but far enough away from the noise . Also a very good breakfast
Having to walk past stairs to private bathroom as my room wasn't a ensuite but this is only a minor issue.

Friendly welcome from Sandy and he cooks a good, filling breakfast.
Near town centre for walking in to explore and handy for driving out of Inverness.
As bathroom for the downstairs single room is separate to the bedroom it was slightly awkward in the morning to go from one to the other. Can’t just roll out in your PJs! But bathroom itself is excellent.

The proprietor is an experienced guest house provider and it showed. Some nice touches that you will have to book to appreciate! Twenty minutes walk to the railway station for me but an easy taxi ride if you are carrying luggage. You can tell the quality and professionalism of an establishment by the breakfast that is served. An extensive choice and most importantly the ingredients were chosen with care and not with cost as the principle factor. I enjoyed talking to the host who was able to do that whilst preparing breakfast for other guests. A definite thumbs up from me and somewhere I would have no doubts about staying at in the future.

The guest house is very clean, had beds made/fresh towels the next day! The bed was super comfortable and breakfast was better than most restaurants! It was a short 10 minute walk to all the attractions.downtown. The host was very kind, even packed me a sandwich when I wasn't going to be there for breakfast (I left early for a bus tour). That was over and above what I expected! (And I got to meet their dog! 😊)
If there was one TINY issue, it would be the street noise, as is on a busy street. (I'm a light sleeper but also needed to be up early anyway!

Breakfast was fine. Decent choice of food.
Room comfortable. Little extras .. snacks along with the tea/coffee a nice touch!
Fairly central location. Proprietor Sandy was friendly.
The overnight rate I thought was quite expensive. Limited places to park if I’d brought my car!

The host was a lovely gentleman. I stayed in the "budget single" on the ground floor. It was functional and had all the necessary amenities. Very kindly, there were even some snacks available in the room. The bathroom did not adjoin the room, but was only for my private use. There were quite a few choices for a warm breakfast, as well as cereals and yogurts. It was not a problem to get a very early breakfast.
The ground floor room I had is on the street and there is quite a bit of traffic noise. It was not possible to keep the window open. The location is quite close to town, but is a bit of a walk with a bigger suitcase.

As advertised, the room was small. It was all we needed.

Breakfast was very tasty. Perhaps a full Scottish breakfast could be offered?
En-suite facilities would be nice. The owner did explain that he's only just taken over the property and that he's hoping to arrange full ensuite when he closes for the winter period. Although full Scottish breakfast is not available at the moment, one has to remember that the owner is running it on his own. He is very friendly.

The owner is super nice and funny! We were there early and no one was around, but one call and he turned up within five minutes to already show us our room which we didn't yet expect to be ready (we had just hoped to store our backpacks before hitting the beautiful town of Inverness).
The room is really cute and cozy with a queen bed (travelling with a friend you're always hoping for a little more room, of course, but actually it was really fine!).
Waterboiler with tea, coffee and complementary snacks (thank you so much!!) is provided.
Bathroom is completely fine, and there are sinks in the room.
Breakfast is plenty and upon question you get anything warm you want.
Everything I want in a B&B, I'd come back anytime!
A sign outside would be nice! I was a little unsure if we were right, but that might be just me 😊

Very central location. Excellent breakfast. Friendly host.
Nothing to dislike at all. Proposed refurbishment of newly acquired property would include en suite facilities for every room which would be an improvement.
