Not worth a fraction of the cost

Communication from the host before arrival and quick availability when needing to cut our stay short.

Can’t speak for the other rooms available, but this was very unpleasant. Incredibly overpriced for what you get. We stayed in the villa with pool (the more expensive option). Photos made it appear much nicer but felt more like a temu advert. Hair on beds, cutlery not clean, photos showed appliances that didn’t exist, very loud air conditioner, lights bright white, all the wardrobes and tables were sagging and poorly constructed, most of it was plastic, not much space to put your things, linens were uncomfortable, bed was hard, water provided tasted stagnant, a bunch of plastic plants (you’re in a country with so many beautiful native plants?) plus there was a strong headache inducing perfume smell that wouldn’t go away no matter how long we left the windows open. It felt like we were staying in a cargo container with plastic furniture. On top of the stay, our closing interactions with the host felt like a kick in the teeth. It’s clear she runs this by herself and does her best, but when we came forward and let her know we weren’t happy with our stay and asked if we could get a partial refund, as we didn’t even stay one night, she became very defensive and abrasive. It felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially when we approached the interaction kindly and with praise for what she’s trying to do.

Absolutely amazing stay, the private villa is a small home that really feels like home. All was perfectly clean, i loved the provided amenities that really show the attention and care from the owner. The private pool is amazing and the room is very spacious and comfortable. The location is really nice, near 7-11, beach and a bunch of different restaurants. I definitely recommend the stay !!

Amazing little place right by the sea.

What a fantastic find at last minute. It was paradise. A fabulous little chalet set in beautiful gardens. It was very clean and comfortable and the owner was lovely. The chalets were associated with El Pillax which was a short walk away so we could use their facilities. Fabulous pool and bar/restaurant on the beach. Highly recommend it.

Perfection!

Luana is so welcoming and friendly. The villa is big with a veranda looking out at nature. Very clean with a comfy bed and wonderful shower. A perfect place for me as a remote worker. The internet was soooooo fast! It is in a very peaceful setting close to the beach, many places to get good food close by and a laundry service next just 30 seconds away.

Die Besitzer sind bemüht und freundlich. Die Bungalows bieten die notwendige Ausstattung, wenn auch in der einfachsten Ausführung.

Wir bekamen einen Bungalow am Eingang zum Resort, direkt neben einer Sandstraße. Das Sitzen auf der Terrasse war daher eine sehr staubige Angelegenheit. Die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer wurde durch 3 Verbotsschilder mit angedrohten Geldstrafen wieder reduziert. Wir empfanden das als sehr brüskierend. Die Federkernmatratze war sehr hart. Strand ist ca. 300m entfernt und vom Resort aus nicht zu sehen.

Herziges Appartement in top Lage mit nähe zum Strand.

Mein Freund und ich waren 5 Tage in Luanas Villa. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr positiv ist die Lage bei welcher der Strand in wenigen Metern zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Da es Ebbe und Flut gibt, lohnt es sich zum Schwimmen an manchen Zeiten etwas den Strand entlang zu laufen. Dies ist aber ein sehr schöner kurzer und ruhiger Strandabschnitt und war für uns sehr passend. In der Umgebung gibt es weiter viele Restaurants. Da sich der Raum an einer Seitenstrasse befindet ist es auch sehr ruhig. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Sehr schön fanden wir den kleinen Garten, in welchem wir Abends den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen konnten. Ana war sehr hilfsbereit und ist bei Fragen sehr schnell zur Verfügung. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Aktuell wird ein Appartement nebenan gebaut. Tagsüber kann es dadurch zu etwas Lärm kommen. Da es sich um ein kleines Appartement handelt und nur Tagsüber gebaut wurde empfanden wir dies jedoch gar nicht als störend.

Velmi příjemná a milá hostitelka Ana a její syn. Ubytování je čisté v romantickém stylu. K dispozici balená voda po celou dobu pobytu, toustovač, varná konvice, lednička a kuchyňské potřeby, klimatizace a rychlá wifi. V blízkém okolí spousta restaurací a obchodů. Čisté ručníky a také osušky na pláž, moskytiéra. Oáza klidu s bazénem s příjemně chladivou vodou a posezením. Nechyběli ani hygienické potřeby. Prostě úžasně promyšlené ubytování tak, aby nechybělo nic, pokud přijedete jen s batohem:) Určitě se moc rádi vrátíme, bylo to nádherné. Moc děkujeme

Wunderschön und erholsam

Die Poolvilla ist wunderschön, Stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Lage war perfekt, der Strand war in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Fußläufig war auch 7/11 und diverse Restaurants und Massage Studios erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin Ana war jederzeit erreichbar, super nett und hat geholfen wo sie nur konnte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Es war alles wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet!! Was ich am tollsten fande, dass man eigenes Trinkwasser im Zimmer hat !!!! Wirklich außergewöhnlich schön! Personal ist auch sehr sehr freundlich

Gute Unterkunft - mit Roller alles super zu erreichen

Ana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie reagiert innerhalb von Minuten auf Fragen per WhatsApp. Direkt neben der Unterkunft ist ein Wäsche Service und Rollerverleih, sodass man alles gut erreichen kann.

