The owner was very kind to make us an early breakfast since our tour started before 8 and breakfast normally begins at 8. THere is a lidl accross the street

It was a little farther from our drop off and pick up point than we realized and a decent walk to town. Not super far but might have chosen something closer with a sit down breakfast that started earlier.

Well located for my purposes. Spacious and clean room. A good bathroom and a small fridge which was very welcome!

We’re experiencing a heatwave so the room was hit, but that’s not the fault of the property.

The location and access to shops etc the heating was great

The guest house is thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for our stay. However, our overall experience with the host was mixed. We arrived early due to an early morning flight and requested if we could leave our luggage until check-in. While this is entirely at the host’s discretion, the interaction felt unwelcoming, and the response left us feeling uncomfortable. Before checking out, we also informed the host that we would be leaving very early and requested if some breakfast items could be kept aside for us. Unfortunately, this appeared to have been overlooked. The accommodation itself is pleasant, but hospitality is an important part of the guest experience. There are several other accommodation options in the area that future travellers may also wish to consider.