Um 5:30 Uhr wird man von einem Gesang aus der nahegelegenen Moschee geweckt. 🙈 Mir war das Bett etwas zu hart.

Kein passendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Das Tolle war der Zugang zum Strand durchs Pillar..das ist wirklich wunderschön, aber das kann man auch so nutzen. Der Strand dort ist wunderschön mit tollen kleinen Restaurants und strandbars. Wassergefäss zum auffüllen der Flaschen Lage ist gut

Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis hat einfach überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Zwischen dem was ich bezahlt habe und dem wie die Ausstattung war klafft einfach eine große Lücke. Ich habe das auch offen kommuniziert mit der Besitzerin… Zum Beispiel war es eben nicht besonders sauber, die Toilette lief aus… nicht lecker. ( das wusste sie :-( ) Der Wasserhahn war ebenso undicht, es war immer nass, Anden Decken hingen Insekten. Die Klimaanlage hat geblasen wie verrückt, aber nicht gekühlt.. war kaum einzustellen, ich bekam eine Augenentzündung. Es gab 2 kleine Tässchen, der Kaffe wurde aber nicht aufgefüllt, Reinigung und Handtücher eh nur alle 2 Tage.. auf der Terasse nur ein minikleiner Stuhl.kein Tisch! Schade ! Die schmalen Fenster waren mit Klopapier abgeklebt…. Die hinter das Haus geführt haben, waren komplett offen ( kein sichtschutz). Einfach alles so simpel und lieblos, schade. Verschiedene Lichter wären auch schön… Es war jede Nacht wahnsinnig laut ( Geschlage von Türen? Von dem dahintergelegenen Hotel? Ich habe sehr wenig geschlafen und bin mit entzündetem Auge und Augenringen abgereist. Und ich hatte mich nach der ersten N8 schon nicht auf die zweite gefreut.. und die wurde leider genauso laut. Es gab einen Fön, aber keinen Spiegel. Mit all dieser Kritik ging ich zu ihr, aber sie ist doch überzeugt von Ihrer Preispolitik. Ich würde sagen, erstmal och dran arbeiten und dann die entsprechenden Preise verlangen. Sie bestellte mir ungern ein Taxi und ich musste dann den Preis verhandeln.. dabei sagte sie dass dass normalerweise die neue Unterkunft macht, fand ich insofern ja witzig, weil Sie ja bei meiner Hinreise nichts organisiert hat. Ich bin dann in einer perfekten Unterkunft unterkommen etwas nördlich und habe mich da ausschlafen können ( und habe weitaus weniger bezahlt)

Dans les bungalows c’est propre mais dénué de tout. Il n’y a pas d’armoire ni de penderie, tout juste un portant avec deux robes de chambre (inutiles car il n’y a pas de piscine ni de jacuzzi) et un porte-manteau unique. Pas de sèche cheveux, un téléviseur dont aucune chaîne ne fonctionne. La salle d’eau est rudimentaire, sans eau chaude. Le ménage n’est fait que tous les deux jours, sans changement de drap pour la durée totale du séjour. Assez éloigné de la plage qui n’est fonctionnelle qu’à marée haute. Le prix est sans rapport avec ce qui est proposé. Sur la plage, donc 200 m devant les prix était de 800 bahts contre 3.000 ici. Pas de petit-déjeuner. Literie qui couine.

Le prix. L’absence de piscine et/ou jacuzzi. Le ménage non automatique, succin sur demande, et tous les 2 jours au mieux. L’emplacement.

Saímos cheios de saudades dos nossos momentos de risos e enormes conversas que poderiam durar horas sem fim. O espaço é óptimo, a cerca 150 metros da praia. Понравилось все! Невероятно уютное и комфортное место как для короткого отпуска, так и для лонгстея. Очень приятная хозяйка Ана, для которой главное не зарабатывать, а делать так, чтобы всем было хорошо в ее небольшом комплексе. Территория утопает в зелени, повсюду пение птиц и аромат джунглей. До моря буквально 150 метров, пляж Клонг Кхонг - каменистый, но в прилив купабельный. В 100 метрах 7/11 и несколько кафе, обменник, прачечная и аренда байков. Очень удачное расположение, лучше, пожалуй, и не найти. Были удивлены, что место незаслуженно обделено вниманием. Бунгало очень комфортные, есть все необходимое, а если чего-то нет, можно смело обратиться к Ане, и она поможет тем, что в ее силах. Нас обеспечила и посудой, и кое-чем для готовки, так что отпала необходимость что-то покупать дополнительно. Шикарные панорамные окна, вид на сад, вход надежно защищен от насекомых сетками, просторная ванная комната, горячая вода, кухонный уголок, классная кровать, телевизор, небольшой диван и вешалка для одежды. На террасу можно поставить стол и стулья - вечером включаете свет, и романтическая атмосфера обеспечена! На байке 15 минут до Саладана и 5-7 минут до красивейшего пляжа острова - Лонг Бич - с фантастическими закатами. А если хотите в бассейн, на берегу есть отель, и если вы скажете, что пришли из Luana Villas, можете в нем купаться. Рекомендуем всем, кому хочется спокойствия и тишины, релакса и душевной теплоты. Идеальное соотношение цены и качества. Найдя это место, просто перестали искать что-то еще. Так что вам понравится 100%!
